The owner family is so friendly and welcoming, and they can fix anything from a broken sunglasses to a broken gate so promptly! I had the best view from this hotel, and even my local tour guide Lucas said that he loves this hotel the most that he asked his friends to stay here. Nothing!

The hosts are genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help and make sure guests are comfortable. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning — waking up to the mountains was unforgettable. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing while still being close enough to explore Mestia. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. It was the perfect start to day. Overall, this place has a special charm that made my stay truly memorable. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svaneti.
• Khojelani (10/5): One of the best stay, highly recommended - Très bel hôtel, avec des hôtes extrêmement accueillants. Les chambres sont très confortables et lumineuses. Les vues sont magnifiques : d’un côté les tours svanes, de l’autre les montagnes. Le propriétaire est très serviable. L’emplacement est idéal si vous recherchez le calme, car vous êtes loin de tout le bruit de la ville. Il faut absolument commander le petit-déjeuner, car il est préparé à 100 % avec des produits naturels par la maîtresse de maison elle-même, et il est délicieux. Je le recommande vivement.

• Shamini (10/5): Amazing stay with comfortable rooms and warm hosts! - The owners were very warm to us and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. This was our best accomodation during our Mestia-Ushguli hike. The breakfast was great and we had an amazing view from our room. The best part was the rooms and the entire guest house was heated which was such a blessing in the chilly weather. We came back to stay here a second time when we returned to Mestia. Really loved the hospitality from the owners as well 😄 Nothing - all good!

Widok z okna robi niesamowite wrażenie o poranku. Na miejscu jest wygodny, prywatny parking dla osób, które dotrą tu autem. Bardzo polecam. Właściciele to bardzo serdeczni ludzie. Bez problemu dogadaliśmy się po angielsku. Dodatkowo poczęstowali nas ciastem. Warto się tu zatrzymać. Nocleg nie ma wad

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check in und out waren sehr einfach. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

• Julia (10/5): Great stay - Very nice stay! Hosts were kind, place quiet, room clean, breakfast big and delicious, parking nice, common area with kitchen and sofas cool. A lovely dog welcomed us when we arrived. We recommend! I would go there again For us the location is great as it was quiet, but it’s a bit away from the city center, so perfect if you have a car. The shower had no curtain (as many in Georgia) but it was still good with a mop in the bathroom.

It is situated a bit outside the center which is a big plus for everyone who’d like to enjoy the calm Mestia has to offer. The view outside the balcony is splendid, directly onto the mountains. They have a large terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy a coffee with this beautiful landscape. I don’t always leave a 10/10 review, but when everything is so great, I do :)

The hotel is a bit away from the center, in a peaceful area, perfect for walking, and along the way, there are breathtaking views – exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean and well-organized, and I’d especially highlight the kitchen, which had everything planned out for the guest, down to the smallest details. And the view – stunning nature from every side. Even though I didn’t order breakfast, the host treated me to their homemade dish, which was absolutely delicious. In short, if you want to relax in peace and be close to nature, this is the ideal place. I’m satisfied with everything

The family who owns it are very friendly and easygoing and the mum can cook you a feast for breakfast if you ask for it. They also have the sweetest dog i’ve ever met. It might just be personal preference but I think the sofa takes up too much space in the room. I would prefer to have a wardrobe or drawers to put clothes. Hairdryer.

The host was also helpful in providing a parking place for my car. I think it would be great to have a hanger in the room.
