• Tatjana (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement looks even better than in pictures. Perfectly clean, host exceptionally welcoming and warm.
• Ilkhamia (9/5): Nice stay in Subotica - The apartment is really nice, large, very clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped, making cooking a breeze. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Nikola is a wonderful host, we had small issues during our stay, but he always responded quickly and helped us to resolve them. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the internet connection, which was the provider problem, and the building's soundproofing was inadequate. We could hear our neighbors on both sides. However, this is clearly an issue that the host cannot resolve.

• Warren (10/5): This is the very best apartment we have stayed in our our two month journey, would recommend it. - The apartment was new, beautifully fitted out, very clean. the location is excellent, within walking distance to the main attractions in the area and close to restaurants. here is a grocery store directly underneath the apartment, which is a bonus. The hosts were most accommodating, welcomed us and also personally took us to the train station on our departure. Everything was perfect

• Ian (10/5): Subotica is a great location and this apartment makes your stay easy in a newly built apartment. Highly recommend. - The property is a close walk to the centre of the city. The building is new, quite large with balcony. There is a supermarket directly underneath the building and a bakery and other shops very close by. The host was absolutely wonderful - extremely helpful and a very good person. Nothing I enjoyed the stay very much.

• József. (10/5): We liked to stay here. - It is a new and very clean apartment on the 3rd floor. (There is an elevator in the staircase.) The kitchen is fully equipped. The downtown is in a walking distance. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. (Open until 21 h.). Wi-Fi is strong enough if you ask Nicola for the password. The parking is free. What else do you need? There is no private (closed) parking available, just public parking in front of the building or in the neighboring streets which were said to be safe.

The apartment is big with a lot of space, and surrounding is very quiet. We would definitely recommend this appartnent and we will definitely come back.
