• Stephenson (10/5): Fantastic stay in Athens - Fantastic welcome! Shown all the facilities and provided with helpful guides for shops/restaurants etc. Place was sparkling clean and located near the blue Metro which goes fromthe airport into the city centre and all the sights. Owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, from helping us navigate the metro system to get there, to helping us back to the metro at the end. Nos vinieron a recoger a un punto intermedio y fue muy de agradecer, ya que el Apartamento se encuentra a lo alto de una calle empinada. El apartamento está en la parte más alta de un bloque de pisos y es pequeño pero contiene lo necesario para una buen experiencia. La terraza es sin duda lo más impresionante por sus inmejorables vistas a la ciudad. Esta cerca de la parada de metro y del estadio de fútbol. Volveremos sin duda

They helped me not only when I was in Athens, they also gave me advice for whole trip in Greece. Such incredible people. I would definitely recommend it.
• KIRYL (9/5): Small apartment with a great terrace, amazing hosts, great location in a convenient area. - 1. Wonderful hosts. These were the best hosts I've ever had. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, but they were incredibly helpful and kept in touch. They were so caring, like parents. 2. Great location. It's not in the historic center, but you can walk there through authentic city neighborhoods or take the bus 2-3 stops. The bus stop is nearby. But keep in mind that the apartment is on a slight hill, as are many places in Athens. 3. There's an excellent supermarket nearby, along with a ton of cafes and bakeries. The hosts kindly provided a handy list of recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries. I used these recommendations and was very happy. It's very convenient, saving time and effort. 4. Wonderful private terrace. Great view and furniture on it. 5. The bed is a single, but the mattress was surprisingly comfortable. 6. Everything was clean. 7. I will highly recommend to my friends traveling alone. 1. The balcony has a wonderful fabric awning to protect from the sun and rain, the kind popular in many southern cities. There was a very strong wind for two nights, and the edge of the awning swayed violently, creating a lot of noise. I had earplugs and fell asleep without any trouble, but I don't know how I would have without them. 2. There seems to be only a limited amount of hot water in the boiler (at least in winter) for showers. You can take a shower, but not stand there for 10 minutes. Overall, it's sufficient, but no more. This isn't a negative, it's just a quirk. But maybe I'm missing something.

Первое, что хочу отметить - апартаменты в очень удобном расположении, все рядом, магазины, недалеко до горы Ликавит и акрополя - можно спокойно дойти пешком, прогуливаясь Второе - сами апартаменты, они довольно небольшие, но если вам не нужно много пространства и вы приехали в основном гулять - это отличный выбор, все чисто, есть кофемашина и сливки, душевые принадлежности, все необходимое! И самое невероятное - это терраса просто в потрясающим видом. С момента как мы приехали и уехали - не могли насладиться видом, что днем, что ночью, и как же приятно было сидеть с чашечкой кофе или бокалом вина, общаясь с другом и наслаждаясь видом, просто - кайф! Третье - наверное, 80% удачного отдыха сделали хозяева, семейная пара, невероятно добрые и приятные люди. У моей подруги был день рождения, и я попросила хозяина помочь в покупке тортика, так как мы приезжали поздно и я бы не успела организовать сюрприз, не надеясь получить положительный ответ, я услышала - конечно, да! И мало того, после этого он уточнил о предпочтениях по вкусам, и даже пошел в магазин, сфотографировал витрину, написал цены, состав десертов и купил! А так же, в подарок дали небольшую бутылочку вина и небольшой символический презент для подруги! Мы были в невероятном восторге! Помимо этого, хотим отметить, что хозяин был всегда на связи, ждал нас с аэропорта (мы приехали около 00:00-01:00, со всем помогал в течении нашего путешествия, сориентировал по доездам, и просто - чудесные люди! Вспоминаем с улыбкой и обязательно вернемся еще!

Die Abende auf der Terrasse habe ich sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und standen mir jederzeit mit Rat zur Verfügung. Ich wurde sogar zur Metro gefahren am Abreisetag. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

You have lots of privacy and it is in a good Spot 5 minutes walk from the metro. Also there are restaurants and mini markets nearby so you don't have to walk far . These are suggestions: Add blinds to all the windows because sunlight is coming through the small window early in the morning and some people don't like the sun coming in the room so early. If you have lots of clothes and you want to hang them note that there is no space but they have a small cabinet where you can store them folded for me it was just fine

• Wei (10/5): beautiful property hosted by beautiful hosts - - amazing hosts who are so so friendly and go above and beyond for you - everything in the property had so much thought put into it (helpful guides, hammock in the terrace, the hosts turned on the water heater so i could enjoy a hot shower once i arrive 🥹) - the view wow. photos don’t do it justice but watching the sunset from the terrace was one of my favourite parts of the trip - great location, only a few stops away from tourist attractions like acropolis and was in a lovely local neighbourhood with cheap authentic restaurants and bakeries - would 1000% rebook if i ever find myself in athens again, felt super welcome as a female solo traveller - nothing! was perfect - would say that it is a bit of a steep trek uphill - something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues

The view from the terrace is stunning and Harris and Yanna are extra friendly and helpful hosts, that made my visit even better than it already was! • Piotr (10/5): Don’t look for anything else in Athens! - The view is just amazing, and the owners are lovely and very kind. All you need is there - wifi, utensils etc. Apartment is tiny but very clean and well equipped. Terrace is a gamechanger. Perfect place for solo / couples. Space inside is limited, and bet may be too small for a couple, but you’re not going to spend time there anyway - you have amazing terrace!

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location with good view! I recommend climbing nearby mount Lykabettus to see the Akropolis. You can not see the Akropolis from the accomodation. Elevator to the 5th floor, accomodation is in the 6th with no neighbours. Aircon inside, spacious balcony/rooftop outside. Good connection to the city center by metro line 3 (airport - harbour) or by bus (use an app like Citymapper). Very helpful hosts with good english and fast communication via whatsapp. Just one crossroad away a market took place on Tuesday. In winter months the marble floor is quite cold. Bring slippers or buy some sandals as souveniers.
• Ian (9/5): Excellent stay in central Athens - Fabulous stay , great hosts , easy to reach from Metro line M3 . Lovely roof terrace, no neighbours on the top floor, wonderful sunset and far reaching views across Athens . Bakery , supermarket, deli, takeaways a 5 minute walk . Fantastic air conditioning , coffee machine with pods and creamer supplied , fridge , microwave, kettle . Enough cutlery and plates. Bathroom fine with excellent shower and plentiful hot water . A central location for exploring the central Athens sites . Consider a tour with Ammon Tours to Delphi , also Euripides and Mycenae , they start at 8am /finish 6 to 630 at a metro M3 station A day trip to the car free island of Hydra is also recommended. It was a sofa-bed , after 7 nights is was nice to get a proper bed and sheets at the next accommodation.
• Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional - What a great experience! Haris and Yana were fantastic hosts; from booking to check out they were so helpful and friendly. Haris gave clear instructions on how to get to the place from the airport via public transport, suggestions on places to eat/things to do/where to do laundry, and even suggestions on things to do at my next stop after Athens. The place itself was extremely clean with a strong air con, in a great central location within walking distance to shops and public transport, and best of all the view from the terrace - stunning sunrise and sunset views. The bed was comfy with fresh linen and towels provided. All in all a very positive experience with hosts who genuinely care about making sure you have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Athens. I'd definitely recommend Taratsaki and it'll be my first choice when I return to Athens in the future. Thank you Haris and Yana!! Nothing
• Samantha (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay - A cute little apartment equipped with everything you need and a private terrace overlooking Athens! Tastefully decorated and the location is great - about 10 mins walk to the closest Metro which gets you to the major attractions in 2 to 3 stops. What made my stay particularly memorable though were the excellent hosts and the million dollar view from the terrace. Haris and Yanna went over and above to make sure everything was ok and gave me a thoughtful welcome gift. Communication was smooth throughout. They accommodated my late check-out and drove me to the metro station. Truly superb hosts! The sunset view from the terrace is incredible. Easily beats the other sunset spots in the city. Hands down one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at and I can’t recommend this apartment enough! -

• Tayla (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing balcony view of Athens city! The apartment has everything you need for a solo traveller or couple. It was comfortable and cosy. A few minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the metro so you can get around easy. I had a wonderful stay at Taratsaki. Hosts Yanna & Haris were absolutely fantastic, such friendly, kind and helpful people. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process before my arrival, during my stay and also leaving. They made me feel like I was more than just a guest. I was sad to leave. Thank you for everything I won’t forget you!

Great views It was great overall. Bed was on small side but still very comfortable. Really no complaints. Be aware there is a lift to the 5th floor and then you have to walk one flight but it’s really not bad.

Breathtaking view, great location (4 metro stations to the center), the property has all the facilities you may need (towels, shampoo and shower gel, cutlery, coffee machine etc) There is also a hammock you can easily setup and do not worry, there is a set of instructions for everything! The owner, Haris, is very kind and hospitable, he ensured we have everything we need and he even took us to the bus station at 5AM to catch the bus to the airport! We will want to come back for sure! I don't have anything to mention, everything was great

• Bernhard (10/5): Perfect short stay at perfect hosts: we will be back! - Yanna and Haris are exceptionally nice hosts and very forthcoming. The "rendezvous" upon arrival for the handover of the keys was very well planned and arranged, Yanna and Haris even provided us with a lift to the Metro station upon departure. The unit is very comfortably located to public transport and also some good restaurants as well as food supply shops are all in walking distance. The highlight of the small but cosy and spanking clean apartment is certainly the view over Athens from the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor, one floor up). We can highly recommend the unit! Have thought long and hard but could not find anyhing we did not like - sorry :-) oh yes: one afternoon with a thunderstorm and downpour...

The hosts were great at keeping in contact and very punctual. The place itself is around a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro and has the most beautiful view of Athens! The sofa bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Everything we could have needed was there! We were even gifted a bottle of sweet wine, which went down a little too smoothly.. Nothing! The place is very small but it's all we needed!

The small kitchen was equipped with a boiler, microwave, refrigerator etc. Close to the Metro Station, grocery and everything you need.. Small toilet.. A small electric oven or heater for cooking can complete the kitchen.
• Balearicbayes (10/5): Highlight of my Greek trip. - Everything. The view from the terrace at sunset was a highlight of my trip. Hosts were exceptional who went above and beyond what I expected. Picking me up from the metro stop at midnight during a thunderstorm was a lifesaver. Really cosy apartment with everything I needed. Would definitely stay again if I ever make a return trip to Athens. 😁👍 Can't fault it.
• Nina (10/5): A cute place with a stunning terrace, convenient location, and attentive owners - The accommodation is excellent for solo travellers or maybe for two people if they don't mind being a bit cosy. The terrace and the view from it are amazing, and the flat is very clean, extremely functional and well-thought-out (make sure to read the instructions that the owners have prepared; everything is explained in detail). The location is nice, with 4 metro stops away from the main attractions, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is clean and safe. The owners, Haris and Yanna, are exceptionally kind - they picked me up at the bus station when I arrived in Athens and gave me a ride to the metro station near the airport when I left. They also made sure everything was fine and that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend the place if you're visiting Athens.

Outside of the tourist area which is a good thing. the photos don't do justice to the view on the massive balcony. Maybe a fifteen twenty minute walk to the city centre but the metro is nearby

It has everything needed and there is a lot of small details showing that owners were thinking a lot how to make us stay more pleasant ( e.g. Logical colours of keys…). Good AC, enough silent for the night. I was in Athens when temperature were around 33oC ( I always switched-off AC before leaving; however when I came back I could cool it down in a few minutes) It is perfect for solo travelers, small, but has all needed comfort for relaxing stay in Athens. Very responsive, helpful and nice owners. All perfect
• Alessio (8/5): A wonderful view over Athens - Wonderful view over Athens, well connected to public transport. The studio is very much self-contained but extremely functional nonetheless, and clean. Host was very kind and responsive, gave me a lift close to the airport. Only thing I’d say perhaps it may be more comfortable to have a proper bed instead of the sofa bed.
• Valentín (10/5): Lovely place, stunning views - Amazing experience in Haris & Yanna beautiful house, the views are even better than in the photos and the house was lovely and had everything I needed for my stay. For sure I will repeat, Haris & Yanna were so nice, caring and made me feel like home. Absolutely nothing, the house is small for sure but It's everything you need to experience the wonderful Athens.
