Gorgeous bedding and furniture throughout the foat The outside areas and paving stones let the property down. Loose paving stones on the steps up to flat 27a wasn’t good, especially in the dark, I almost tripped coming down the steps.

The outside roof space had decent furniture but the space needs a good jet wash. The bathroom was adequate but the 'shute' up to the window was dirty & dingy. Didn't really like the way up the steps and into the apartment The bedding & towels were hard & rough, no fabric conditioner? and bedding not ironed..

• Rob (8/5): Perfect stay in Stamford. Just what we were looking for. - Great location. Lovely terrace. Very nice and comfortable flat. Ideal for 4 people for a weekend or so. Host was very good to deal with and accommodating for early check in and late check out. shower was a little weak

And it would be really helpful to have a mirror in the bedrooms because getting ready to go out with just one bathroom mirror was a little tricky.

Very well appointed apartment, stylish and surprisingly spacious. Had everything we needed. The terrace from the dining area was a nice bonus in the evening too. Shower isn't very strong but it is nice and hot

Well equipped kitchen and a lovely airy breakfast/dining room. Heating and wifi both good. 2 minutes walk to Waitrose also very handy. Will definitely stay again if in area Steps to access and inside not great for older/infirm people. TV is streaming only.
