• Norbert (8/5): Für mich hat es sehr gut gepasst, endlich ein gutes Bett und ruhige Nächte. - Der Stadtteil, in der die Unterkunft lag hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Gute Restaurants, viele Einheimische, Bäckerei und ein Cafe nebenan, ruhige Nächte, kein Lärm in der Unterkunft, gute Betten, ein Stuhl wäre wünschenswert. Gute Tipps, des Vermieters, der Vermieterin bzw. der Firma in puncto Essen ... "Mi Va" sollte man noch hinzufügen. Die Unterkunft liegt in Laufnähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Check In ist etwas nervig mit den vielen Benachrichtigungen, hat aber letztendlich gut geklappt. Habe keine Lust, wenn ich auf Reisen bin, ständig in meine Mail zu schauen. Schreckt mich persönlich ab.

Entrada no predio e apto via link no celular de facil acesso. A janela do quarto não tinha trava e abria durante a noite.

Lady that was working on reception is so kind and always greeting with smile. Host answered on all of my questions really quickly and easy.

• Rūta (8/5): Great location and cleanliness, but AC and sound insulation could be improved. - The apartment was very clean, which we really appreciated. It was clear that attention was paid to keeping everything tidy and well-maintained. The location is excellent — central, with easy access to everything we wanted to visit in Rome. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with good water pressure and plenty of space. We also loved the bed — it was soft, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for resting after long days of walking around the city. Lastly, communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made check-in and other arrangements easy and stress-free. The air conditioner was quite weak. It seemed to work with a motion sensor, so when we were out all day, the apartment didn’t stay cool — and after returning from the summer heat, it took a long time to feel comfortable. We also missed having an iron, which would’ve been helpful during a multi-day stay. Lastly, since we're both light sleepers, we found the sound isolation very poor — we could hear everything happening outside the room, including cleaning staff, hallway noises, and conversations, which made it hard to fully relax. It often felt like those sounds were happening inside the apartment.

• EfromParis (9/5): Great stay - We had a great stay in that guesthouse! The location is fantastic—it's a lovely, walkable neighborhood with plenty of cafes nearby, and it's very convenient for getting around, with the Lepanto metro station just 9 minutes away and several bus lines only 2 minutes from the building. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and we really appreciated the common area with coffee and tea available. Communication with the staff was excellent: quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. A few small drawbacks: the room was a bit tight, and, staying for 10 days, we found the cupboard space a bit limited for all our clothes. Lastly, our room was near the main door, so we occasionally heard it open and close, which could be startling. Overall, a very good experience and great value for the location!

• Katelyn (10/5): Very convenient location to all the sights & parking was a plus! - Very convenient location, had parking which was close and handy. Room was small but very comfortable bed. Has a small little veranda which was cute and overlooked the street. Host was helpful with spots to visit and showed us lots on the map, including some great restaurants. Was one of the best locations we have stayed at on our trip. The bathroom wasn’t super clean, the sink was a little grungy & the aircon turned off when you left which made it really hot when you returned after a long day in the sun!

• carmen (10/5): Un lugar a donde volver en Roma - La limpieza es impecable y la decoración, muy acogedora, crea un ambiente cálido desde el primer momento. El personal es amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar: secador, plancha, nevera, televisión, productos de higiene, un balcón con mesa y sillas, y un aire acondicionado individual y potente. La cama, amplia y muy cómoda, cuenta con varias almohadas de distintas consistencias que permiten adaptarse a cada preferencia. El silencio en la zona garantiza un descanso reparador. Además, detalles como las bebidas de cortesía marcan la diferencia. La ubicación es excelente: a pocos minutos a pie del centro, pero en una zona tranquila, poco turística y muy bien comunicada con el aeropuerto. No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

• Marcelo (9/5): Muy buena opcion en una de las mejoras zonas de Roma - Alojamiento en excelente ubicacion, cerca de zona comercial, metro, vaticano, etc. Muy limpio y luminoso, con pequeño balcon. Es un edificio antiguo reciclado y todo parece muy nuevo, decoracion muy blanca lo que da sensacion de pulcritud. Acceso y salida automarizada sin inconvenientes. Recepcionista y señoras de limpieza muy amables. Quizas agregar un pequeño sillon o una silla adicional, aunque la habitacion es un poco chica, pero de todas maneras la estadia fue fantastica.
• Giordano (10/5): - La stanza è moderna, ben organizzata e accogliente. Il bagno è nuovo, pulitissimo e con una doccia grande e comoda, davvero piacevole. Il letto è sofficissimo, sembra una nuvoletta! Ho apprezzato tantissimo il frigo in camera, comodissimo per tenere qualcosa di fresco. Anche la cucina in comune è molto curata: pulita, moderna, con un bel frigo grande e tutto l’essenziale per prepararsi qualcosa al volo. Un dettaglio carinissimo: c’erano la macchinetta del caffè, tisane gratuite e anche qualche biscottino! Il gestore è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico. La signora che si occupa della pulizia della struttura è una persona davvero gentile, sempre con il sorriso. La zona è molto bella e mi sono sentita al sicuro, sicuramente, quando tornerò a Roma, questa sarà la mia prima scelta. Consigliatissimo!

• Lisa (10/5): Made to feel welcome and safe - Perfect! My daughter and I would like to thank Matteo for our wonderful stay at MysuiteRome. From the early communication for ease of check in to all the excellent recommendations for eating out. We could contact Matteo at anytime and he replied instantly. This meant we didn’t fall into tourist traps and the restaurants were value for money and authentic. This made us feel safe in Rome. The room was exceptionally clean and the deluxe double was spacious. The location was an ideal base to visit all the highlights of Rome both walking and using bus/metro and shuttle bus (Lepanto-Terme station - Ciampino airport) cheaply. • Elena (10/5): Little hotel in the wonderful neighborhood - Perfect! A small, clean room with a lovely interior — everything works perfectly, and there’s a little balcony and air conditioning. The facilities are on the level of a good hotel. The neighborhood is wonderful! Plus, the shuttle and FlixBus stop to the airport is just around the corner. Comfortable check-in (you just need mobile internet to enter the building), and the staff at the reception is wonderful! Nothing. Well, maybe it would be nice to have a slightly bigger fridge in the room.

• Simone (10/5): Top ruhige Lage in Prati, alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Die Lage in Prati ist perfekt. Weniger Rummel, tolle Restaurants, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstückscafés in der Nähe, Eisdiele nebenan, Apéro ein paar Häuser weiter. Der Service von Matteo war besser, als in einen Hotel, das 24 h Rezeption hat. Er war immer erreichbar, hat uns Restaurants empfohlen und reserviert. Uns Tips gegeben und stand bei Problemen parat. Top! Wir würden das My Suite Rome wieder buchen.

• Jaakko (9/5): Oma pieni asunto Roomasta kivalla asuinalueella, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä - Oma pieni huone, mukavalla asuinalueella Roomassa. Lähellä sijaitsee paljon hyviä ravintoloita ja muita palveluita. Nähtävyydet ovat lähellä, mutta silti majoitus sijaitsee etäällä turistimassoista. Keittiöstä löytyi hedelmiä ja keksejä, joka oli kiva pieni lisä majoitukseen. Huone oli siisti ja sänky erityisen mukava. Palaisimme ehdottomasti tänne uudelleen jos Roomaan vielä tulemme! Majoituspaikan löytyminen vei hetken, sillä navigointi ohjasi hieman eri paikkaan. Lisäksi tarkemmat ohjeet asunnon tarkasta sijainnista olisivat auttaneet, mutta pienen etsinnän jälkeen löysimme kyllä perille. Kenties hieman tarkemmat ohjeet tarkan sijainnin osalta olisivat paikallaan. Muutoin kaikki oli enemmän kuin kohdillaan!

We had the small double and it was quite tight for two people, we would get a bigger room next time. Location was exceptional. Loads of lovely shops and restaurants nearby, near to Lepanto metro station. We walked to the Vatican and the Pantheon from our room. Would definitely go back. Fabulous food at small family run restaurant 3 doors down and an excellent gellateria next door! Small double room is accurate. Great value if a bit tight. Still a lovely room though.

• Alison (10/5): Great stay in Rome - A great location in Rome. The accommodation has everything from restaurants, cafes and shops on the door step. Vatican City is 15 mins away and 10 minutes walk you are over the water to lots of restaurants and bars. The suite was lovely and the host was in contact before with the easy check-in details and also gave a list of places to eat. Would definitely stay again Nothing. It was a great stay

• EVANGELIA (10/5): PERFECT STAY!!!! - THE ACCOMMODATION IS IN A VERY CENTRAL LOCATION WITH THE METRO LINE A STATION JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY. VERY CLEAN AND THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER WAS GREAT. HE CALLED ME TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OK AND WHEN WE LEFT HE MADE US A CAPPUCCINO WITH COOKIES. THE AREA HAS MANY RESTAURANTS AND IS SAFE. NEXT TIME IN ROME I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE!!!
