• Sk. (9/5): - The location was great!!! Near the train station, really close to the central, market across the street, and quiet neighbourhood. It's a big comfortable flat for 6 people. We had a great time!! It has only one bathroom, and in wasn't so clean.

• serge (8/5): appartement à recommander très correct et idéalement placé, dans un quartier très calme. - l'emplacement est parfait dans un quartier calme, métro et commerces à proximité. problème de plomberie bruyante ( mais l'hôte s'en ai occupée). quantité de vaisselle un peu insuffisante pour 4 personnes ( sans faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas) manque de plat allant au four.

• rosa (10/5): - Everyone was happy enough for us all, it wasn't too far from everything. There were fruit flies in the bathroom and the bedroom window on the back was broken but never affected our stay we really enjoyed ourselves.
• Stéphane (6/5): Séjour contrasté dans un bel appartement avec de sérieux points d'amélioration et de vigilance - L' appartement est idéalement situé, fonctionnel, spacieux et propre Le lave vaisselle était défectueux et sale (photo) La fenêtre d'une des chambres ne fermait pas complètement (pénible quand il fait 0 degré) Le douche a un débit dérisoire et est à peine tiède La chasse d' eau de l' unique toilette est capricieuse Et en plus une fuite d'eau provenant de la SDB s écoulait par un spot du plafond donnant dans l entrée de l' appartement (photo) privant la cuisine et l'entrée de tout éclairage Une chaise avec l'assise cassée qui pince assez fort

• Mairead (10/5): Great value for money and fabulous location/ lovely spacious rooms - Excellent location and near lots of shops. Good sized kitchen and sitting area, and good sized bedrooms Only one bathroom which was manageable but not ideal for a group of 6.

• Laura (8/5): Great location, comfy place - Fabulous location, really central and easy to get to all the usual places in london Bedrooms were simple and fresh, comfy beds, really nice size. In one of the bedrooms and entrance hall, sadly there must have been a water leak previously and there was big water marks/stains on the walls and the paint was peeling off. No big problem but could do with a little spruce up when the summer rush is over.
• Ieva (7/5): Spacious, well-located, but quite worn apartment - Great location, the apartment is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, everything in the apartment is quite worn out and in need of maintenance. Several things were broken, including the key box, which got stuck — we were lucky not to be left waiting outside the door for too long.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - The location and cleanliness was good and bedding and beds were comfy. Useful to have a waitrose and tescos opposite. Communication was good. The house is in need of repairs. Large damp patches on walls and a smell of damp was very disappointing. There was also a lack of utensils and kitchen equipment that could be easily solved with a trip to ikea. The table for 6 guests was too small which was a shame.
• Lutz (2/5): Schimmel und Schmutz in guter Lage - Die Lage war gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist eine Katastrophe und hat nahezu nichts mit den Fotos hier zu tun. Es war stark verdreckt, zum Teil beschädigt und erhebliche und großflächige Schimmelbildung in verschiedenen Teilen der Wohnung. Die Betten waren extrem ungemütlich, die Dusche funktionierte nicht gut.
• Barson (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property is really good and there is a gate you can lock for extra security Money needs spending om this property to make it comfortable. The mattress on all beds are so uncomfortable you are sleeping on springs. The blind in the back bedroom is broken and you can pull up to let in fresh air. There as been a leak in the house and it is badly stained on the dining room/stairs wall and the bedroom. Such a shame

• Rachel (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - a good base for us to explore some of London. - Great, convenient location for us. Close to Farringdon Station. Good sized rooms. Clean crisp towels. Large, clean bathroom. Would benefit from kitchen being better equipped eg: more cutlery/utensils. Noise in the pipes after flushing the toilet every time! Quality of the furniture & beds in the property could be better, but ok for a 2 night stay.

• Petra (8/5): Very good - Simple but clean and nice appartment. Close to the subway in a calm neighberhood. Close to food stores. The beds were quite uncmfortable and it would have been nice with two bathrooms since were six people.
• Eduardo (6/5): Pleasant - - Good flat location - Easy access & self check-in - Roller blind without cord (2nd floor, bedroom on the right) - Insufficient forks (on the drawer) for 6 guests - The water dripped from the kitchen sink - Some of the bed base slats from the 1st floor bedroom where broken
• Christine (4/5): Cold and uncomfortable but good location - Spacious and good location Mattresses were thin and the springs were felt in all of them. The whole apartment is in need of maintenance or a renovation. Rotting window frames, dirty water damaged walls and a weed filled entrance. Our biggest issue was the hot water system not going hot. The owner didn’t answer when I asked for instructions to obtain hot water.
• Jennifer (8/5): A microwave safe bowl and a wooden spoon /nylon spatula would make basic cooking a lot easier. - There was a bedroom for everyone while we recovered from the long flight from Australia. The bathroom was very large with plenty of room for our toiletries. The lounge area had two sofas (although online pics only showed one?) so we could all sit together. The supermarket was right across the road. There was a lack of basic kitchen equipment for such a good sized kitchen. When the gas went out there was no microwave safe container to cook in the microwave, and the flat got quite cold.
• Олена (9/5): Good vacation - there was absolutely everything that was necessary .........that is, there was an iron, there were spoons, forks, pots, pans, even wine glasses and glasses, tea, coffee, absolutely everything, there was even netflix, we could control the heating ourselves, everything was there great, but there were some flaws the main thing is that there was no lighting in the stairwell to the apartment, it is desirable to have a hanger for outerwear, the mattresses are springy and squeaky, I was surprised by the request to take out the trash with us. and in general everything was very cool

• Ashley (8/5): Lovely flat in central location. - Good instructions to find the keys from the host. Perfect location in central London. Access to the property wasn't the easiest (up some steep steeps, which was a bit of a pain for prams/luggage).

• Susan (6/5): Average experience in good location. - Location Good shops nearby including Waitrose Tesco and Pret. Short walk from Farringdon station. Good internet Beds were uncomfortable. Stairs were steep. Power shower hard to work. Paid a lot but we had to empty bins … couldn’t find bins and no instructions where to empty.

• Bridget (7/5): Reasonably priced apartment with three bedrooms. - There were three bedrooms and location was as expected. There was only one sofa in a very large lounge which restricted seating. Considering accomodation holds up to six people they need another sofa.
• Sarah (9/5): Great 3 bed flat in Farringdon. Just needs some tlc and could be amazing but it suited our needs. Good shower and linen. - Good space, good location. Was able to access early which was appreciated. Good communication. The upstairs beds are not comfortable, needs new mattresses.
• Tracy (7/5): It did the job. - Bed sizes were good. There was a nice big bath and bathroom. Owner was friendly and was very responsive whenever we contacted them. The number of stairs. We didn't know that there would be so much steeps stairs. It would have been worth telling us at the beginning as we had my Aunt with us who struggled with the stairs. Also one of our group fell down the stairs And strained her toe. Also the front of the house could be spruced up a bit to help the place look nicer. There were a few unfinished DIY work needed in the house.

• Sharon (8/5): Great way to stay central without costing a fortune - Great size and location. We like not being stuck in a hotel room even if only there for a short while. The flat is a great size and really close to amenities. Lovely restaurant directly opposite and a couple of grocery stores with 2mins walking. Host was very accommodating The only negative was the co fort of the beds, manageable for a couple of nights but not more for us. Always a very personal thing as each of us has our own comfort level
• Ronny (8/5): Very good - excellent location, large house, no too much street noise, stable wifi house needs maintenance work: toilet didn't flush well, faucet in kitchen was leaking, beds were uncomfortable, broken curtain, ... for a house which can accommodate 6 people, I expect that there is more than 1 small sofa, that really was a bummer for us, no cosy relaxing with the family at the end of the day communication started off good, but we replies to our messages didn't come or were late

Blinds in the top front room are broken- had to manually wind the blind and it hurt my thumbs Mattresses were quite uncomfortable in all three beds and the bed frame in front top bedroom was REAALLY creaky.

• Martin (8/5): Great value for the size of the apartment - Spacious, huge bathroom, great location. Liked that there weren't any flats above / below us. Road outside is a bit noisy in the morning, woke me up early

• Maria (8/5): Great little find - Great location, spacious clean accommodation, very efficient and responsive owner (heating wasn't working but it was fixed within an hour of mentioning it to the owner), great value for location and space provided, coffee machine and pods a great touch, lovely tapas restaurant directly opposite the accommodation. Single glazed windows which meant all outside noise felt like it was in the room (bring earplugs), bed in one of the bedrooms very squeeky (top floor on the right), no floodlight outside which made it tricky when coming back at night with the steep metal staircase.
