• Bethany (1/5): - Absolutely nothing I was double booked, there's already a woman in there when I went in so I lost my money and I lost a place to stay.And I couldn't get my money back.
• Remi (7/5): But for the other occupants it would have been good. - The customer relations was fantastic! The manager was very responsible and respectful. He attended promptly to the issues i had. The other occupants were not welcoming at all!

• virginia (2/5): Disappointing - Convenient location The room was not very clean. The door to my room wasn't very good at keeping sound out. Loud closing of doors, large noise with somethings falling. The listing said one bedroom one bath.... It was a shared bathroom with at least 3 others. Door bell ringing in the middle of the night. VERY disruptive sleep

• Jordyn (10/5): I have never used an Airbnb before, and after our exceptional experience, we would love to book again at this property! - Absolutely beautiful property! The location is excellent and very close to the GO Train station. It is also in a very safe neighbourhood. The room had a very large television and gorgeous bathroom with a glass waterfall shower. The host was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. The property, in summary, was truly wonderful. Nothing!

Be prepared to share space with others. - Owner Don went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible when we encountered some rude and loud neighbours. The house was very nice and it was great having a TV in the room. Price was great for what you get. Every guest should know that they will be sharing the place with other guests (even though they should read the reviews first. Some neighbours were loud and didnt respect the rules but others were very nice and respectful.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to my late check-in needs and anything else I could ask for - thanks so much !! • Howaida (6/5): Decent but deceptive - The landlord was very pleasant and attentive. The room was comfortable. The other residents in the house were all very pleasant, but there were a lot of them, and it is THEIR home, whereas we were only there for two nights, we did not have access to the kitchen or living room or any other common areas, not would we have used them it was just too crowded for us. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. There was hair from a previous tenant in the shower and on the bathroom floor, but other than that it seemed generally clean. It is not an apartment as advertised. This is a rooming house. We were given the Master Bedroom with ensuite, for which we were grateful. However we are elderly and expected privacy and quiet - not really possible with so many people living in one house. There are at least five other people living in that residence, all very pleasant but not what we expected or wanted.

• Caitlin (7/5): Good - The location was in a quiet neighbourhood and beds were comfortable We weren't made aware that we would have housemates, so it made it a bit uncomfortable.
