- Ez (1/5): Worst experience - Nothing Apartment was not prepared for check-in, it was dirty. I have asked for the phone adaptor beforehand, upon arrival the father of the host gladly sold me 2 adaptors, obviously making some money out of that. Well, I did not have a choice as I needed to charge the phone but in other places the host would just give it to you to use for free. I needed late check-out and we agreed on the extra pay with the host. The father of the host came to take money and started asking for more in a rude way (I understand a bit of Darija), cannot recall the worst experience I've ever had with Booking.com reservations.
