• Marcela (10/5): Una joya en el corazón de Bilbao. - Me gustó el apartamento, y la ubicación . Excelentes!! El abrir la puerta del apartamento fue un poco complicado una vez tuvimos las llaves; se sugiere se revise. El apartamento es excelente, limpio, moderno, muy cómodo ; sin embargo el edificio requiere un poco de mantenimiento en las áreas comunes . El check out muy temprano: antes o máximo a las 11:00 am; nuestro vuelo era a las 3:00 pm así que tuvimos que salir en plena lluvia a esperar en un café con maletas ; podrían considerar al menos a las 12:00 pm . Una hora hace la diferencia .

(7/5): Goed appartement in hartje Bilbao, de deur uitlopen en meteen midden in het oude stadscentrum zitten - Royaal appartement (3 slaapkamers met iedere 2 bedden en 3 moderne badkamers met douche) in het hartje van binnenstad Bilbao, strak ingericht. Direct in de leuke oude winkelstraatjes, genoeg ontbijt-en andere eet-/drinkgelegenheden in de directe omgeving. Keukeninrichting op apparatuurgebied goed, maar geen enkele andere voorziening voor de eerste dag (zout,peper, olie, koffie, thee, doeken) aanwezig. Prima appartement als uitvalsbasis om Bilbao te verkennen. Houd wel rekening met de beperkingen van de lokatie: je kunt er niet met de auto komen (alles voetgangerszone), zelfs taxi´s komen niet verder dan het begin van de straat, geluidsoverlast van uitgaand publiek, relatief donker appartement door ligging in smal straatje. Taxi-standplaatsen op 3 min. loopafstand, bussen op 5 min. De dame die ons ontving was niet echt als gastvrouw gekleed (huidkleurige legging en blote buik bij een gezet postuur), de onderste trede van de trap ligt er bijna vanaf (gevaarlijk). De ramen van het zgn. balkon waren met tape aan elkaar geplakt en in geen jaren gelapt. Binnen was het netjes, strak, maart relatief donker omdat het gebouw in een smal straatje ligt en er dus geen zonlicht binnenvalt ondanks veel ramen. Er kan ´s avonds (barretjes, feestjes) en ´s ochtends (schoonmaak en leveranciers) aardig wat geluidsoverlast zijn, maar dat weet je als je midden in een oud stadsdeel boekt. De schoonmaak van de douche-armaturen kan beter en de ventilator in de laatste badkamer geeft het geluid van een straalmotor.
