May (9/5): Our hostess was so easy to communicate with, polite, helpful and responsive. We had a small issue with one of the toilet - Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood, quiet yet still very central. GS25 and cafes right downstairs. All beds were very comfortable, indoor temperature control was good so even in -10degC weather we were completely comfortable all the time. Plenty of communal space for our family of 10 to hang out together. Kitchen was well equipped, there was a washer and dryer (though in an unexpected location on the balcony of one of the bedrooms) which were easy to use. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the large bathroom (it has 2 showers and 2 toilet), there wasn’t enough space to hang or place clothes, towels and toiletries especially when many of us share the bathroom. Perhaps consider a small multi-tiered shelf in place of the bar stool (for toiletries) and another set of hooks/hangers behind the door.
