• Petra (10/5): - Zelo prijazen gostitelj, lepa in prostorna terasa. Plaža je bila blizu. V kuhinji so bili vsi potrebni pripomočki. Preživeli smo dva čudovita dneva.

Het is heel fijn om in de tuin te genieten van een kopje koffie en de bedden waren ook heerlijk. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Met zn 4en Alles was geweldig schoon. En super modern ingericht.

L’ambiente è davvero rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Atmosfera accogliente e piacevole, tutto pensato per far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. • Mieke (4/5): Disappointing - The bed and the toilet were ok. We had a really disappointing experience. The reality did not match the expectations set by the pictures. The kitchen was missing basic essentials, the terrace was dirty, and there was a lot of noise coming from the garden, which made it hard to relax. Overall, not what we were hoping for.

• Sahiti (10/5): - Sehr luxoriöses Apartment, mit sehr vielen Utensilien. Ob Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine mit Küche (Induktionsherd + sehr guter Ofen + top Mikrowelle) alles war dabei. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, gab uns sogar ein Rabatt auf die zusätzliche Zimmerreinigung. Immer schnelle Antworten und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Würde jedem diese Wohnung empfehlen, einfach herrlich. Super bequeme Matratzen. 2 min vom Strand entfernt. Alles in Reichweite, ob Stadt, Bankautomat oder Shopping bis Restaurants. Würde die Wohnung als absoluten "hidden gem" qualifizieren:) Nichts, alles perfekt. Grazie!
• Eligio (10/5): Exceptional property! - Riccardo was an exceptional host, friendly and very helpful. We arrived after mid night and he was there waiting for us. He drove us to the airport next day so we could pick up our rental car and gave us a tour of attactions, those flamingos looked fabulous! The facilities were clean, pretty, and we loved the turtle.

• Pedro (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is new and impeccable. Very well located near the great beach of Poet. The owner, Ricardo, was super kind and helpful. He picked us up and took us to the airport and took us on a sightseeing tour of the city of Cagliari. Impeccable place! I recommend it.

• Alexandr (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent. Very friendly host, very good location, and very comfortable, beautiful apartment. We could cook ourselves, or we could go through the beach to Macdonalds for breakfast. There is also a very beautiful garden, and nice places to have dinner/lunch. Thanks a lot! There is also a parking lot, and bus stop, and there are two large supermarkets nearby.

Available to answer any queries. Cooking utensils are basic I like to cook in sometimes. Great for a breakfast or lunch. Cooking a full dinner I would have liked a few more pots.

• Lola (10/5): A lovey beach retreat - A great room right by the beach. The host Laura was lovely and very accomodating, even finding us a beach umbrella for our day out. The studio was great and well equipped. Good facilities and amenities.

The sandy beach was absolutely perfect, and the water was wonderfully warm - ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Riccardo and Laura at Parquja are the nicest people who do everything possible to make the stay of their quests comfortable. More cups and glasses in the apartment would be nice)
• Iryna (9/5): Superb - Very well maintained, very nice oasis-like garden and territory, friendly owner bringing us fruits every now and then, great comfy bed. Outdoor shower - was a game changer for us as we travelled with a dog so not to bring sand and dust inside. Very strong aircon. There is NO parking, the description has to be changed. You can park in the street nearby but it’s not realistic during weekends. Strange choice of kitchen utensils - like 5 different pots, but only two big dinner plates. Had to buy a lot of staff ourselves as we stayed for 2 weeks - eg salad bowl. Also, for this price cleaning would need to be done at least once in 3 days. Location is not great (this is our choice purely, nothing to blame the property), outskirts of Cagliari, so wouldn’t stay in this area again - extremely busy road and completely packed beaches, especially during weekends.

The apartments is close to the beach, 5 mins and you enjoy the sea and sun 😍 2 bus stops from the supermarket. Also you can easy get to the centre of Cagliari by bus. Special thanks to Ricardo, he met us and was in touch almost every day 🤗 Suggested places where to eat, what to visit etc. Local fruits were amazing 😋 Laura thanks for helping us with some laundry, your hospitality is great and it's a big pleasure to meet and speak to you. • Roland (10/5): Wonderful stay with my small family - We had a wonderful few days stay here. The whole property is beautiful, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The beach is just across the street, 5 mins walk max. Car is recommended to reach supermarket and other beaches. Laura and Riccardo were really kind and helpful. There were three of us, with a 2-year-old child. We definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back. :) It was just perfect.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and local produce stands, making it an ideal spot to discover Sardinia's southern beaches. The apartment impressed us with its cleanliness, simple elegance, and well-equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering. The open-plan space was airy and comfortable, featuring a cozy double bed, ample storage, and a convenient sofa-bed, not that we spent much time indoors with so many stunning places to explore. The modern bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, bidet, and washing machine, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. A highlight was the charming garden and patio, where we indulged in breakfast surrounded by fruit trees and flowers, basking in the morning sun. Given the exceptional value for the price, we eagerly anticipate our next visit to Paquja Apartments—a must-stay for anyone visiting this beautiful island. Paquja Apartments provided us with an unforgettable Sardinian adventure, blending convenience, comfort, and beauty. Highly recommended for a truly authentic experience.

Laura was instantly responsive to my text enquiries and provided helpful information about Cagliari This is a lovely, new apartment complex across the street from the beach with a bus stop outside the gate for those without a car. The grounds and apartment are exceptional. The kitchen was not as well appointed as it could be for longer stay guests that do some meal prep at home.

• Mohit (10/5): Amazing hosts and perfect location. - Before I write anything let me say Riccardo and Laura both are amazing hosts. They are friendly, attentive and quite helpful. Ask them anything and they will give their best. The location is perfect. Just 2 minutes of walking and you are on the beach. They have parking in front of the property which is very practical if one rents a car like we did and it's for free. The property is just new and it was clean and the cleaning lady comes everyday there and ensures it is clean. If we visit again we will stay in Paquja. There is nothing which we can mention.

• Andrew (10/5): Attention to detail, comfort, and service beyond compare. Best ever. - Exquisite Italian design with a priority on comfort. The hosts clearly have made this listing a labor of love. The rooms are bright, spotless, and spacious. The garden is Mediterranean horticulture in abundance, designed and planted by the owner, and there are beach clubs right across the street on the most famous beach in Sardinia. I have a crush on this listing. I loved all of it. I regret not staying longer. I hadn't used a glass stovetop before, but whose fault is that? The host happened to be near the train station when I arrived so she picked me up and is a fast driver. Still yet another thing i loved.
