Die Unsauberkeit im Zimmer, besonders dreckig war der Boden und man konnte überall Haare finden es hatte im Badezimmer sogar eklige schwarze Ablagerungen. Im Badezimmer waren sogar die Wände unsauber! Die Lage in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Bahnhofs ist am Abend unsicher!

We would definitely stay there again. - The breakfast was fresh; had a variety of items (pastries fruits, meats, eggs, toast, cereals, juices). The staff were all so friendly and helpful; they spoke English well, which we needed! The room was comfortable and met our needs very well. The street entrance to the building was typical of the location in Naples, Italy, but was not attractive at first glance. AuRoom likely had no say in this condition. But the building was safe, with locks & keys. We had no concerns about it once we first went inside.

WC-Spülung sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, Wasserdruck beim Waschbecken und in der Dusche zwischen Null und sehr schwach ............Lage andererseits in einer sehr unsicheren Gegend, viele Obdachlose und dubiose Gestalten, für alleinreisende Frauen nicht zu empfehlen Hotel befindet sich im 2.Stock eines abbruchreifen Hauses, schwer zu finden - grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, aber das sollte man wissen und auch wollen

Aldo in particular was very helpful when we had some late night requests and had to check-out very early in the morning to catch early flights.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. - Cet établissement est particulièrement bien situé, au centre de Naples et à proximité des lignes de transports en commun. L’accueil est très sympathique et professionnel, avec des personnes dont on sent qu’elles aiment leur métier, et qu’elles ont envie de satisfaire leurs clients. Ambiance quasi familiale, l’hôtel étant en réalité un très grand appartement au deuxième étage d’un immeuble. Les chambres sont assez grandes et très propres et modernes, les petits déjeuners copieux. Bref, je recommande vivement.

• Sindy (7/5): Well located with very helpful hosts - Once inside it was very clean. The breakfast was good and the two people who served breakfast and ran the reception were helpful and friendly. Naples is quite crazy and it’s like being in the middle of London but the property is well located to get everywhere with train station, shops and restaurants nearby. When u first arrive it looks very tatty from the outside and the rooms occupy a floor of a building which is occupied by many others. However once inside it is lovely.

Even after we checked out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for as long as we needed, which made our last day much more comfortable. The hotel itself is quiet and well-maintained. Every member of the staff was welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference. The location is also perfect – it's within walking distance of the city center, so we could easily explore everything on foot. It's also close to the train station, which was very convenient for our travels. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Scara blocului f murdară unde se afla AuRoom, practic este jumătate de etaj în regim hotelier iar cand deschizi ușa la AuRoom parca intri într-o alta lume, asta dupa ce vezi numai jeg.Nu puteai deschide ușa de la balcon ca întra miros de mâncare și altele.Noi am avut camera 5 care este lângă sala unde se servește micul dejun iar la 8 00 este multă gălăgie astfel te trezești și tu..pt mic dejun

Réservation et arrivée très tardive me concernant et pour autant, j'ai été très bien accueillie et au matin, j'ai eu plein de conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Un deuxième point est la chambre, spacieuse et propre. Et peut-être un troisième point, l'immeuble en lui-même qui est assez impressionnant et particulier, avec cet ascenseur qui a l'air de toucher le ciel. Mogliśmy korzystać z naczyń z kuchni w porze wieczorowej. Jedynym minusem dla Nas była lokalizacja, Hotel znajduje się w dzielnicy którą zamieszkują ludzie głównie z Afryki, Turcji itp.. Czuliśmy się trochę niekomfortowo, jednak nie mieliśmy żadnych przykrych zdarzeń. Za to bardzo blisko dworca głównego, skąd można szybko wyruszyć w inne rejony Neapolu i okolic.

The neighbourhood can be a bit creepy, around the building you can see strange persons or homeless people sleeping on the streets. Arriving at the building was a bit concerning since the building is a bit run down. However, once you enter the hotel, it’s like entering a different world. It was clean and comfortable.

• SUNGHOON (9/5): - Firstly I am (South) Korean not Slovakian, I don't know why my nationality shows as Slovakia. Good & Kind staff and they cook and served nice breakfast. Good advice about travel spots by staffs. Just 1min distance from nice restaurant - "Mimi ~~ (sorry, i don't remember full name)" Very close and easy to walk to famous old town areas. Nearby town feels dangerous and streets are not very tidy and clean as almost streets in Naples are same.

We had an issue with the bathroom flooding from the shower which could make it slippery, so the drainage should be looked at. Shower area could also do with a thorough clean. Around the train station was a bit chaotic so we had to be careful - although we didn’t have any issues.

• Thomas (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at AuRoom in Napoli! Although the building is old, the apartment itself was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The staff were excellent — friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on where to go and what to see in the city. Highly recommended!
• Cinzia (9/5): Here you find Neapolitan's hospitality - Run by three young hosts, Aldo, Cinzia and Vittorio, who are friendly, kind and always available. They will welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. Nice and elegant place. Pleasant atmosphere. Varied breakfast. Very conveniently located, close to the main train station and the city center. Despite facing a main street, the windows shield the room well from the outside noise. Second floor with lift. There isn't much to say here,, but since I'm asked I'll mention a couple of minor things that shouldn't discourage from booking a stay at this accommodation. I realized that there are rooms of different sizes: the one we occupied wasn't particularly big. The towels tend to stay wet, thus the most demanding guests might want to have them replaced regularly.
• Rostron (10/5): - Environment and room absolutely spotless. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all hand made and fresh. Well stocked. Bit tricky to find as only has a small sign and is inside a building that doesn't look like a hotel.
• William (9/5): AuRoom - Va Va Voom in Napoli! - Great location, very near the train station to visit Herculaneum. The staff here are wonderful and extremely friendly - we felt truly welcome and well looked after. They had great suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants and helped with directions and booking a taxi for the airport. The room was much better than expected and the breakfast was very good - highly recommended. Nothing - it was great.
• Marko (10/5): - All praise to AuRoom. Excellent accommodation in the city center — exceptionally comfortable and clean. However, the highest praise goes to the staff, who were especially kind and attentive. At my request, they prepared a birthday surprise for my mum and her best friend. They welcomed them with cake and sparkling wine, sang to them, and managed to bring them to tears of joy! Naples is a special city, but they we will remember most fondly is the AuRoom staff.

• Guest (10/5): - Ci è piaciuto tutto. La stanza confortevole, la posizione ideale per muoversi su in città che per raggiungere le località limitrofe. Parcheggio vicino, comodo e custodito. Il personale più che all’altezza. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. A coronare la scoperta di una città dinamica e gioiosa come è Napoli. Aldo, Vittorio, Cinzia e tutti gli altri responsabili della struttura sono stati gentilissimi, sempre attenti al nostro confort e disponibili per consigli e astuzie per visitare Napoli. Grazie di cuore e vi aspettiamo da noi quando potrete.
• Francisco (10/5): Buen alojamiento y mejores anfitriones. - Si hay algo que tengo que destacar, es la amabilidad de los empleados. De Aldo y de Vito, y de la chica (no recuerdo ahora su nombre). Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, y fueron encantadores con mis hijos. Aldo, por ejemplo, me ayudó a reservar un taxi para el aeropuerto, a buen precio, y en el que cupiesen todas las maletas. Además, son apasionados de su ciudad, y te recomiendan con gusto posibles visitas, restaurantes, o rutas para realizar. El buffet que preparan por las mañanas está bastante bien. Evidentemente no es el que podrías tener en un hotel grande y con un servicio de cocina amplio. Pero cumple de sobra lo que necesitas para el desayuno: un buen café, zumo, tostadas, ... La localización también es buena, porque está justo en frente del barrio antiguo (que se puede visitar a pie). Y también a 3 minutos de la estación de metro (y de tren). Desde el metro puedes llegar en 5 minutos a la calle Toledo, donde está el barrio español. Y desde la estación de tren puedes ir directo a Pompeya. Les deseo toda la suerte del mundo para que este negocio, que cumpla 1 año cuando estuvimos nosotros, cumpla muchos años más al mismo nivel de calidad. El acceso al portal está bien (se percibe que lo han cuidado), y si subes por el ascensor directo a los apartamentos, está bien. Pero si subes por las escaleras, que con comunitarias, se ve la dejadez típica de los edificios de Nápoles.
