• JOSE LUIS (4/5): Buen anfitrión pero demasiado minimalista. - La Limpieza estaba bastante bien y la cama perfecta. Tiene servicio de alquiler de bicicletas para el que le gusta hacer actividades. El ambiente era bastante jovial. El anfitrión todo el rato contestaba muy bien las dudas ,aunque debes de saber inglés. La wifi funcionaba bien. Todo muy lleno de carteles y notas informativas agobiaba un poco. La televisión no se ve nada es un enredo y no pudimos conectar con nada y la verdad que da mucho que desear, debería actualizar el televisor El cuarto le falta aire acondicionado y tener un buen armario de hecho las mantas y almohadas estaban debajo de la cama. Cuando nos dispusimos a dormir hacia bastante calor, incluso podría asegurar que fuera se estaba más fresco. Además le faltaban cortinas a nuestra habitación, practicamente los vecinos te pueden ver por las rejillas de la ventana. También el aparcamiento está bastante dificultoso ,nosotros nos hospedamos cuando se celebró el Carnaval de Maspalomas quizás tuvo algo que ver, no lo sabemos. La hora de salida en este sitio es a las 10 en muchos sitios es como mínimo a las 11.

• Susanne (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für einen individuellen Aufenthalt - Die Lage ist sehr angenehm ruhig am Ortsrand, der Fussweg ins Zentrum sehr schön angelegt. Die Zimmer & Küche sind außerordentlich gut ausgestattet und freundlich gestaltet, es gibt ausreichend Bäder/WCs - ein nettes Zuhause. Wer auf Sicherheit viel Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Der Besitzer ist meist nicht vor Ort und regelt den Betrieb per individuellen Zugangscodes, ausführlichen digitalen Infos und mehrsprachigen "Hausregeln" an den Wänden, für den reibungslosen Ablauf. Arguineguin selbst ist ein gemütlicher, angenehmer Ort mit vielen Einheimischen und Zuwanderern und mehreren Strandabschnitten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Die Wände sind dünn, das Haus also sehr hellhörig. Die vielen automatisierten Handy-Infos sind eventuell etwas lang & unpersönlich und werden unübersichtlich für den konkreten Bedarf. Wer nicht gerne 20 min ins Zentrum geht, braucht auf jeden Fall ein Mietfahrzeug oder Taxi. Der Besitzer verleiht selbst 3 Fahrräder, allerdings nur für den vollen Aufenthalt bzw. 1 Woche.

I arrived very late but the owner was kind enough to keep in touch (this was my first time in Gran Canaria) so I could settle in nicely. Great sleep after a very long day travelling

• Truba (9/5): Цілком рекомендую - Мені сподобалася кімната і те, що у будинку було все необхідне для життя. Привітний але ненав'язливий господар Крістіан про все попіклувався. Сусіди в інших кімнатах теж були чемними. Для мене було трохи далекувато від громадського транспорту, бо ми щодня їздили з групою по різним місцям острова. Але не дуже далеко і дорога до місця проживання була освітлена і комфортна. Ше одна незручність - заборона приводити гостей до кімнати.

• Mark (5/5): - Vermieter reagiert schnell aus mehreren 1000km Entfernung Parkplatzsuche ist Glückssache Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen und der allgemeine Zustand bezüglich Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut.wir haben auch nicht geduscht. Es ist noch zu erwähnen,das überall Kameras vorhanden sind.
• Tor Inge (4/5): OCD Host - Easy instructions to get into the house with access code. The host had OCD on cleaning. The whole place was littered with cleaning instructions and cleaning products for the guests. Even though the host was around at almost every hour of the day to clean himself. At 2030 he started messing around outside my room, and kept going on until 2230, when I notified to him that it was disturbing me, as he was in the middle of moving some furniture around just outside my door. The day before I was checking out. I was asked to leave the property before 10 in the morning, cuz he had to clean the house. And he started with that as soon as the first guest left in the morning, and again lots of noise from his cleaning activity. The house was not sound isolated very well. Not a single place I have ever stayed in before have asked to check out this early, standard check out is usually 12.

• Martin (8/5): Comfortable, clean & safe - Quite neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Parking was a nightmare. Had to circle for well over an hour to get a spot 250m away from the entrance of the property. The fact that it was storm Emilia and raining as hard as being in a shower for an humour didn’t help. So many texts & instructions to follow. If you are like me dyslexic & dyspraxic it is a challenge. The one good thing was Chris was immediately on hand to help with instructions although a phone call would have made things a lot easier which I got a n the morning when checking out.

Propriétaire absent mais très méfiant avec une caméra dans l'entrée de la maison, des notes partout pour rappeler les règles et un grand nombre de messages whatsapp générés par l'IA. Le propriétaire a aussi essayé de tirer profit d'un malentendu (deux personnes au lieu de une pour une nuit) en demandant plus cher que Booking pour une deuxième personne avec des arguments irrecevables.
• Dave (7/5): Nice, but too much communication with rules and information. - Clean, technology on security and monitoring the priority. The host is polite. The communication was a lot. Too much. Invites to group chat, various photos and videos 6 minutes long on instructions . Every wall had notices and instructions on everything. Even small print on what you agree to on entry of the building, when the notice is inside. I understand there's risk with guests, but it felt like a prison, spoilt the stay.

• Jan (10/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY - Seldom have I seen a similar place for rent so well organized. The first I noticed when entering was that it looked brand new, and very clean. The house, ChrisOasis, with its several rooms for rent, is a great place to stay. It has a very good system for safety and security, with good, detailed and clear instructions and information to guests, important in making the stay a relaxed and pleasant one. The room I had, had everything I needed, and more, with many smart solutions and gadgets, such as an IKEA shelf and wardrobe system, utilizing the available space to a maximum. The location was perfect to me, close to grocery stores/ Supermarkets, the Calisthenics Park, and with an easy and pleasant walk of about a kilometer on a well-kept walkway straight down to the nice beach promenade and three town center beaches. Christian, the owner/manager, was very helpful and accommodating to any request one might have. I'll be back!

• Claes (9/5): I had a great time at Chris Oasis - Our stay here was wonderful with a private bathroom attached to our bedroom (En Suite). For us it was worth to pay a bit extra. Even if the host was here (there is other private bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms apart from our private bathroom and bedroom) it was very private and calm. I wanted to play padeltennis and Christian set me up with a court very close to the house where it is a gym, group training and indoor swimming pool which my partner enjoyed. It takes about 15 minutes to take a walk down to the central beach but we rented 2 of Christians mountain bikes which made it easy and quick to come to the padel courts and beach. Its simple ackommodations but at a really nice price.

Just a short easy walk into town and the beach (10 minutes) In my room I had a ceiling fan which provided a pleasant and cooling breeze. I rented the room where I got two bathrooms (shared). Great Wi-Fi and Christian has a very good security system in the house that brings good quality to guests in the house. I felt very safe. The property is in a quiet area, the neighbourhood is charming and gave me a feel of the local life! The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Everywhere you can go by walk, to small shop very near the house, to big shops little more down the street. There where also the possibility to rent a bicycle from the host for cheap money. I would love to come back.
