• A11640 (9/5): - Nice view of Lake Tekapo and very near to town centre. Quiet neighbourhood with low light pollution that allow stargazing from apartment outer yard. Spacious living and dining areas. Living quarters are above the car park space, so need to climb stairs. Lacking a dryer for laundry.

• Vuilet (8/5): - The place was spacious and had a gorgeous view. No fly screens. They had left the air conditioner on for when we arrived and it was a bit too toasty inside. Opened the sliding door to get air in and bugs came in.
• Elizabeth (9/5): House was nice - It had a lovely view I phoned Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes to ask why my payment had not gone through. Their refusal to accept payment prior to me leaving my home country meant I could not activate my bank complementary insurance, resulting in me feeling let down and thinking I would never deal with this provider again because it cost me money I should not have need to pay out - very disappointing when my booking said the account would be charged at any time. It was also annoying not having a self-checkin for flexibility.

• Nanette (7/5): could have been better - location and views from property were great With one TV in the property that did not work. Several attempts were made by the people from reception desk to correct this without success. As weather was rainy and to stay in without any TV made a difference to our stay.

• Robert (10/5): Comfy and well-equipped house in a quiet part of Tekapo - Comfortable and well-equipped house in a quiet location off the main road. Nice views across the lake to the mountains. A simple drop-box would be easier to collect and drop off the key instead of having to drive in to town to do so, but not a major!

• Malcolm (7/5): Good - Excellent location and stunning views. The upholstery and carpets would benefit from cleaning. (shabby and tired looking) The bathroom had no hooks or enough shelving to put anything ie: brush or cosmetics. Very small for two people, would be a bit tight for a family.
