• stephen (9/5): spotless clean apartments in the middle of fethiye - great apartments,30 seconds walk from the paspatur,and across the road from pasa kebap,spotless clean,great shower,big comfortable bed,little kitchenette with fridge,and kettle,enough storage space for clothes,but like everywhere,there were only 3 hangers,my friend also had an apartment in the same building,(there are 4 in total),she had a little balcony in hers,the other apartments didnt,but thats just a small gripe in the scheme of things,i would stay here again, more hangers in the wardrobe,the day we were leaving there was no hot water,so i had to boil the kettle and give myself a wash down,instead of a shower,which would have been great as we were travelling for 12 hours back home,the smart key,i had to call the guy who owned the apartments twice to let me in,but my fault as i went to my friends apartment along the corridor and left the key in the room,

Есть плитка, на который могли иногда что-то себе приготовить. В общем коридоре есть стиральная машинка со средством, смогли воспользоваться, плюс нам даже дали сушилку для вещей, чтобы было, где их развесить Из минусов можно отметить только высокую влажность, вещи не сохли 2 дня, но это больше вопрос климата и времени года, наверное.

• Victor (9/5): - The flat is centrally located and conveniently close to everything you need during your stay in Fethiye. I particularly appreciated that the Dolmus (mini-bus service between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz/Kayaköy, Faralya, etc.) bus station is just a 7-minute walk away, and that Migros Merkez (supermarket) is only a 5-minute walk from the property. I highly recommend visiting a restaurant called 'Fethiye Kavurmacısı' (about a 10-minute walk), which serves home-style cooking, and the owner is very kind and attentive to guests. Finally, when I contacted the host during checkout, he came in person to say hello and even offered to drive me to the main bus station. Overall, I had a great experience in the flat and in Fethiye, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again. I can't think of any other concerns, but if I must nitpick, the shower drain requires deep cleaning to eliminate the subtle, unpleasant smell, which could spoil an otherwise pleasant stay for the guests.

There was no hot water available for shower. And no heater in the room. Other than a kettle, there is no facility for cooking.

• Tim (10/5): Perfect stay in Fethiye - It was a very comfortable and affordable apartment. Centrally located in Fethiye. A short walk to my Ferry connection to Rhodes. There is hiking nearby and some very interesting tombs right in town.
• Gwenda (9/5): Generally pleasant stay - Good, pleasant and fast communication with contact person. Self check-in is straight forward and fast. Location is good, right in Fethiye town centre. A few doors down is The Mulberry Tree, where you can have great meals in a nice pleasant atmosphere without harasment. Friendly husband&wife run it. Excellent English speaking, lovely tasty food. Apartment overall has all the nececities you need. Bed was comfy all generally clean. Wifi available. Hassle free place. The warm water seems to depend on the sunshine that day / solar power. Unfortunately during my short stay of 2 nights. I had a cold shower both mornings. I think they have to consider a warm water back-up plan for winter guests. For 2 nights i could handle it but for a longer stay, i would not be amused. I had two points of attention for housekeeping. I addressed them directly to the 3 or 4 man powered cleaning team i spoke to the next morning. It was received politely with respect. I did it with my basic Turkish.

• Irina (7/5): Хорошее но не очень свежее место - Хорошее расположение вблизи старого города, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Квартира просторная. Отзывчивый дружелюбный хозяин. Квартира приятная, но довольно уставшая, заметны всякие мелочи вроде клея на стене от отвалившихся зеркал, пятен на потолке, толстый слой накипи в чайнике, холодный свет (днём при солнечном свете комфортно, вечером довольно уныло находиться в комнате). На одну ночь меня это не смутило, но наверное приезжать в отпуск на неделю+ я бы не стала. Окна выходят в сад (что здорово), но не имеют никаких сеток, поэтому приходится выбирать между закрытыми окнами и комарами :(
• Michelle (9/5): Excellent value for money in central Fethiye. - The room was spacious, clean and very central. Added bonus was a little balcony where we could sit outside. The host's wife met us as she had just finished cleaning the room and we were able to check in at 2pm exactly. Nice strong hairdryer in the room also, which was much better than all of the wall dryers at the other hotels. Was only a short walk to the Old Town Market and through that to the Marina. Nothing really... the only thing I didn't like was that we only really had an afternoon and one night in Fethiye. Will definitely book a longer stay next time.

Оптмиальне прєднання ціна/якість. Гаряча вода нагрівається сонцем, що не є проблемою в сонячний день, але якшо пасмурно і дощить, то вода ледь тепла.

Номер просторный, чистый, кухня полностью укомплектована, даже сахар и соль в наличии Не очень удобно, что нет розеток около кровати, а еще, нет стульев около стола, если готовить в номере. Было бы здорово добавить бутылку воды при заселении. Но эти минусы никак не повлияли на общее впечатление

It is very well located, right next to the Marina, which made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful sea views. • 최 (10/5): 너무 좋았던 숙소 - 문제 발생시 왓츠앱으로 연락드렸는데 바로 응답해주시고 해결해주겼음. 무엇보다 숙소가 청결했다!! 그리고 위치도 너무 좋았고 소음없이 조용히 2일 숙박함 ! 주변 맛집, 교통편, 운동코스에 대해 물어봤는데 너무 친절하게 설명해주심 ! 우리가 일찍 도착해서 숙소관련 정보를 받지 못한건지, 숙소의 빨간문을 통과하고 계단이 오르면 바로 방들이 있음 ! 로비가 없는지 몰랐어요 ㅎㅎ 짐을 맡기고 나가야되는 상황인데. 왓츠앱을 통해 이야기하고 이동 할 수 있었어요!! 지연은 없었지만 사전에 공지가 있으몀면 좋겠습니다 ^.^~~

• Dmitrii (1/5): Terrible stay - not recommended (1/5) - - We booked this place from August 17 to 31 and paid 125,000 rubles (about €1330). We ended up leaving on August 19 because it was impossible to stay for holiday here any longer, here’s why: 1. Bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. 2. We arrived to find a clogged sink. 3. The room is tiny, nothing like the photos. There is no kitchen, and the washing machine is shared by the entire floor. 4. Extremely thin walls - you feel like you’re living in a cardboard box. 5. No mosquito nets on the windows, so everything flies into the room. 6. Details that make it even worse: worn-out shower (see photos), sticky hairdryer, only one nightstand for two people, an almost useless tiny closet, a flimsy table, and a toilet lid that wouldn’t open properly because it kept falling down. 7. The apartment was clearly not ready for guests: no toiletries provided, just a half-used toilet roll and one pair of slippers. On August 18 we informed the manager we wanted to leave. On the 19th we moved out. He agreed that the apartment was not suitable for a holiday and promised to look for new tenants, but the booking was never canceled on Booking.com (we were told to deal with customer support ourselves). We also discussed (at the suggestion of the manager) moving to another property or some kind of compensation (like private tours) - none of this ever happened. The manager even admitted that other options were “much more expensive,” which was simply not true - on the same day we found and moved into a spacious two-room apartment by the sea at the same price. In the end, we lost €1330 for two weeks with no compensation whatsoever. This place is absolutely not suitable for a vacation. At best, you can stay here one night in the city center if you have no other choice. Otherwise - avoid it.

• Azlina (6/5): - Dias Apartment war gut gelegen. Der Klodeckel war lose und fiel immer zu, das war sehr störend. Duschartikel gab es auch nicht und das Badezimmer roch sehr seltsam. Das Zimmer war sehr simpel ausgestattet. Es gab keine Complimentaries wie Tee und Kaffee und im Schrank gab es keine Kleiderbügel.
• Lisabeth (10/5): Super gelegen en betaalbaar appartement - De locatie beviel ons het meest. We zaten dicht bij bushaltes om naar het strand te gaan, maar ook heel dicht bij het oude centrum van Fethiye (zonder last te hebben van het lawaai). Het appartement ligt ook vlak tegenover een geweldige ontbijt locatie. De host communiceerde ook duidelijk en heeft ons veel geholpen. Top top top! In het keukentje was er enkel zout aanwezig. Het zou fijn zijn als er bijvoorbeeld ook olijfolie en peper aanwezig is om te koken. Het bed heeft ook een ruw laken.

Также рядом древние достопримечательности, амфитеатр, высеченные в скалах гробницы. Апартаменты чистые, все соответствует описанию и фото. Хозяин всегда на связи, сразу реагирует на любые просьбы и вопросы.
• Tu (9/5): It was great :) - It was nice and clean. The location is exceptional!! The owner was so nice and friendly and was always available when we need. The only thing I didnt like it was the main door to the building didnt have a lock. But the lock on our room was automatic.

• Grace (9/5): Great self contained unit - Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, bathroom was clean. Cooking facilities were enough to cook a pasta which is great. Washing Machine was great and the room had a drying rack which was super helpful and the clothes dried really quickly in the room. Great location The only faults we had were some times in the morning the water was hot, more luke warm but was hot at all other times. Needed a washing up sponge/ plug for the sink and bin in the kitchen, an extra mug for coffee but that is being critical. Great value.

The owner was lovely and available for any questions we had and we were able to use the washing machine which was great. The location is just on the side street and plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants plus the marina is just a few minutes walk away. Would stay here again The bathroom drainage had a smell…but I think this is a normal issue from our experience in Türkiye so far with how they do their drainage…we just shut the door! Other than that it was great!

There is a free city parking lot across the street, but it is very difficult to catch the spot, so it was a bit inconvenient for us. Wish the apartment has the opportunity to park the car of thei guest on their own parking place.

• Lilly (3/5): Unreliable host and bedsheets smell of cigarette - Good location When we arrived there was no one there, we had wait in the cafe for more than 30min until we could check in - we needed to stay another night, we talked to the host and he confirmed we can stay. However the next morning he told us that we have to check out with 1hr notice - Hallway smells of cigarette smoke and so does the bed linen. We tried to find clean sheets under the bed but they were crumpled. There was no clean blanket and it took them 40min to come and assist us (and new sheets still smelled of smoke) - very small sink in bathroom, when you use it the water spills out

• Humeyra (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and the furniture were in perfect state. The room has a modern look and works with a key card. It is often difficult to find places with good showers in Fethiye, this place had the best shower! Setting the temperature was easy and good and the pressure was also very good. Also super clean. The location is also nice, in the city centre and next to Paspatur. The only thing that I did not like, was that the mattrass consisted of two 1 persons mattresses combined into one. This created a gap in the middle and since the sides were not closed off, they would often seperate. Also keep in mind that the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the neighbours very well but it did not bother me that much.

It was great to have a little balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun. The black out curtains were great as well as the comfortable linens and duvet. • Vitalii (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. Clean room. Washing machine near the room. Small kitchen with all we need for food preparation. Very kind and attentive owner, who can help you with everything! Strong smell in the bathroom due to special aroma balls inside. We throwed it away, and everything was all right! It was not a problem.
• Dilara (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! The apartment is in the center and is very close to public transport. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities and facilities were of the highest standard and worked flawlessly including the ice cold airconditioning. Host was excellent. Great hospitality from the moment we checked in until we checked out. I’m sure we will book again when we go to Fethiye.

• Redmer (8/5): Very good - Nice, newly renovated apartment. All was brand new when we were there (September 2023). Also, location was great! There were several pomanders in the bathroom to mitigate the sewer smell. Yet this new smell was quite bad and stayed for a couple of days. We had to buy some smelly sticks to make it bearable.
