• Ahmed (10/5): - A truly wonderful stay, especially for families with children ❤️ We felt like part of one big family rather than just guests. The hospitality was incredibly warm, and they go above and beyond to make children feel special and happy all the time. One of the most beautiful parts of the experience was giving kids the chance to enjoy real farm life — teaching them how to milk cows, play with the animals, and interact with the livestock in such a fun and safe way 🐄🌿

There is anything you need in the kitchen for cooking favorable dishes and to enjoy the meal on the terrace with the mountain view ❤️ the smell of the barn maybe too strong for the first time, but on the second day it becomes barely bothering 😁 The only thing was not really perfect for me - the breakfast. There are no any hot options (except eggs, that you can boil by yourself). So, for 3 days such kind of breakfast is okay, but no longer.

• 8153d95382a3725b77fc7b9d4992fc71 (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit herzlichen Gastgebern, toller Atmosphäre und echter Erholung – absolut - Unser Aufenthalt am Bauernhof war einfach wunderschön! Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Hof ist liebevoll geführt, sehr sauber und bietet eine tolle, familiäre Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Zimmer sind modern, gemütlich und gepflegt, das Frühstück mit frischen regionalen Produkten war hervorragend. Für Kinder ist der Bauernhof ein echtes Paradies: die Tiere, viel Platz zum Spielen und die Möglichkeit, das Landleben hautnah mitzuerleben, machen den Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Auch die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Natur rundherum sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Erholung, Natur und herzliche Gastfreundschaft suchen!
• f41f16f38dda71b1cd8c8454216eb015 (10/5): Relaxen nahe Innsbruck - Abseits von Innsbruck doch mit Auto gut erreichbar. Grosszügige, angenehm eingerichtete Zimmer. Anton und Wolfgang Zimmer blicken nach hinten, in die Wiese (Kühe) und einw wenig Berggipfel. die anderen Zimmmer vermutlich ins Tal hinunter. Allgemein angenehme Atmosphähre. Frühstück ist nichts Aussergewöhnliches aber es hat von allen Grundelementen etwas. Auch Laktosefreie Jogurts. Wir konnten zudem unser Auto gratis aufladen (Typ 2, ~10 kW). In den Gängen sprühen Duftversprüher automatisch ziemlich intensiv riechenden (und mich reizenden) Duft. Mir wäre es lieber ohne diese Duftversprüher.

Das einzige was etwas unvorteilhaft war, das die Treppe im Apartment sehr steil war und unsere 2 jährige Tochter damit Schwierigkeiten hatte und das es in der Küche keine Mikrowelle gab.

• Gör (10/5): Wunderschöner Hof, in einem malerischen Tal gelegen, sehr sehr freundliches Personal - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem malerischen Tal, sehr ruhig, sehr schön und ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ich war bei der Ankunft über die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Eigentümer sehr positiv überrascht, man fühlte sich sofort aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber. Das Bad sah aus wie neu. Der Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge war toll. Die Fenster sind dreifach verglast und die Zimmer wohlig warm, dank Fußbodenheizung! Die absolute Ruhe und die Reinheit und Schönheit der Natur überwältigen einen, wenn man, wie ich, aus der Stadt kommt. Ein weiteres Highlight war Kühe melken! Der abgesperrte (Man bekommt eine Zugangskarte an der Rezeption) See ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Einfach nur fantastisch! Toll! Es gab von unserer Seite nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war perfekt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

• Wendy (10/5): Amazing amenities in a location perfect for families. - Wonderful amenities in a very clean and well appointed room. This family run establishment is part of a working farm which provides many of the fresh items on the morning breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very well equiped... they really did think of everything. While we only stayed for two nights, it would be a perfect place to spend a week in the summer where you could enjoy the private lake. If you are traveling with children, this place would be absolutely perfect with ride-on toys outside, high chairs and baby gates available and an indoor as well as outdoor playgraound. It was a short drive to get into Innsbruck. The room seemed to be a little too hot for us, but maybe that's because we are used to sleeping with thinner blankets.

• Bernadett (10/5): - Edenhauserhof it's a beautiful location with rich history and very lovely and warm owners who make you feel at home. We are a family of 4, with 2 children (5&10) and they adored being on the farm, playing with Iva the german shepherd and spending some time every day improving their snow forts or sledgeing. The breakfast offer is great and the milk is produced right there on the farm (the thought that goes into the sourcing of the rest of the breakfast items being either bio, locally sourced is appreciated) The apartment was specious and good layout. Our older child loved having his own space. We would love to come back and will certainly recommend to others to visit. :) The only tiny moan would be the lack of a bath tub (just because of the children) but it was absolutely fine with the shower, it's a well equipped nice bathroom.

• Rebecca (10/5): We look forward to returning again someday! - We loved this place! We received a nice welcome from the family and their pets. Their cows and sheep were also welcoming. Our room was incredibly clean, and seemed brand new. It was also extremely comfortable, and well stocked. The view was incredible! We love the views from both of the rooms we have booked. We enjoyed walking around the lake as well, and playing fetch with their dog Iva. Breakfast the next morning was very yummy. We especially liked being able to make soft boiled eggs. Also the homemade syrup and apple juice are very tasty. In addition to all of the other yummy breakfast food.
• Nenad (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, lots of parking space, and the hosts were very nice and helpful. We loved the ski boots heater as well. The shuttle bus stop was not close as we were led to believe. We were told that it was few minutes away, which may be true when you go downhill and without skiis, but with ski boots on and carrying skiis it is not an easy climb up or down at all. We ended up driving to the lifts which wasn't a huge problem since parking space was usually available especially if you go early in the morning. Also don't forget to bring soap, toilet paper, paper towels and spices if you intend to cook.

• Beatriz (10/5): Perfect, will definitely return in the future. - Everything was great, it exceeded our expectations. It was very family-friendly, with everything thought out for small children. Our toddler loved it, and we were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. At breakfast, everything available was excellent, with local products, and we would only suggest adding a few extra hot options. The location was great, beautiful and quiet, yet close to the city center by car.

• Nancy (10/5): Le paysage entourant l’hôtel est magnifique. - L’emplacement est à environ 15 minutes du centre d’Innsbruck. Cet hôtel ( B&B) est idéal pour séjourner avec de jeunes enfants. J’y étais avec ma fille et ses fils de 3 et 1 an, ils ont adoré les animaux de la ferme et le parc adjacent pour y jouer. C’était parfait pour qu’ils puissent bouger avant et après nos visites à Innsbruck. L’appartement était sur deux étages, la chambre était au premier donc idéale pour coucher les enfants sans bruit. Je le recommande sans hésiter et je suis une femme un peu difficile quand il s’agit de se loger en voyage.

This authentic farm offers peace, comfort, and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, while still being close to Innsbruck and many outdoor activities. A real highlight of our stay was that Edenhauserhof is a working farm where guests can visit the barns with cows and calves. This is especially wonderful and educational for children, particularly those who do not usually have the opportunity to experience life in the countryside. Our kids loved trying to milk the cows and tasting the freshest, most delicious milk straight from the farm. During winter, there are many sledding runs in the surrounding area, perfectly suited for children of all ages. This made our stay even more enjoyable and fun for the whole family. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with lovely mountain views that make every morning a pleasure. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and attentive—truly the best hosts we have encountered in all our travels so far. So many small, thoughtful gestures during our stay made us feel genuinely special and truly cared for as guests. It is truly a stroke of luck to find Edenhauserhof available for rent. I don’t want to reveal too much—just book this place and experience for yourself how special it feels to stay here.

• VICTOR (10/5): Lugar y servicio excepcional - Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es precioso, el apartamento todo es nuevo y acogedor. Viajamos en familia, pero con hijos ya adultos, aunque el lugar es ideal para niños pequeños. El desayuno con productos naturales de la granja, todo un lujo. Y el personal un 10, tuvimos un problema médico y nos ayudaron sin dudarlo. Lo recomendamos 100x100. No hay nada que no nos gustara. Quizás comentar que es más ideal ir en verano por su proximidad al lago.

• Kevin (10/5): - This is the perfect location for families. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm glühwein and snacks, which set a lovely tone for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and having breakfast included made our mornings easy. During our visit, we enjoyed milking the cows and hiking around the beautiful property. Logistics were a breeze: it’s a free 20-minute bus ride to the Innsbruck train station, followed by a short 10-minute walk to the Christmas markets. Additional perks included laundry facilities and the option to have food delivered from local restaurants.
• Soeren (10/5): Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Familienurlaub in einer Top-Unterkunft. - Bei unserem Urlaub am Edenhauserhof gab es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Von unserer Anreise, bis zu unserer Abreise wurden wir von Familie Mair super betreut. Gerade für Kinder bietet der Hof allerhand zu entdecken und sie können sich eigenständig beschäftigen, wenn sie denn wollen ;-). Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir direkt wieder für den Sommer gebucht haben und uns nun schon freuen.

• Ingmar (10/5): Amazing high end, clean property - Surroundings are beautiful, nice walks, quiet. The owners are lovely, the dog is very friendly! Would be nice to be able to stream netflix etc to the TV.

• Max (10/5): struttura fantastica - camera stupenda e pulitissima.bella l'esperienza di far mungere gli animali hai bambini.bellissimo il lago ghiacciato e panorama bellissimo che si vede dal terrazzo delle stanze.colazione abbondante con moltissima scelta.

• Beatrice (10/5): TUTTO PERFETTO - Hotel super consigliato, si trova a 15 minuti in auto dal centro di Innsbruck ed ha un parcheggio. Le camere sono in legno, accoglienti e davvero molto pulite. Colazione piccola, ma preparata da loro e molto buona. C’é la possibilità di mungere le mucche ed é stata davvero una bella esperienza. Avendo soggiornato nella giornata dedicata a San Nicolò al rientro dalla cena abbiamo trovato davanti alla porta dei cioccolatini a forma di San Nicolò, un piccolo gesto molto apprezzato.

• Fabris (10/5): - La location è a 15 min da Innsbruck in un posto strategico in mezzo alla natura ma in un paesaggio Mozzafiato. L’accoglienza di khatrin e della sua famiglia è stata sopra le aspettative, per i sorrisi regalati, per la gentilezza e per la disponibilità nei nostri confronti e dell’intera famiglia. Grazie infinite per questi tre giorni splendidi, torneremo presto, magari in estate

• ALESSANDRO (9/5): - Esperienza super positiva, struttura pulitissima e soprattutto la cordialità e la disponibilità di Kathrin. Posizione ottima per visitare Innsbruck e allo stesso momento vivere dei momenti di relax immersi tra le montagne. Noi siamo stati fortunati perché era tutto innevato e questo ha reso il posto ancora più bello. Per chi sceglie l'appartamento a meno di 2 km c'è un market molto fornito..attenzione soltanto agli orari perché chiude alle 18.

• Olaf (9/5): Sehr gut - Sehr saubere Unterkunft, freundliches Personal und alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus hervorragend zu erreichen. Für Kinder wird sehr viel geboten.
