• Barbara (7/5): Carina ma poco funzionale - Casa molto carina in un luogo isolato scelto da me. Sala, cucinotto, camera e bagno, questo è ciò che ho scelto. Viale per arrivare a destinazione completamente al buio, senza luci. Quasi subito ho dovuto chiamare l'host perché i due condizionatori perdevano acqua e il giorno dopo è venuto l'addetto e lo ha sistemato. Appena arrivata ho dovuto lavare tutte le stoviglie prese dall'armadietto perché erano unte, comprese le posate e le pentole. Nel microonde ho trovato resti di cibo altrui, un pezzo l'ho tolto ma non sono certo io a dover ripulire lo sporco altrui. In bagno c'erano lavatrice (che non ho usato) e asciugatrice che avrei voluto usare ma la vaschetta era piena d'acqua di altre asciugature, quindi anche il filtro sarà stato da ripulire e mi son vista bene da non usarla. Inoltre in doccia il saliscendi era molto traballante. La scopa aveva il manico non fisso al bastone e ogni passata per terra dovevo riavvitarlo perché veniva via. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo tolto la spazzatura come richiesto e prima di uscire di casa ho fatto un filmato come prova di ciò che ho riportato in queste righe, poi ho chiuso la porta e sono arrivata alla macchina (chiuso filmato). Arrivati a buttare la spazzatura negli appositi contenitori del luogo siamo stati quasi richiamati da una persona, che poi ho capito essere lo stesso che veniva a rifare l'appartamento di fronte che diceva all'aiutante di sbrigarsi a fare le pulizie (sfido io che era tutto unto!), che ci ha chiesto in quale appartamento eravamo e se era andato tutto bene. Ho risposto ciò che ho scritto e cioè che la pulizia ha lasciato alquanto a desiderare ma non si è scusato, anzi, ha detto che bisogna essere tolleranti. NO! Dopo aver pagato uno stipendio per l'affitto pretendevo almeno la pulizia! Quello che proprio non mi è andato giù è stato che prima di cominciare la vacanza hanno chiesto i codici della carta di credito (che non ho dato) e una serie di domande a cui rispondere altrimenti non avrei avuto accesso al mio appartamento.

• Sigurlaug (6/5): Pleasant - The WiFi was very unstable. One of us needed to work during the stay and it was impossible over the WiFi. And there was a leak from the floor above us into the living room.
• Jenna (9/5): Superb - Our three bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We appreciated that it was tucked amongst olive groves yet just a short drive to Porto Ercole and beaches. The AC was a little finicky, but we got it to work for the most part.
• Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, clean, well equipped and cosy. By the way, many reviewers remarked on the absence of salt and pepper, but there was plenty of both. You'll find it in the sachets in the container by the sink. Wonderful views, beautiful walks and close to town despite being surrounded by countryside. Close to the Feniglia beach, and an easy drive to both Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano. The Argentario is well worth exploring - a bit like Cap d'Antibe but a thousand times bigger. Then again, there are the islands of Giglio and Gianutri. Basically, it's a wonderful base for a wonderful holiday. A real home from home. There was nothing I didn't like, but visitors should be aware when taking evening strolls that there might be wild bore about. No great problem as long as you don't get between the adults and their young. Human parents should therefore take responsibility for their own young, and ensure that no one tries to play with or cuddle a baby bore. But if anything, they add some local colour when you hear them snuffling about looking for tasty roots and, if they're lucky, a truffle or two.

• Sabina (8/5): Good location, nice and well equipped Apartment, a bit pricey - Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for cooking during vacation in hindsight should have looked for an Apartment with a pool. We most definitely missed a grill,which for us during holidays is a must.
• Eva (8/5): Very good - Surrounded by olive trees, quiet and qualitative interior. Host was very friendly and easy to talk to. Place is not completely sound proof and you could hear your neighbors.
• Barbara (9/5): Loved the view and the spacious accomodation! - The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise! The living area was incredibly spacious, with large windows offering a beautiful view of the fort in the distance. The kitchen, though small, was perfectly efficient. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very convenient, and having a laundry unit in the apartment was a great bonus. The area was peaceful, with tasteful furnishings, easy parking, and just a short drive into Porto Ercole. We were also pleased they provided a high chair and portable crib. The air conditioning was much appreciated as well! The main room didn’t cool down much, even with the air conditioning running. However, the bedrooms were comfortably cool. We also had some difficulty locating the silverware and kitchen utensils—it would be more convenient if they were moved to one of the empty kitchen cabinets rather than the green cabinet across the room.

They advertise with being a agriturismo, but it's more a apartment park for lots of tourists. The atmosphere is not in nature and not personal, which is what we thought it would be.

Easy to get into the town and close to the main beach area. 2nd bedroom single beds very good mattress but bed too small for adults to be comfortable. Good size shower in 2nd bathroom but nowhere to put toiletries.

• Tjeerd (7/5): A good place to stay if your keen to explore the beaches - Close to the nearby town Porto Ercole and great beaches A lot of dogs barking in the night and as an Agriturismo known for its olive oil it would have been nice to have some olive oil, salt and pepper present in the kitchen.
