Deborah (9/5): Superb - Excellent welcome from Luigi and Sylvia, collected us from the airport and introduced us to the apartment personally. Wonderful apartment, plenty of room, exceptionally clean and tidy and lots of attention to detail including snacks and water and welcoming bottle of Frascati. Very close to Capanelle train station, 10 mins walk, for easy access to Rome centre, and useful, small grocery store on the doorstep. Only issue is the noise of barking dogs, this only occured during the day, and could be managed by keeping the windows closed. Clearly not in Luigi's control but something to be aware of if it is likely to bother you.
