- Lorraine (10/5): Worth the money, particularly for the view & guaranteed parking - Well laid out, excellent bed, linen, towels. Spacious. Parking a bonus. Amazing view. Good idea to have company representative meeting customers on site as there are a few ‘details’ to absorb. The compendium is very useful. Minor, but a small saucepan would be useful.

- KSENIA (1/5): Absolute mismatch between price and quality - terrible for living - Nothing If we could give it a -10, we would. We've never encountered more wretched and defective service. Let's start with the fact that an aging and bored woman with the stern air of an elementary school teacher (she'd be better off doing her job properly, monitoring the residents' behavior and the cleanliness of the premises) met us at the entrance to the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, so low that the hum and soot from passing cars is much louder than anything else. Small, shabby, shabby apartments with dusty carpeting, for the asking price per night everything should be out of place, instead: a stinking sink in the bathroom that smells like sewage, poorly washed dishes, a $500 deposit, exactly 3 modest tiny tubes of cleaning products - these are flowers, compared to the fact that all the days of our stay we had to calm down the shrill, ill-mannered neighbors on the floor above, who are not trained in the rules of behavior, yell and squeal like monkeys, when we contacted the same service, they lazily answered, yes, we will talk now, but the noisy parties continued (since this is a property for rent of the same agency), then, of course, it is profitable for them to move in, even hyenas, as long as the money is paid. The icing on the cake was the apartment's location in this building. During the smog, when the smog and burning smell from the street permeated the apartment through every crack in the poorly insulated balcony. When I demanded a refund for the inability to stay, they refused, of course, out of greed and a reluctance to lose their profits. An official complaint has been filed against them. The apartments provided absolutely do not meet the stated standard, let alone the price. Their exorbitant price is up to $100 per night, and even then, such service requires an extra charge. I strongly recommend NOT using them.

- Fiona (8/5): Great stay fantastic location - Location absolutely fantastic views to die for and handy to restaurants, bars etc Although known when booking apartment small scaffolding netting was a little annoying in your eye line from inside but didn’t really have too much affect as you only have to cross road to beach.

The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. There was air conditioning noise particularly in the bathroom and in the bedroom which ran all night.
Car park space very tight and difficult to navigate. Coffee and bedside tables way too small. No power point beside bed for charging.
