• Clara (10/5): Très bien ! - Maison propre et au cœur de Levanto, à seulement 3mn de la mer et 30 secondes du centre. Propriétaire très gentil et arrangeant. Un petit peu bruyant car peu insonorisé mais c'est supportable.
• Nicolas (6/5): - L’emplacement Les équipements vieux extrêmement vieux,certains ne fonctionnent pas comme la plaque de cuisson, plusieurs feux sont inutilisables, le manque de lumière dans la pièce principale, à peine deux petites ampoules et une seule prise pour toute la pièce, la salle de bain, quant à elle est dans un état …. Les joints de carrelage sont moisis. Le robinet d’eau de la cuisine fuit sous le plan de travail et inonde de la cuisine. Le canapé que l’on voit sur la photo, quant à lui est inexistant, il a disparu entre-temps. Le linge pour les matelas ainsi que les couvertures sont vraiment très vieux.
• Cristiana (7/5): Appartamento comodo da rinnovare - Posizione comoda rispetto al mare e alla stazione ma la distanza in metri dalla stazione era maggiore del doppio rispetto a quella indicata su booking Arredo e biancheria molto vecchi e la pulizia scarsa. Le finestre danno tutte sulle mura di un terrapieno per cui, malgrado si salgano 2 rampe di scale molto ripide per entrare nell'appartamento, poi all'interno è come stare in un piano interrato senza affacci aperti, per cui l'appartamento è buoio ed umido. Comunque, per quello che a noi serviva è andata bene. Eravamo fuori tutto il giorno e ci siamo adattate.
• Shane (8/5): - It is close to the sea,the park and there is a small super market near the park It's clean and the landlord is kind and very friendly And the place is very silent you can sleep without problem In short you will get a weak internet signal and there is no wifi And the bathroom is a bit small especially the sink for me because I'm taller than my family

• Nigel (7/5): A little bit of the real Italy (but from the seventies)! - Very authentic: high ceilings, located in old palazzo. Well situated in the old town but no car access - nearest 70 metres. Lots of space, comfortable bed. Characterful furnishings. Good water pressure in shower. Very helpful host, Francesco. Access from street via 38 steep steps. No view from windows so a bit dark. No sharp kitchen knives. A bit of damp on the walls here and there. No wi-fi and dodgy 4g. Decor is distinctly tired.
