• christopher (10/5): Restful break away from where we live - We had our own facilities to make coffee and breakfast but cafes were nearby if needed. Quiet time of the year so not lots going on as weather prevented us walking anywhere. Show at Benidorm Palace was exceptional with a good 4 course meal at 59 euros per person. Nothing at all

• Cristina (10/5): Encantador piso y maravillosa estancia - IMBATIBLE!!! Localizacion inmejorable, limpio, acogedor, equipado igual que en casa, más que suficiente, un piso de 10. Recomendamos el bar Amigos que está a 10 m al salir del portal, a mano derecha. La mejor comida de Benidorm y buenísima relación calidad-precio. No por último, Cristina la dueña del piso, encantadora y nuestra guía, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Volveríamos sin duda.

• Balázs (10/5): Exceptional - It has a beautiful view of the sea, and it is really close to the beach, to the city center and to a supermarket. The appartment was really clean and quiet. It is also close to some bus stops.

Great location - We chose it as it was within walking distance of the main area but it had plenty of facilities around it, great view, well presented apartment and the host was very helpful. • Franky (10/5): First line. View from Balcony is amazing! Modernly renovated apartment, good parking! - This is my third stay in this apartment. Easily the best one I've stayed at in Benidorm. It's nicely modernly renovated and the host is on point and know what she's doing. The view from the balcony is amazing. Parking is included and just behind the building. First line, best beach in Spain, with large balcony. What's not to like?? A bit more utensils in the kitchen maybe. But the kitchen is also quite small, normal spanish "problem". But still workable. No real oven though. But microwave, coffe brewer, kettle. Works!

• Franky (10/5): Amazing views from a newly renovated apartment! - 1:st line newly renovated beach apartment, on the 5:th floor of the building, with private parking right behind the building. The views from the balcony over Poniente beach is just amazing. The host (Christina) also supply you with towels, shampoo, toilet paper, soap and trash bags. (Simple stuff , yes, but other hosts will let you buy this yourself.) Good WiFi (fiber), where the router could've been placed better, but it covers all areas when moved out of the corner in the bedroom. The kitchen is a bit cramped, but this is standard in spanish apartments, and probably that's also why it doesn't have a dishwasher - which would've been a nice amendment. Otherwise just get some better knives (since the existing ones were quite dull or broken), and perhaps a sharpening tool for future guests to keep them sharp. This wasn't a big problem at all though, but I have to write something in this "negativity box" =) All in all a very good stay! We actually came back to this apartment a couple of days later, just because it was so outstanding!
