Guest Reviews
- DAVID (8/5): - Comfortable bed, quiet location, friendly owner, Couldn't get the tv too work but solved it by streaming through my phone.
- Aashi (2/5): Absolutely bad experience due to unclean bed sheet giving us bruises on the body - Location was good and there was free parking outside. The bedsheet hadn’t been changed in a long time and it gave me a lot of pimples and bruises on my arms and legs.
In the bathroom, taking a shower was impossible. Water kept collecting on the shower tray and wasn’t even going in the drain.

- Ian (1/5): The Non return to ,’The House,’..!!! - No Breakfast where did you get that idea The Non return to ,’The House,’..!!!
This is as I lodge Formal Complaint as detailed very unsatisfactory accommodation.
(XX)= BAD. More XX’s, as worse followed..
Upon arrival at 1615 Accommodation does not look like the photo (XX),as the rain keep falling. After about 5 minutes (XX) some lady from across the way seems to help phoning the Land lady, who I speak to on the phone, who asks. ‘’Do I Have car? ‘(XXXX)’No ,’ I said thinking why did she ask that ..She is NOT nearby within Expected arrival time..1500-1800(XX). If I had a car ,’She would have kept me waiting longer because I would not be getting WET..(XX)!!
Now lady from across the way was urging here to get here, ‘’he’s disabled has walking sticks. He /we are getting wet,. ( Later I found she had emailed me of arrival time, after I had departed..I could not email her/House as when I tried the email link the hand did not appear (XX!) –
I’m in Leeds for an event the following day..She arrives with key lets me in(the bed /room photo was as of the website) my Levi Jacket is quite WET..I try the TV, that does not get picture because on screen because of two reasons at this point time...There is ,’No Signal ,’(XX) and ‘No Connection.’-(XXXX)- I point it out on screen..Her answer ‘is do you want to watch Netflix?-(XX)- My reply is a Sharpe ,’NO’ (IE.. Not to pay to watch the TV!! For STILL being in the same country I was expecting ,’Freeview or FreeSat... Or even of Years yonder Channels 1-5?!!)-(XXXXXXX!!!!!).
This was a very reasonable EXPECTATION! She fobs me off ‘Well other people get it to work.’(XX).. Her hospitality Is to make me Strong Coffee..I’M 66, not 16!! Both-(XX)- the woman because of the nature where stem from off when talking of bringing children, who always do ‘’as their mother tell them.’’ I was giving a lecture as they insisted ,’’I kept the key in the door,’-(XX)!! I’ve just had the 4th new door installment of my ADULT Life,’ still being treat like a CHILD!

- Raja (10/5): it’s was great host is very friendly - clean and very reasonable price nothing to be honest only 5-7 minutes drive to city centre
- Hellen (10/5): Enjoyable - Great for one night for carnival.
Nice touch adding the cans of cider.

- Raja (10/5): nice place to stay - Well clean and nice location staff was so friendly very easy to find free parking on site easy access to all location
will come back again well nothing Bed size small but it’s okey for couple
- David (3/5): It was a port in a storm - It was quiet and private. Even though it was a built-up area, I did not see one person in the street. The room was small and in the room was a door that was locked and in front of this door was a table stopping you checking out this door. Above this door, going along the top of the room was three glass windows. I stood on the table in front of the door and went to look through these windows and there was a living room with settee and t.v ect.
If any one wanted to spy on you or a couple The person who lived in that front room would be able to get a Birds Eye view of you both.
The owner should board these windows up and give people privacy.
There is a bathroom in this room but there is no privacy because the door is supposed to be on a slider. But it was broken. So you had to align the door your self so no one could see you.
The television was on at night before I slept but when I got up in the morning the signal was switched off for some strange reason.
The area where the house was dodgy.
- OSKARS (8/5): - Nice, cosy and clean room. Coffee and kettle avaliable, good size bed and smart tv. Sliding doors to the bathroom was not closing properly and pillows were really uncomfortable.
- Ross (9/5): Very convenient and clean, great value - The lady who welcomed me (Jee) was very friendly and helpful. Only 15 mins in a cab from Headingley so great for the cricket. Nothing - small room, but that didn't bother me at the excellent price
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy good wi fi, hot shower plenty of water
Endless tea and coffee
Thankyou N/A
- Giverny (5/5): Fine for the price, could use some basic upgrading to make it a comfortable stay. - Location and price point were good. Free wifi and tv was a good bonus Bed was really uncomfortable, pillows very soft and kept getting stuck between head board and bed because of the gap. Duvet was really heavy and difficult to sleep in.
- Zachary (8/5): Very good - Clean

- Zaid (8/5): Worth the stay - Friendly hosts, quiet place to rest and sleep, good facilities. Sponge in the toilet full of hair from before, need two type of pillows (good to have choice).
- Thanh (10/5): Service very good with fresh fruit and coffee - Peace and safe Private toilet room, tv with netflix connected
- Nasir (1/5): Bad - Nothing Very very dated. Smelt awful. Didn't stay there, found alternative accommodation. Definitely don't recommend.

- Ewan (8/5): Very good -
- Satriella (9/5): Very comfortable and private. - The host was very friendly, it was private room with en suite bathroom to self. Bed was very comfortable. It was too light and there were some noisy dogs a few doors away. The fridge was extremely small and the coffee/tea were on top, so as someone with a bad back it was not ideal for my personal circumstances.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kyle (8/5): Very good - Jaz accommodated for our late arrival and let us know we could still check in regardless of the time. Nothing the premises was brilliant

- Georgie (6/5): Pleasant - There was tea coffee and fruit in the room
Host was flexible concerning arrival time and welcoming The room was very small
There was a very thick duvet unsuitable for a summer night .we took off the cover and slept under that
Could not get the shower to switch on and so no shower
- Mark (9/5): Grand and will book again - The family friendly welcome, the location, separate entrance and all kitchen and bathroom facilities The weather but that can't be helped
