• Angela (3/5): Firstly I arrived and the lady couldn’t tell me which room I was in an her English wasn’t great, she had to phone her hu - Beautiful view from the property. Extremely uncomfortable bed on inspection in the morning after no sleep, the wooden struts were not in the correct places which meant that you fell through them all night and the had the others sticking in your hip bones. Pointed this out to the man.

• Msdh (10/5): i loved everything about it - i have given top scores as it is my kind of place in rural location great i love the quiet i was able to make food when i wanted to and the two nicest people you could every meet as written on another review there is no tv and there is a language barrier with mrs as from china but not with mr i enjoyed myself and i would return again just one thing please buy more pillows not enough and the wifi is not strong enough nothing everything fantastic i would definately return if i was going to cornwall again
• Terri (9/5): Very cost effective and comfortable stay in a beautiful location. - Location superb - fabulous view over the Creek. Pet friendly. The room was huge, double bed comfortable and with an ensuite bathroom. Clean and with a kettle to make drinks. Owners couldn't have been more helpful. Great pub not far away serving good food and pet friendly. The price made this incredibly reasonable. The room was very warm as there was a large picture window that didn't open - however there was another window that did open. Minor complaint and certainly better than being cold!

• Salli (7/5): Friendly host, acceptable room but not good for a longer stay. - It is in a quiet position, the room was clean but very basic.. The hosts were very friendly and washed my jeans when I fell in the river mud. I had free run of the rental portion of the house and use of their fridge. Great shower with mat for the floor, shower gel and handwashing gel provided. Thre was a glass kettle whixch was fascinating to watch. Plenty of wardrobe space ( too much?) Thre was no TV in the room or rental portion of the house, there was no wi-fi ( or I was not offered it) , no guest information book, no floor mat for the bathroom. In short it was like a let set up my a man without the more thoughtful touches. Only two tea bags and lactose free milk, only one small tea mug, no tea spoons. No easy chair in the room- but not enough room for one I suppose.
• David (9/5): Superb - Very quiet location. Easy to find using GPS coordinates. Comfy bed for me. Great en-suite. Wi-Fi was first class. No TV which really suited me. Hosts were perfect. When back in the area I would use again. Only there one night so didn’t get to explore the area. No complaints from me.
