• Dorota (10/5): - Mieszanie jest bardzo wygodne i świetnie się sprawdziło dla rodziny z dziećmi, blisko plaża, sklep spożywczy, pyszne lody i restauracje, komunikacja miejska, przystanek. Bezproblemowy odbiór i zwrot kluczy Dla osób wrażliwych na uliczny hałas lokalizacja może być mało dogodna.
• Patrizia (9/5): Mare a pochi passi - L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova in una buona posizione vicino al mare e con fermate per il centro a pochi minuti. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato anche caffè, latte, olio, sale, zucchero, acqua...tutto molto gradito al nostro arrivo. La terrazzino è molto piccola ma con piccolo tavolino e due sedie.
• Lea (10/5): - Lepo, sodobno opremljen apartma. Siseska na prvi pogled morda ni najlepša, a se veliko prenavlja in bo kmalu še boljše/lepše 😉 Zelo prijazno osebje, ki pomaga z nasveti ali z lokalnimi rezervacijami. Vsekakor priporočamo.

• David (9/5): Choose this over a hotel to get an inside feel of a great neighborhood close to the beach. Alfredo was very accommodat - The property was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing there.
• Katja (9/5): Great apartment near beach! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Valencia’s El Cabanyal neighborhood, it’s just a short walk to the beach and yet well connected to other parts of the city. The apartment itself is cozy, super clean and well equipped. We loved having meals out on the cute balcony, soaking in the authentic neighborhood atmosphere. A special mention to Begoña, who lives nearby, she gave us local recommendations, responded immediately to any request and even facilitated a late check-out which was much appreciated. The stairs up to the upper bedroom are quite steep, so something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. It was not a problem for us.
• Stephan (9/5): - Die Vermittlerin hat uns sehr gut geholfen. Nähe zum Strand. Ein Bett war sehr laut beim wenden. Stinkender Abfluss.
• Gabriela (9/5): Weekendowy wypad we dwoje nad morzem - Nocleg zdecydowanie godny polecenia! Największym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko do morza, w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji oraz wypożyczalnia rowerów, co daje sporo możliwości spędzania czasu. Do metra można dojść spacerem w około 15 minut, a dodatkowo w okolicy dostępne są inne środki transportu. W niedalekiej odległości znajduje się również sklep Mercadona. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i schludny – od razu widać, że właścicielka dba o komfort gości. Podczas pobytu nie czuliśmy, że czegokolwiek nam brakuje. Miłym akcentem był również ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami. Okolica jest spokojna i bezpieczna – czuliśmy się komfortowo przez cały pobyt. Ogromnym plusem jest także Pani Begoña. Mieszka niedaleko i jest niezwykle pomocna. W sytuacji awaryjnej zareagowała natychmiast i bardzo nam pomogła, co tylko potwierdza jej zaangażowanie i troskę o gości. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Jedynie co to można pomyśleć nad dodaniem kosza na śmieci w łazience. 🙂

• Rafał (8/5): - bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko pięknej plaży, przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych, kilka knajpek, duży sklep spożywczy ok 800m od apartamentu problem z ogrzewaniem w najchłodniejszych miesiącach (zimowych): W styczniu temperatura na zewnątrz była 7 stopni w nocy i 13 stopni w dzień oraz chłodny wiatr a w apartamencie nie ma centralnego ogrzewania (kaloryferów). Apartament ma 2 poziomy ale klimatyzacja ogrzewa głównie górny poziom (antresolę), a na dole jest zimno co prawda w apartamencie był dodatkowy grzejnik przenośny, ale nie dawał rady nagrzać obu dolnych pomieszczeń, a jeśli działał jednocześnie z klimatyzacją to wyłączały się bezpieczniki prądu (na szczęście automatycznie się włączały). Pewnie przydała by się lepsza izolacja ścian lub spowodowanie żeby zimno nie szło od dołu z klatki schodowej ale to dotyczy prawdopodobnie tylko 2-3 miesięcy w roku, w pozostałych miesiącach na pewno nie będzie tego problemu.

Blisko sklepy, restauracje i miejska komunikacja, plaża w okolicy. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, kontakt świetny. Blisko także do centrum miasta i Oceanarium. Polecam w 100%

• Agata (8/5): Family stay, successful city break! - Apartament w spokojnej uliczce, blisko morza, blisko przystanków. Spacerem można dojść. W środku dobre wyposażenie, ładna pościel, bardzo czysto. Dostępna kawa i express, żelazko oraz suszarka do włosów. Bezpiecznie. Przytrafił nam się mały wypadek z przeciekającą wodą, ale zostało to opanowane, opiekunka mieszkania zajrzała i nas uspokoiła. Przeszkadzał trochę zapach z kanalizacji oraz widok z tarasu nie za ładny, ale nie siedzieliśmy tam często, przydałyby się kosze w łazienkach, bo z każdym śmieciem trzeba było schodzić po stromych schodach.
• Marcus (9/5): - Perfekte Lage nicht weit vom Strand. Rund um gute Bars und Restaurants. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war voller Sand. Leider gab es einen kleinen Wasserschaden von einem undichten Rohr. Ein Staubsauger wäre nocht toll.

• Karolina (8/5): - The apartment is clean, renovated and nicely decorated. An additional advanatage is proximity to the beach and good restaurants nearby. The apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access from the street which makes it quite noisy inside. Additionally a lot of noise from the neighbours on the first floor- poor sound isolation means everything can be clearly heard. Another minus for the balcony which faces a wall.

• Emily (7/5): Im allgemeinen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt - Schöne Lage, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht, waren aber nur zu 5. das Besteck war für 6 Personen abgezählt, die Küche im allgemeinen ok ausgestattet. Zu viert ist das Apartment zu empfehlen für sechs, jedoch deutlich zu klein. Es kam ständig ein ekliger Gestank aus den Abflüssen.

Gute Anb - Cabanyal ist eine wunderbare Gegend voller Menschen aus aller Welt plus lokalen Bewohner. Die Gastgeber waren nicht besonders kundenfreundlich. Sie haben sich nicht für uns interessiert und wir nicht dafür, Sie um Tips oder Empfehlungen zu fragen.

• Maria Vittoria (10/5): Ottima scelta vicino alla spiaggia e a 20' dal centro storico - La casa è bellissima ed in un'ottima posizione Il giorno prima dell'arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi a contattare il proprietario per organizzare il check-in (non rispondeva ai messaggi sulla chat nè al cellulare indicato sulla prenotazione) ma contattando il servizio clienti si è risolto tutto velocemente.

• Iva (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the beach and to a public transport. A clean and cozy apartment. Suitable for family with 2 children. The hosts are very friendly.
• Sanda (9/5): Superb - It was quite noisy in late evenings. People like to put tables and chairs on the street and do home parties with eating, drinking, talking, singing. A lot of garbage in the morning. Nothing what the property owner can change.

• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the smaller apartment on the groud floor. It was great, everything new and so clean. You have everything you need in the kizchen to prepare brakfast. It is located 5min walk to the beach. We rented bikes and cycling around Valencia and the beach. You need let say 20min to get to the city with bike, but there is also public transfer a minute away. We had a great stay, thank you 😊

It is located near the beach and there are tram and bus stations super close so it's very convenient. Our hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. I would absoultely reccomend it!

Begoña was very kind and recommended us restaurants to visit and supermarkets near the apartment, even help us to call a taxi to the way back to the airport.

The host was very friendly, although she does not speak English, we had no problem communicating 😃 She advised us about nenearby restaurants, shops, etc., so we had everything what we needed.
• Kovacs (9/5): Superb - We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this accommodation. Our host, Begona, was incredibly helpful and a wonderful host, always available to assist us at any hour. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located a bit further from the center, the proximity to the beach was a great bonus, and we were aware of the location beforehand. Highly recommended! There's no such thing.

• Maciej (9/5): Perfect summer location for families - Good communication with host - before arrival we asked many questions about taxi, transport in Valencia and apartments equipment. Also on the first day we have been welcomed by our host/neighbour. Even if we communicate over mobile translator as we don't speak Spanish it was very good experience. Much better than taking keys form secure box. Also we got all important informations about restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighborhood via WhatsApp. Location is perfect for families, many parks/playground near apartment, easy access to public beach (you can go even in flip-flops). Few nice restaurants and food markets nearby. New bathroom, very clean. Apartament on ground floor recommended for 2 or 2+1. King size bed was very comfortable, sofa was ok but just for 1 person. Kitchen had all needed equipment but it would be good to add bred-knife and better pan. Overall very good experience for family with one kid. Lot of space for toys and even spending all day in the room
• Philline (8/5): Pleasant and clean. Good value for money. - The whole place was very clean. Complete amenities. The kitchen is even equipped with basic condiments. Begoña was very hospitable and accommodating from the start, she also recommended activities and restaurants. She did her best communicating with us through Google translate which we really appreciate and we’re sorry that our Spanish isn’t that good. Really close to the beach and tram stations. Minor thing, the hot shower would slowly decrease temperature and it wouldn’t be warm enough for a while especially after one person have showered and we had to wait for it to warm up. But it did not cause too much inconvenience. We would still stay here again.
