• Magdalena (9/5): Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, and a Thoughtful Host! - We had a wonderful stay at Alfycondindia! The apartment is beautifully decorated in a charming Sicilian style, spacious, clean, and very comfortable — especially the bedrooms, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet with an authentic local feel. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, greeting us with sweet treats, fresh fruits and even a bottle of champagne — such a lovely touch! You can really feel the warmth and care that went into preparing the apartment for guests. The only small downsides were some noise from the street at times, and a bit of plumbing noise when using the kitchen tap or shower. However, these were minor issues compared to all the positives. Overall, a delightful stay that truly captured the spirit of Sicily.

• Xiaosha (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hat uns alles deutlich erklärt. Es gibt für uns sogar ein Korb voll mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt Wäre idealer wenn es Aufzug gibt. Aber bei einem Altbau ist es nachvollziehbar

• David (10/5): Excellent property and lovely host. - Host and location were both excellent. The property itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable. For an apartment in an old city centre it was top notch. Nothing really we very much enjoyed our stay. A little more time in Catania would have been nice but this time we had a tight schedule.
• Armand (9/5): Mooie locatie op een topplek en zeer vriendelijke host. - Veel ruimte, zeer netjes en alles voorhanden. Niet echt iets waar verhuurder iets aan kan doen. Bij waterafname is er door de beperkte waterdruk een piepend geluid te horen dat kan voor mensen die licht slapen er voor zorgen dat zij wakker schrikken bij doortrekken wc of douchen.
• Rigmor (10/5): Vi ble tatt godt i mot av vertinnen, som hadde kjøpt inn både vann og musserende vin til oss. - Vi hadde leilighet, så lagde oss frokost selv. Kort vei til nærmeste bakeri og andre småbutikker. Vi ble på hils med noen av de nærmeste italienske naboene, og det var hyggelig. Catania er også en fin plass for turer. Den beste turen var opp i tre fjell landsbyer, hvor blant annet Gudfaren ble spilt inn. Disse byene het Savoca, Forza d`Agro og Castelmola.. Vi likte oss i leiligheten, og beliggenheten til byen.

• Sam (10/5): Homely, comfortable flat in the heart of Catania. - A perfect flat for a short stay in Catania, even better if you plan to stay for a long time. It's a home away from home with everything you might need, beautifully furnished, as well as being a very short distance from the heart of town. There are excellent places to eat and drink nearby if you're not cooking at home, and you're very close to the street market if you do want to buy ingredients. Alfina is a warm and friendly host who is very invested in her guests' comfortable experience. Thank you so much! The water pump is a bit noisy whenever water is running, but this seems like an unavoidable feature of Catania. Not a problem unless you like taking midnight showers while everyone else is asleep.

• Dubravko (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in the city centre, nice apartment, well equipped, spatious rooms. Water pump has a loud and irritating sound every time you open a tap. Parking is not private, you park on the street but usually there is a place nearby.

• Kayumanis (8/5): Alfina Is an Angel – Thoughtful and Caring Host. - Alfina was very kind and thoughtful, providing all the basic needs in the kitchen and all the basic essentials in the apartment. She even went out of her way to bring us needles and thread when we needed them, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but it was colder inside than outside, and the heating from the AC wasn’t very effective. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the host’s hospitality and care. Nothing much.

It has modern amenities but still retains a traditional Catania feel. The main city attractions are all within a 15 - 20 min walking distance. The hostess is welcoming and accomodating.
