• Annika (6/5): - Formuliere diesen Text besser: The room is very modern and spacious. It has air conditioning. We slept well because you can barely hear anything from the outside. Also it has a nice table tennis plate and many self grown flowers. The karakol mountains are just a short foot walk away. Breakfast was on time. The owner and his children are friendly. Our stay had several disappointing aspects. Communication with the hotel owner was very difficult, as messages were often answered very late or ignored completely. The biggest issue was the laundry service: we asked for our clothes to be washed in the afternoon and wanted to dry them in the sun the same day because we were checking out the next day. But we only received them back around noon the following day and had to continue our trip with wet clothes, which delayed us significantly. We were also charged 500 som (around €5), which felt overpriced. The facilities also need improvement. The water pressure and temperature in the shower constantly changed, sometimes there was no water at all, and the hairdryer did not work. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no knives, cooking pots or dish sponge available. There was also not enough toilet paper provided, and the toilet seat was not properly clean. The owner also drove us to a hiking starting point for 1500 som, but a Yandex taxi would have been much cheaper. Lastly, the breakfast was quite basic and inconsistent for the price of around €8, with only instant coffee available.

• Eduard (10/5): - Das Hotel Flower House ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Atmosphäre und die gute Lage des Hotels. Ich kann das Flower House auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

• Peter (10/5): Hughes family - Myself and family stayed here for 2 nights whilst we explored the area , both hosts and accommodation were lovely and would definitely book again if in the area.
• Genelli (10/5): - Big, clean, and spacious. Everything was new, which I really liked! Probably the most modern guesthouse I’ve stayed at. There’s filtered water for drinking and even an anti-fog mirror in the bathroom. Great amenities. A bit hard to locate the house at first, but it’s in a private location with view of greenhouses and mountains. Hosts were very kind and friendly!

• Chiara (8/5): - La struttura è molto nuova e ben curata. Possibilità di parcheggiate l’auto nel cortile. Difficile da trovare. L’acqua del bagno era marrone, ho lavato i denti usando una bottiglia comprata al supermercato. C’era la cucina ma non c’erano coltelli. Il check in è stato fatto da una ragazzo di circa 13-14 anni. Non c’è possibilità di fare colazione, considerando che è in una zona molto isolata si potrebbe pensare di introdurre questo servizio.

Предоставили номер в аварийном состоянии. 1.В середине комнаты пол прогнил настолько, что ходить было просто небезопасно (видимо ранее была протечка из ванны). Пол проваливался под ногами так, что можно было подвенуть ноги. Запах в номере плесени и гнили, видимо, из-за гниющих полов. 2. Напор воды был такой, что даже невозможно было помыть руки. Попросили исправить и уехали на ужин, по приезду ничего не изменилось. Уже в 11 вечера начали менять фильтры в соей системе, мы сидели без воды, потом пошла грязная вода, вообщем это просто безобразие- такое отношение к гостям. 3. При заселении с меня взяли сумму больше, чем было указано у меня в брони в букинке (начали уверять меня, что у них то в программе совсем другие цифры). У меня была цена указана вместе со всеми сервисными сборами и налогами, но заплатить все равно пришлось больше. 4. Завтраки - это тарелка каши и два куска сыры и колбасы. На просьбу об яичнице - сказали, что нету. 5. Местоположение - я конечно видела по карте, что на окраине города, но почитав хорошие отзывы, решила, что на машине нам без разницы. Поверьте! разница есть. Дорога грунтовая, без освещения, с одной стороны кладбище, с другой ТЭЦ

• Mahajan (10/5): - The property is at a perfect location, hardly 5 minutes by car from main market. Turat and his entire family are really hospitable, not once did we feel like strangers with them and they absolutely know how to host their guests. Turat personally ensures everything is being taken care of and even his mother and children are equally lovely people. The best part about property would be the rooms and the green house inside the property. They even offered me fresh roses, berries and cherry tomatoes for my girlfriend. Turat personally helped us plan the 4 days and even took us to some really nice places and was always available for everything. Overall everything went really well and exceptional love and service from Turat and his family would love to visit again. Originally We had booked just two days of stay but seeing everything we extended two more days and stayed there for a total of 4 days. Love from Diwanshu & Kristiana All the best 🥂 Nothing to dislike.

• Kathinka (8/5): If again in Karakol I wouldn’t stay here agai. - Spacious family room for 4 with kitchen and fridge. Nice fresh linen, towels and comfortable beds. Free shampoo and shower gel. Quiet area as 4km from town. If you have children there is a lot of space to run around as well as some swings and a ping pong table in the lounge/breakfast room. Parking in front of the door. We were able to leave part of our luggage whilst hiking. Be aware that if don’t have a car you need to take a Yandex every time you want to go to the center. There is no dinner available. Breakfast is 500 Som pp and was, apart from some cherry tomatoes and a bit of cucumber from the host’s green house, quite disappointing and the worst breakfast we had in 3weeks travelling through Kyrgyzstan. Staff was not very welcoming - as soon as we arrived we were shown the price for the room and asked to pay. When we asked for help with transport into the Karakol valley they weren’t helpful at all.

• GAVRIELA (10/5): We stayed only for one night , because next day we visited Altyn Arashan. It’s was a perfect stay . Bed was so comfortab - Perfect rooms , nice people - really kind . Everything was perfect .
