• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - This is more like a local guesthouse than a villa, it's in a private location with cows in the field next door and the owner comes to sweep the yard and make offerings. It's a very authentic experience. Pemuteran is a long way from anywhere in Bali, it's a beautiful place, without the sophistications of Canggu or the busy nightlife of Lovina Beach The water pressure in the bathroom tap was a trickle only
• Gusti (5/5): Passable - Garden is nice. If you are sensitive of light is good because during the night is total dark Room is really dirty. There is no pressure in the shower.

• Marta (9/5): Delod house is kind of a exclusive and private garden area - I loved the delod house! I loved, to just sit in the garden and enjoy to listen to the nature. The bed is big, the toilet and shower are outside and so nice and you get Brakfest for free.

Outdoor shower nice and having 4 pillows is a nice bonus The air conditioning unit is very old and doesn't blow any cold air. The room was therefore very hot in the night. Sleep is the most important part of the stay. The walls were peeling and cracked. Breakfast very basic.
• Amy (3/5): Disappointed - Location was great, close to the beach I ended up checking out a couple hours after I checked in. The walls were crumbling and it wasn’t clean, lots of dead bugs in the floors. The AC also didn’t work well at all.

• Florian (8/5): Great host, peaceful environment, unbeatable price - I absolutely loved staying here! I had originally planned on only staying 3 days but ended up staying 6. The property is located in a side street so it is super quiet and perfect to relax. The property manager Wayan is one of a kind and just an amazing human being! Always a smile on his face and was available at anytime. Every morning I was offered fresh Balinese cakes with tea or coffee and they were delicious. Wayan made sure to get a different selection everyday. The beds are super comfortable and have 4 soft pillows available to make it even more comfortable. I slept like a baby! The price for a nights stay is unbeatable. Do not think twice if you need an accommodation in the area, stay here! Thanks for everything Wayan! The rooms could use a bit of plaster touch-up and a coat of fresh paint but that’s about all.

Usually you get pancake everywhere, here it was stale donuts. This would not make me want to come back :( Otherwise great standard!

• Riri (10/5): Best value in Pemuteran - 1. A quiet location so close to the nature with farm out front you can hear the chicken, cow, and pig all the time :) 2. Pak Budi is helpful and fast response although he isn't live nearby the accomodation 3. The bed are suprisingly comfortable and spacious bathroom 4. Love the front garden and there's shared kitchen with water refills The bathroom was lovely with outdoor concept but it needs deep cleaning and kinda confusing to shower when it's raining

• Vivian (9/5): Amazing value for your money! - The owner Wayan was super friendly, let us check in earlier and even the next day after checkout when we came back from our snorkelling trip we were able to have a quick shower. There is a little farm next doors so from 4am on you’ll hear about 10 roosters, better bring earplugs.
• Philippine (8/5): We felt that the listing wasn’t completely honest about the property, we still had a nice stay and enjoyed connecting wi - The property was in a quite part of town. There was a beautiful garden and it was a family home. The family was very polite and quiet, and it was nice to see them during our stay. The AC was good so staying in the rooms felt comfortable. Walking distance from beach, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice, eating in the garden was so lovely. Typical local food and fruits, coffee and tea. Very stable and fast internet connection! The property was listed as in an “entire home,” so when we arrived and the family was there we were surprised. We had no idea that we would be staying in their home. The bathroom in the smaller room wasn’t so clean, we found two cockroaches in the shower and had to do a light cleaning to feel comfortable enough to take a shower. And the towels were stained.
• Ann154 (8/5): Very good - The host (Pak Budi) is really friendly. Kitchen is clean. Semi outdoor bathroom, hot water, clean bathroom. AC and fan both provided in the room (much needed as it can be very hot in Pemuteran) Some areas on the wall was mouldy and our kid has asthma so it was concerning. I have phobia to house lizards (cicak) including their droppings. Some droppings are present on the wall, and corner of the room - for me making my stay extremely unpleasant (but maybe not for others who are less sensitive)..

Quiet, clean, beautiful garden, shared kitchen with stove, fridge & utensils. Not providing gallon water for refills - still using throwaway plastic bottles.

• Esther (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of the best places we stayed at! Budi was amazing, he helped us out with anything we needed! He was so helpful and responded always super quick. He even arranged for our laundry to be cleaned (dropped and picked it up for us!). The room is spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The half outside bathroom is super nice and all rooms have a nice terrace towards the garden where breakfast is served. The location is close to the beach and some good restaurants. It is more quite and not much going on, so maybe not for party people but for those who want to relax and have a nice couple of nights 🧡
