• sonia (4/5): Una vacanza disagevole per i motivi elencati prima - La struttura era ancora in restauro mancava l’acqua per lavarsi , non hanno detto nel sito che si trovava al 3 piano senza ascensore. Con le valige pesanti o le borse della spesa non è stato piacevole. Il bagno non aveva piani d’appoggio e appendi asciugamani. In cucina manca lo scola piatti e non sai dove appoggiare quello che lavi .

• Zubavičius (1/5): - We did not enjoy this stay – we do not recommend it. The hosts were very rude and aggressive, and we felt very uncomfortable. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, but it's located on the fifth floor with no elevator – climbing up the stairs was very difficult, especially with luggage. The staircase is in very poor condition, neglected, and looks almost dangerous. The biggest issue was with the hosts. Even though we had already fully paid for the stay via Booking, they demanded that we pay them again directly. I showed them proof of payment, but they insisted that I contact Booking to request a refund and then pay them in cash. In my opinion, they are trying to avoid platform fees. A few days later, they refunded the money and again demanded direct cash payment. Luckily, we had cash on hand – otherwise, we wouldn’t know what to do. The hosts were extremely rude, even aggressive – they threatened us with problems if we didn’t pay them the way they wanted. Their behavior ruined our holiday mood and left us feeling deceived and disrespected. I do not recommend this place due to the dishonest and inappropriate behavior of the hosts. Other travelers should be very careful – you might face the same issues.

• Leonardo (10/5): Exellent stay in the heart of Pescara - Excellent stay in Pescara at ELApartment. The property is right in the very heart of Pescara with easy access to bars, restaurants, museums and shops offering a full immmersion into Pescara's vibrant city centre and few steps away from the Car Park, the Bus Station and Train Station. Accommodation is brand new and spotlessly clean and comfortable in everything it offers. Great communication with Host and it was a very good night's rest. Highly recommended by friends who have been here and I can only confirm everything they have said to me.
