Ariya (10/5): Great cosy little place - I loved the location, loved the cosy little place and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! We have a 1 year old baby and it was comfortable. Only about a 20 min walk to Kyoto central station and a 15 minute walk to Nishiki market area. N/a

Julia (7/5): Bien - bien situé et bien équipé la chambre dans la cuisine et à côté des toilettes, le lavabo de la salle de bain dans la cuisine ; c’est mieux si vous n’êtes pas trop nombreux
Evgeniya (10/5): - Удобное расположение, внимательные и ненавязчивые хозяева, все необходимое для проживания в норме есть, включая зонты, электрический чайник, пылесосы, стиральную машину (с функцией сушилки!!), микроволновку и даже плиту для готовки. Лестница на второй этаж (спальный) очень крутая, большие чемоданы туда физически не затащить. Брали домик на четверых, но почти все чемоданы стояли кучей внизу) С небольшими чемоданами проблем не возникнет, но факт лестницы надо учесть)

Evelyn (8/5): Good value and family friendly guesthouse. - Beds were pretty comfortable. Facilities were clean and in good shape. Great instructions on how to use all the appliances and clear house rules. The space is narrow and irregular, but you can work around it for a short stay.
Selena (9/5): Will definitely book again - Awesome location. The staff were very friendly and helpful at checkin. Doesn’t look pretty outside but is wonderful inside. Had everything that we needed.
