- TATIANA (10/5): Освещение слабое было в комнате, поярче бы лампочки вкрутить. Белье следует поменять - всё в катышках и местами было рв - Я попала в маленький рай. Очень красивая территория небольшого, но уютного отеля. В комнате чисто. Вода горячая в душе. Холодильник есть, что лично для меня необходимо в первую очередь. Кондиционер есть. Телевизор есть. В общем самое необходимое есть. Территория внутри приятно удивила своей дизайнерской зеленью, делан маленький фонтанчик, и отдельно кран с водой для помывки ног после пляжа. Растения в горшках, цветы окружают повсюду.

It had good facilities (I appreciated the fridge) but was very dark with window light barred, and not very welcoming. Nothing to mop up the floor from having a shower so bathroom constantly wet.

Ich hatte das Zimmer gewechselt, weil der Balkon ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Buchung war und bei Anreise überhaupt nicht dem entsprach ,was man auf den Bildern sieht. Ich finde es sehr schade, das ich für das neue Zimmer viel mehr bezahlen musste ,als es offiziell bei Booking zu buchen ist.

Уборка номера производится по требованию. В номере все работало и было все необходимое, даже шампуни. Тараканы были в номере.

Хорошие включённые завтраки, плюс еще можно что-то заказать дополнительно за доплату. Чуткий, вежливый персонал. Все просьбы выполнялись своевременно и качественно. Кошки🥰 Постельное белье уставшее и из искуственных материалов, наматрасник с запахом плесени.

- Margit (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Sehr schöne Unterkunft zentral gelegen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick, was ein Traum war. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schönes, großes Badezimmer und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück konnte man in einem schattigen Garten einnehmen Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bedanke mich bei Rahul, Sonu,Anup und Rana, um nur Einige zu nennen. Es war ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Alles war perfekt.

Номера чистые, персонал приветливый, месторасположение идеальное (поотдаль от шумных дорог и не совсем на пляже, где полно народу и суеты). Отды́хаем четвертый раз именно здесь, менять ни на что не хочется. Из нового: по вечерам появились свежая рыба на льду (по желанию можно заказать), и вкусная своя выпечка по адекватным ценам (очень понравился манговый пирог). Оказывается, можно попросить завтрак в номер, раньше не знали, а сейчас пользовались, очень удобно, не нужно ждать скучать в лобби. В общем спасибо ребятам за замечательную атмосферу отдыха и искреннее старание. До встречи в 2027 году! На мой взгляд, очень высокие и пухлые подушки, было бы лучше если из 4х например две были бы поменьше. Но это субъективно, вопрос вкуса 🤔

- IRINA (9/5): - Вид из окна был потрясающий, жила на верхнем этаже. Расположение отеля оптимальное, и пляж рядом и улица с кафешками. Удобно спроектирован отель, на каждом этаже есть зоны для компании. Много зелени, отличный персонал- все вежливые и с улыбкой. Любой момент который не устраивает- решается моментально. Уборка регулярная, безопасность на уровне. Для Арамболя - лучший вариант для проживания на мой взгляд!

- Gala (9/5): Great location, beautiful territory, helpful and hospitable stuff, good food, clean beds - Nice location, a couple minutes from the beach, Main road with its cafes and shops is just 10m away. At the same time the hotel has green territory. Reception area is a special vibe. Delicious restaurant. Taxi desk. Helpful and friendly stuff, partly Russian-speaking, that tried to do their best at every request. Rooms have different equipment, for example, some have chairs, some - not. Checking details might be a good option. Generally hot water always, comfortable beds and room service make it a decent option. I would say more shelves and hooks in the rooms for personal belongings would be good. May be a suitcase holder. And a hanger for wet swimsuits and towels on every floor. I would also appreciate a late checkout instead of paying an extra night, but thanks for the room in the first floor.

- Mrigna (3/5): I would have give it above 7, but giving low rating cause of the bed bugs that gave bad rash to me for days after I stay - I liked its location. The staff is friendly. I got really bad case of bed bugs rash after staying at this property. The rash erupted all over my body, and I was itching for days. Also, they didn’t clean the bedsheets while we were there.

Sachian was excellent—he served us a lovely breakfast, helped clean the room, and kindly carried our bags, always with a warm smile and gentle manner. Souno at the reception was also extremely helpful and caring. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. If there were a bin in the room only!

See picture of entrance to hotel This hotel description is inaccurate. It says it has restaurants on property and it doesn't. The hotel wifi never worked. The TV didn't work. I was to get a room with a view. The first garden view was a vacant lot. I did get a balcony with view of ocean but I had to fight for it. They would shut down water and did not inform guests

Feels like home away from home. Perfectly safe for the family. You can find eateries at walking distance or can order the food.

- Konstantina (9/5): Superb - I stayed at the hotel for about a month. My stay there was excellent. The staff is always available to serve you. Drinking water is provided daily. The breakfast is complete and covers all preferences. The place is clean and daily cleaning of the rooms is provided upon request. I've changed three different rooms and i was satisfied with all of them. It is located in the center of the market but isolated from the noise. It is just a few meters from the beach. I would definitely prefer it again. I would like to thank all the staff who made my stay pleasant. Rahul, Sonu, Anup, Satyam, Sachin you are the best!!!

Window frames so warped that the don’t shut properly - so no way to keep out the mosquitos , the place has not had an love for years , dirty walls broken rusty furniture and litter all around the side of the building
- Cedric (9/5): Wonderful place by the beach - The location very close to the beach, yet just far enough to be shielded from the loud music at night (depending on the direction of your room). The breakfast, which takes a little while to come, but is quite good. The space, well maintained and full of plants. The room size (at least the one we got) which was very large and comfortable, with a balcony. The very friendly staff. The room doors have an antiquated system with slider locks which shouldn't even be allowed. Beside being a danger in case of emergency, it is also very inconvenient when one person leaves the room and the other one stays inside, because if you close the door from the outside the other person cannot leave! And vice versa... This really should be changed ASAP

- Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - The location is good, the beach is just a few meters away. The bedroom is good, it has a fan, air conditioning and a refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is good with hot water 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very complete (you have 3 options to choose from). A bit noisy at night, from the same guests and some events outside. But it makes sense given the location of the place.

We asked for change of room but not accepted our request. People who try for on site booking was a liberty to see the room first and book. Since we have booked through booking.com and paid the full amount there was no way other than to accept the room.

- Fiel (6/5): Pleasant stay in a secluded peaceful hotel - It had a good location to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants but it was far away from the sights Goa is known for. If you want to be secluded from everyone else, this is the perfect spot. All facilities were okay and functioning. It was far from the sights I wanted to go to.

The low price makes sense with the quality, there sure are higher quality hotels, but it's ok for traveling on a budget. :) First we got a room, that unfortunately was moldy, which was kind of a big problem for us, because my partner has asthma. But after telling the staff they were very calm and friendly about it and immediately gave us a new room. The new room was nicer, maybe a carpet in front of the bathroom would be great, because it could get a bit slippery.

- Simon (6/5): A good budget stay, but I would suggest lowering your expectations if you are used to western hotels - Complimentary Indian breakfast of Aloo Paratha with curd (natural yoghurt) and achar (lime pickle) was substantial in size but limited. If they offered a fruit salad with it, as per the continental option, it would've been superb. Coffee was disgusting, masala chai was delightful. The room was basic. Had to ask for a rubbish bin. The bathroom was a bit grubby but had hot water after 9.30 when it had heated up. A/C was very good. Fan was a bit noisy but fine. The room (501) had a small porch facing reception. It did not really have a balcony. The listing said that it did! The fridge didn't work when I arrived. I told the manager. Upon the 2nd time of telling, an engineer fixed it within 20 minutes. Great location! See above
