Katrina (9/5): Great accommodation, super helpful staff. - The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were tidy and functional. My family of 7 had two apartments one above each other. The lower apartment on floor two had more comfortable living space, with a sofa and TV space. The upper apartment only had a dining table to sit around. We were able to park on the site which was a big help. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the rooms had underfloor heating which seemed to be cranked up, so the rooms were too hot. However, as we were only there for one night we didn't worry about it, as we were mostly out exploring. As the staff were so helpful, I'm sure they would have resolved if we had said anything.
