• Larisa (9/5): Nice - I liked how clean and well-maintained everything was. The location was good, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and easy to get around. It was in a quiet area. The host was really friendly and responsive. I appreciated the extra touches like the AC and WiFi. To reach the property, you have to walk up a steep road, which was a bit tiring especially in the heat or with bags.
• Costantino (10/5): - Vista spettacolare sul mare con balcone molto spazioso. Condizionatori top. Stanze ampie e comode. Cucina fornita. Buona connessione wi-fi. Dato che il nostro era un soggiorno di una settimana, ci saremmo aspettati la presenza di detersivi, carta igienica e kit di cortesia. Strada per arrivare dissestata, struttura distante dal centro. Insomma, serve la macchina.
• Philipp (3/5): Sehr enttäuscht: Kleine, funktionale Wohnung ohne Charm. - Die Wohnung war sauber und funktional. Die Wohnung war total ungemütlich. Sehr funktional und spärlich eingerichtet. Viel kleiner als angegeben, ein sehr kleines Bad für 4 Personen. Die Küchenausstattung war schlecht der Herd hat kaum funktioniert. Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, keine Seife im Bad, insgesamt einfach nur das nötigste. Hier hat niemand sich Gedanken gemacht, sondern einfach nur was hingestellt. Das schlimmste: super stickig ohne Fenster offen, aber es gab keine Fliegengitter. Also musste man sich entscheiden, ob man es stickig oder voller Mücken haben will. Noch ein Hinweis: Kein zu grosses Auto oder zu tiefes Autos nutzen, die Wege zur Wohnung sind maximal steil und voller Löcher.
• Daniela (9/5): Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. - Appartamento spazioso e tranquillo ideale per il nostro gruppo di tre coppie . Vista fantastica con bellissimi tramonti. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Saranda. Cucina comoda e spaziosa ma qualche accessorio in più andrebbe messo (posate ecc) e magari trovare una bottiglia d’acqua al ns arrivo avrebbe fatto piacere.
• Iurii (7/5): nice place, just be ready to difficulties that may happen during stay. host seemed to be helpful - Spacious, relatively clean, quiet apartment is located in the middle of construction, we weren’t welcomed by host, so check in wasn’t really simple had to find the building as well as apartment itself. couldn’t reach to host neither via phone nor via booking. the only way of communication that worked was whatsapp. TV could have been a bit bigger.
• Semeraro (10/5): - 🌟 Recensione a 5 stelle 🌟 Ho trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile a Saranda e gran parte del merito va all’appartamento dove ho alloggiato. La sistemazione era esattamente come descritta, se non meglio: pulita, moderna, ben attrezzata e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La posizione era perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai ristoranti e dal centro città, ma comunque in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia godersi Saranda in totale relax e comfort. Ci tornerei domani!

• Bruno (3/5): Bel appartement, mais... à vos risques et périls - Appartement neuf au 2e étage d'un immeuble destiné à la location saisonnière Joliment décoré Vue magnifique sur la baie On déchante rapidement du fait de la mauvaise qualité des équipements premier prix. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés une porte coulissante de la cabine de douche de la première salle de bains manquait, ayant été cassée sans doute par un locataire précédent. Dès la première utilisation, la même porte coulissante de la deuxième salle de bains s'est brisée en mille morceaux, blessant notre fille. Il n'est pas agréable de devoir se mettre en quête de soins à 23h ! La pièce à été condamnée pour tout le séjour et le propriétaire nous a fait payer une cabine entière de douche à 180 euros, remplaçant par la même occasion la pièce manquante de l'autre salle de bain à nos frais. Ce n'est pas correct. Je passe d'autres petits désagréments comme le manque de couverts (pas assez de verres pour tout le monde), ampoule de lampe grillée et jamais remplacée malgré mon signalement, chevets manquants dans une chambre. Bref, pas le genre d'endroit où l'on a envie de passer des vacances pour se détendre après une année de travail.
• creina (7/5): Clarify the above issues have been addressed before you book. - The location and vista was great and host met us to check in. The apartment has a lot of potential. We booked this accommodation because it advertised three bathrooms. Firstly the third bathroom is a laundry with toilet and basin, no shower. For the entire stay (4 nights) the shower in the main bathroom didn’t drain and the shower head was broken. We advised the host of both issues the first night but it was not fixed for our entire stay. Further , the kitchen needs a few carving knives so you can slice bread and cut up fruit and veges ect , tea towels would be great and some items like washing up detergent ect. You only get one key and there is no lock box which is difficult with 5 people doing different things. The table on balcony only has 4 chairs and a table not designed for 5/6 people. This apartment had great potential if the above can be addressed.

• Danil (8/5): The apartment is definitely worth the money. Thank you, Albania, for an amazing holiday. - Very beautiful apartment with a sea view. The bed linen was clean, but the floors were a bit dirty, so we had to clean them ourselves. Apart from that, the overall cleanliness was excellent. The balcony and the view from it are like a piece of art — we enjoyed dinner with a sea view every day. Alexander was very responsive and helped us with all questions regarding the city, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. It was quite difficult to find the house as there were no signs, and the location is not very convenient — be prepared to walk all the way around the hill. However, the view is worth it. We had to buy some basic things ourselves (spices, sunflower oil, laundry detergent, salt, sugar). We feel that such essentials should be provided in the apartment, as it was not cost-effective to buy them just for a 4-day stay. We left everything there and hope it will be useful for the next guests. In reality, the walk to the sea is not far, but getting to the beach takes much longer. There is only one free beach in the town. Prices for private beaches are not too high, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest one.

• Pretnar (7/5): - Izjemen pogled iz balkona The specification stated that the apartment was 90 m², but in reality, it was no more than 65 m². The owner made a mistake and placed us in a larger apartment, approximately 110 m². An hour later, he called us and said that he had put us in the wrong apartment and that we had to move because he was expecting guests the next day. However, when I checked Booking.com the next day, the apartment was available for our entire stay. Since it was available, he could have offered us the option to pay extra and stay, rather than relocating us and lying that it was booked.
