• Val (8/5): Great stay, very accommodating host - Good location with parking, very friendl, helpful and accommodating host. Good sized room with tea and coffee maker, comfortable. Shower cubicle could have used a bit of descaling, but fully functional otherwise, with good water pressure.

• Corbeanu (1/5): Bad - I made an appointment at 2 in the morning on 02-11-2023 and when I arrived at the hotel, the people working there said that they had no way to accommodate me and I also specified that some insensitive and incompetent people arrive there at 2 in the morning, bad experience
• Bianca (1/5): Bad - The only thing I liked in the property was the bed and the mattress It was very dirty, the bed sheets were not changed. It was a very bed smell in the all property. I had to ask them to change the linen The towel was very dirty
• Sharon (9/5): I had a nice and quiet stay. - It was in a quiet neighbourhood and the place is really nice and quiet. The room was clean and tidy.

• Adam (1/5): Do not stay here - The bed was disgusting. Clearly been slept in already and not cleaned or new sheets. Sticky hard patches on the bed sheet and strong smell of bad cheap aftershave. I couldn't and wouldn't sleep in this bed.
• Atri (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to Romford station and a new build property. Very spacious room with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a smart TV and en suite bathroom and the host was very friendly and welcoming. A great stay that was very comfortable!

• Ajibola (2/5): Not a good experience - No breakfast provided curry smells everywhere and the place was not properly cleaned. I had to buy wipes to clean surfaces, no Internet, no cable on TV for local channels hence could not watch TV.

• Ryan (7/5): Good - I liked the location and how quiet the area and house is. The bed was comfortable. There was no handsoap in the bathroom so we had to wash our hands with shampoo! The pillows could of been fluffier. Bathroom needs a bin also

• Satwinder (9/5): Great location with free parking - Free parking at no extra charge This property is located on a very busy and live family street. A lot of activity this could have been due to the great weather over the bank holiday weekend. House party next door, loud music til around 2am but I thought that was reasonable but no one bothered us. Over all great stay.

• Catalina (2/5): not again - I was surprised to find that it was literally a room rented in a house . the cleaning needs improvements . for the money I payed , i did actually expect a hotel room . Downstairs it was a very strong smell of food .

• Araba (10/5): My stay was more than amazing! - Location is very ideal, there’s a bus stop few minutes away. not soo far from town as well. very decent neighborhood. House was extremely neat especially the room. everything was available and at our disposal. Host was super lovely and even with the part that we arrived close to midnight he was still very helpful. I will definitely come back again when am in london.
• Bev (1/5): I would never stay here again! My daughter got bitten by bed bugs to make matters worse! - Location Disliked · Access to the property was not good. I was given a key but then locked out by a chain on the door both nights! The hosts who live in the property did not make it clear that they wanted to be informed of when we would be returning to the property. As an adult this does not meet my expectations and I am not in the habit of paying to stay at a property to then let the host know when I would be returning. Why bother to give me a key? Putting the chain on was rude and unacceptable! the first night they both maintained it was a mistake and then the second night the man suggested that we should have let him know when we would be returning. On top of this blatant disregard for my comfort. When we returned home my daughter noticed that she had bites that looked like bed bug bites. We sent the photos to Booking.com and made a complaint but this has not been resolved.

• Talia (8/5): It was great! - Nassima and Monica were really nice hosts. they called to check what time we would arrive and were okay with us changing the time in the evening. Met Nassima on arrival, super nice guy, I believe it is a family home so we were asked to take our shoes off and leave them at the door as they have carpet throughout - normally I would feel uncomfortable to do this but the house looked and felt clean. Room was on the top floor, it looks just as advertised, appears super clean. the addition of a tower fan was well appreciated as it was a super hot day and night. they gave us spare bottles of water and a jug of water which we kept in the fridge freezer in the room - great touch. its a decent location for transport with a short walk to the bus stop and the house is amongst a nice section of new builds. we would definitely return to the flat, they were welcoming, conversational and most of all we felt comfortable being there. the room has no door lock -but we felt safe. we were only given 1 towel. the TV works well and is connected to the wifi, it just needs to be finished setting up so you can watch the freeview.
