• Li (9/5): - Nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene. L’alloggio era semplice ma accogliente, con tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me è stato ottimo rispetto ad altre soluzioni in zona. La posizione era comoda anche per spostarsi con i mezzi e nelle vicinanze c’erano supermercati e servizi utili. L’appartamento non è super moderno e qualche piccolo dettaglio potrebbe essere migliorato,era molto carino, soprattutto perché sia gli arredi che le strutture erano abbastanza nuovi e ben tenuti. Check-in abbastanza semplice e host disponibile quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Per chi cerca una soluzione pratica ed economica è sicuramente una buona scelta.

• Gavino (6/5): Sicuramente come prezzo rispetto a gli altri era conveniente e non male come alloggio perché comunque aveva tutto e oltr - Nulla in particolare , bagno minimale stanza minimale forse la cucina, ma padelle non utilizzabili , ma per il resto va bene come alloggio zona un po’ sconsigliata se si vuole visitare la città per via della distanza, di notte non è visto come un buon quartiere questo mie stato riferito dai taxi . Il bagno ormai dovremmo capire che il turismo è da tutto il mondo un bidet non guasta, secondo avevamo una macchinetta del caffè comprare le cialde non funzionava… siamo arrivati e non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua ad aspettarci…però abbiamo risolto noi, avevamo il Carrefour a due passi per fortuna.
• Mhibrahim (9/5): Spacious and clean appartment - The appartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well fournished. The neighborhood is safe and calm. The appartment is 35min away from the heart of the city by public transport. The metro station llefia is just 4 min away by walk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. There is a small issue with hot water as it doesn't work consistently.

• Vasssab (6/5): Bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour - La déco très moderne. L'emplacement à 3 mn du métro et 30 mn de la place de Catalunya. Il y a tout se qui faut pour cuisiner. De vrais volets, mais nous sommes en Espagne prévoyez les boules quies Des places pour se garer gratuitement dans les rues aux alentours. Des commerces à proximité, épicerie, bar, restaurant... Il est loué pour quatre personnes mais il n'y a pas de canapé lit, c'est un simple canapé complètement inadapté pour dormir. La deuxième chambre doit faire 4m2 et est dans une cour, vous êtes donc obligé de laisser la porte coulissante de la cuisine ouverte pour que la personne puisse la nuit utiliser les commodités. Il est quasiment impossible de régler l'eau de la douche, un coup pas d'eau chaude pendant 30mn, après vous vous brûlez... La personne qui vous reçoit bien que très gentille est professionnelle ne parle pas l'espagnol, donc difficile de lui demander les conseils de base, les bons restos.... Il faudrait enlever le joint de la douche qui est complètement moisi.

• Francesc Xavier (4/5): No es un apartamento sino un local - La proximidad al Pavellón Olimpico de Badalona. No es un apartamento, es un local comercial que han puesto cocina, baño, pero dudo mucho que tenga cedula de habitabilidad. La cama de muelles sonaba mala cosa. Las sabanas y colchas se notaban sucias, daban bastante asco. La ducha mohosa y todo el local con olor de humedad. El aparcamiento en la calle bastante complicado. Una zona bastante peligrosa. La entrega de las llaves se demoro y al dejar el apartamento nos olvidamos el movil dentro y hubo que esperar una hora a que nos vinieran a abrir cuando quien nos abrio estaba en el 2o piso del mismo bloque.
• Ann (2/5): JUST DON'T - The only reason this place was booked was its location close to the concert I was going to. It also seemed reasonable enough ( value for money) and promised a proper balcony. The only expectation fulfilled was the location. I didn't like anything about the place accept the location convenient for my plan. But: cockroaches (and in early april(!), dead cockroaches on the floor as I went in right after getting the keys so supposedly, after cleaning...and cockroaches in plural. and huge), a ground floor studio instea dof the promised first floor with a balcony, 2 hour delay in checking in without any supplement in return, the bed and sofa are super uncomfortable, and the bed is also very sqeaky. One medium towel and two small towels for 2 people (and the state of the towels was also very very dubious). Not one bag of tea, instant coffee, sugar, literally zero. The bed for kids..oh mine, please don't bring children there. On top of that, I was charged a tax noone had infromed of at any stage. I understand it's an economical option, but for what it is it should have been half the price I payed. And frankly speaking, I really don't see how accommodation with zero hygiene is acceptable at BOOKING at all. And little details.... no tv, the beach is 40 mins away, no proper eating out options around....

El apartamento estava sucio, havia pelos por todos los lados,casa de baño igual ,la cocina havia cápsulas en la maquina ya usadas y sucia, los cajones de los utensilios sucios .las sabanas super arrugadas y la bajera con manchas. Y para terminar nos tuvimos que marchar porque había CUCARACHAS enormes.

• Yuliia (3/5): I was disappointed ☹️ - The area was as I expected. Living room and kitchen was really good The second bedroom it's a very small and narrow place outside of apartment, on the balcony. Smelled really bad and very cold. Apartment has 2 hitters, one of them very loud and can't be used for a long time. We was needed sleep in the one bedroom all together. But we paid as for apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bathroom is very dirty, with a lot of mold and hear from previous guests.

• Gwenola (5/5): A ma prochaine visite de Barcelone, je ne reprendrai pas ce logement. - proche de la ligne de métro L10 beaucoup de commerces quartier calme hôte qui s'est déplacé quand il y a eu une coupure de courant dans l'appartement Lit double confortable logement bien pour 2 voire 3 personnes Il manquait une machine à café (pourtant marqué dans le descriptif), le lave-vaisselle était sale. Pas assez de couverts donc obligé de faire la vaisselle alors qu'il y avait un lave-vaisselle, pas de papier toilette (1 rouleau pour tout le séjour), problème avec la taxe de séjour (nous sommes venus à 2 et nous avons dû payer pour 3 personnes). Literie du lit simple non confortable . La "chambre" est accessible par le patio mais on ne peut pas fermer la porte entre le patio et la cuisine. Idem, le fenêtre ferme mal dans le salon donc courant d'air très désagréable en février !!! travaux au premier étage dès 8h00 et voisins qui font du bruit jusqu'à 1h du mat tous les jours.

• Zlatko (8/5): Antón - Un piso bueno y cómodo para una familia de hasta 5 personas. El metro está cerca y te cuesta llegar al centro a algo de 40 min. Los dueños no hablan Español y cuesta entenderlo. Los cajones del inmueble del baño están sucios y el grifo del baño funciona algo raro.

• María (3/5): Ubicación Excelente, Mejoras Necesarias en Limpieza y Confort - La ubicación del alojamiento fue lo que más me impresionó; ya que estaba cerca del metro y de tiendas, lo que hizo todo mucho más cómodo y práctico durante nuestra estancia. Además, el baño parece que fue remodelado recientemente, está muy bien equipado y en perfectas condiciones, lo que fue una gran ventaja para nosotros. Sin embargo, hubo aspectos que dejaron mucho que desear. A nuestra llegada, encontramos que todo estaba muy sucio: el lavavajillas estaba lleno y también las sartenes estaban sucias. Además, no había cubertería suficiente para todas las personas que éramos, tuvimos que comprarla en una tienda porque, siendo un servicio preparado para varias personas, sería lógico que hubiera suficiente utensilios disponibles, y más en esas condiciones de suciedad, no apetecía usarlos. También, una de las habitaciones estaba bastante expuesta, ya que está justo en la zona del tendedero, con un hueco que le hace parecer muy descubierto, lo que no resulta muy cómodo. Por último, pasamos mucho calor durante nuestra estancia y solo había dos pequeños ventiladores para todo el alojamiento, por lo que la temperatura resultó incómoda en algunos momentos.

• Ionela (1/5): - Al final no nos quedamos, nos costó contactar para el tema de las llaves y cuando llegamos a la dirección, el barrio muy mal y nada coincidia con las fotos. Acabamos reservando en otro sitio. Lo peor es que se niegan a devolver el importe cobrado. No lo recomendamos.

• Linnéa (5/5): Would only recommend if issues are fixed - Good location and friendly owner. - It is not clear from the listing that there are two different apartments in the same building that you can rent. The address shown in the listing is for the upstairs apartment. The photos for the listing are mixed of both apartments. I would urge the owner to modify this as it is misleading. - The doors to the balcony and the courtyard cannot be locked properly. Anyone could access the apartment at any time if they wanted. We made the owner aware but it was not fixed during our stay. - The water heater was broken as well. When taking a shower the temperature changed drastically on its own so that it was very easy to get burned or suddenly have ice cold water. We told the owner but it was not fixed during our stay. - The floor was not clean when we checked in. There was random stuff left in the wardrobe and drawers. - The kitchen was not well equipped for four people (not enough plates and glasses). - The small bedroom had a weird handle so that it was not suitable for a child to sleep there (either the child had to lock itself in and then you couldn’t enter from the outside or you had to lock the child in and then they couldn’t get out in their own). If an adult sleeps there this is not an issue.

Small food rests in the fridge for example. - There was random boxes and trash left in some drawers. - Not enough storage space for clothes (no wardrobe for example). - The shower curtain was not clean and taped weirdly to the wall so the floor was flooded with water after you took a shower. - The kitchen was not well equipped (not enough plates, glasses, etc for four people).

• Victor Arturo (2/5): Good stay for cockroaches, not so good for humans. - The place was close to both the Metro and a Bus stop. The TV was nice and fairly big, so was the fridge. As soon as we entered the place we noticed a heavy unpleasant smell that would not go away throughout the whole stay. The second thing we noticed was that the bathroom was not clean at all, and the host left us half a roll of toilet paper for 9 days. Eventually, we started noticing that the whole apartment wasn't clean at all, dirty dishes full of water inside the cupboard, same goes for the cutlery, surfaces that have not been wiped in a long time, dust everywhere. There were facilities as mentioned in the list of amenities, however, their state was so bad that we couldn't properly use them. The washing machine smelled really bad and had a lot of dirt and mold build up and had moisture trapped in; the microwave was full of grease from who knows how many guests before us; the oven was in the same conditions and even the fridge wasn't clean at all. Eventually, we had to spend money to buy cleaning products and wasted hours cleaning the microwave, washing machine, toilet, shower, washing dishes, wiping the surfaces — great way to spend a vacation just because it's humanly impossible to stay in such a place. Hopefully, it made the future guests' stay a bit better. We also got aromatizers which made the stay bearable. The funniest thing about it all is that the above mentioned is not the worst of it. On top of everything that we already went through, the place was infested with big cockroaches and other unknown insects - both dead and alive. They would enter through the bathroom, God knows where exactly from. After contacting Booking.com, trying to find an alternative stay, the host refused to terminate and refund our stay, so that's how we ended up spending our 9 expectedly wonderful but in reality dreadful days.

Nous avons eu un problème avec l'eau chaude, et le propriétaire est venu rapidement le dimanche pour nous régler le problème. Concernant le canapé du salon, il s'agit d'un simple canapé que l'on démonte pour dormir, et non d'un canapé-lit. Le propriétaire devrait le remplacer par un vrai canapé-lit. Pour la cuisine, il manque quelques ustensiles essentiels : un grille-pain et une grande casserole. Il faut également noter qu'il faut faire attention avec la petite pièce du fond car sa fenêtre ne s'ouvre que du côté cuisine. Enfin, l'eau chaude est difficile à régler en raison de la faible pression.

• marco (5/5): - l'ubicazione del bilocale non era male, situato in zona con parcheggio libero scarsa cura nella custodia della biancheria che era riposta in un mobile che puzzava di umidità. non c'è climatizzatore e l'ambiente, posto al piano terra, non è arieggiato. ci sono solo due piccole finestre che non permettono il ricambio d'aria.

A lot of convienience stores and supermarkets in the area It did not meet my expections so Ill review it point by point. I choose it as wall because its advertised as close to the beach, this is a big LIE, its nowhere close to any beach. You have to either take the bus or the metro to get to any close beach. BEDROOMS 1 real bedroom, 1 sofa bed which is actually just a sofa and one smaller bedroom behind the kitchen! only one big cupboard available in the bigger room. The linen was ok, but the beds were not comfy at all, and the pillows were to thin to be used, it just gave be neck pain. LIVING ROOM Could not watch tv, unless you entered your Netflix credentials. Balcony had one chair only ( please put at least a little table). KITCHEN You should change the sponge between each client, it was just warned out! not enough cutlery or glasses (only 2 were available) and cups, this is inexpensive please PROVIDE big spoons, additional small spoons, knives and forks (there were only 4 of each) , small sharp cutting knives, a pair of siscors, a HANDTOWEL for the kitchen (this is really the basics), salt and pepper (the minimum requirement). BATHROOM it was ok, but only 2 rolls of toilet paper !! AMENITIES Please provide iron and ironing board and to finish we found cokeroaches in the hallway and in our bathroom : ( like super huge ones

• David (6/5): Anuncio engañoso con la ubicación - Apartamento agradable en cuanto a que era bonito. En el anuncio pone que el alojamiento está frente a la playa y es mentira, está a 40 minutos andando. Por otra parte la TV no tenía cable de antena,así que no la pudimos usar. La comunicación con la anfitriona mal,no habla español y tuvimos que comunicarnos a través del traductor de Google.

• Dmitri (1/5): - Nicht Nicht empfehlenswert – Unsaubere Unterkunft mit Schädlingsbefall Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir mehrere tote Kakerlaken in der Wohnung vor – offenbar wurde kurz zuvor eine Schädlingsbekämpfung durchgeführt. Der Geruch war stark wahrnehmbar. Leider wurden wir vorab nicht darüber informiert, dass ein massiver Befall bestand. Da es spät war, konnten wir nicht sofort abreisen, doch wir verließen die Unterkunft am nächsten Morgen. Insgesamt war der Zustand der Wohnung unhygienisch und nicht zumutbar. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen und kann sie anderen Reisenden nicht empfehlen.
