• Cristina (5/5): Good location, poor cleaning - Good location, public parking in front of the building, looks like in the pictures from the site, good space, air conditioning, self check in / check out. The smell of mold and dampness in the studio, probably the owners are trying to fix this because there is a dehumidifier and several airfreshners in the studio. Also not clean enough, the garbage was still in the bin, no mattress covers for the bed and the sofa, no pillow protectors, sheets were placed directly on top, we could not tell if the sheets were clean. The pillows were filthy. Such a good space and well equipped studio, too bad it has theese issues. 4 new pillows, mattress covers and good sheets - are drastically needed.

• Vera (9/5): Quite satisfied overall - Location, apartment size, desks, chairs, sofa (not only bed but also comfy for sitting, working, watcing TV. Little terrace (table with chair in front) is surrounded with green, not visible from other buildings around. Good protection from rain, i could sit outside during the heavy rain. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better. Details were missing, such as wine opener. Looks like apartment mostly had long time tennants. Short time guests could appreciate better info about WiFi log in and appliances use
