• Michel (10/5): - Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a remis les clefs. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Proximité d'un arrêt de bus pour se rendre au centre de florence.
• VASILIKI (7/5): - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη η κουζίνα. Σε πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία περίπου μισή ώρα από το κέντρο με συνδυασμό περπάτημα και λεωφορείο. Έχει αρκετές θέσεις για παρκάρισμα έξω ακριβώς από το σπίτι. Πρόσβαση σε ιδιωτικό κήπο. Όλα ήταν μια χαρά.
• Thomas (10/5): - Ruhige Lage, Bushaltestellen und ein Restaurant um die Ecke. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, eine Bar und Metzgerei mit Wochenmarkt ca. 400m entfernt. Und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe.

• Nika (10/5): Clean and comfortable - We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were warmly welcomed by a lady named Ati, which made a great first impression. The place was very clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including private parking. They also kindly left some things for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Both the owner and Ati were super available and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!
• Sonia (8/5): Could be perfect with a few improvements - Very well decorated in modern style and confortable apartment in a calm neighbourhood., in the southeast of the city. Easy to park the car in the street with no risks. City easily reachable with bus 23 and the owner gives you 2 tickets. You can buy more with the app Atthebus on the phone. Very clean. The contact person, Ati, is absolutely lovely. Leaves you a few things for breakfast, but just for the 1st day and just coffee (no milk), croissants, biscottes, jam and Nutella. Nice garden but not useful in october as it's cold outside and it's still full of mosquitoes. Poorly equiped : just 6 plates (3 soup plates and 3 large dinner plates), no toaster, no large mugs for tea/cofeee, no heater (there was no central heating as it starts later in the year, but should leave an electrical heater as it was 10º outside at night and it was very cold at the appartment), just 1 plug in the kichen and no plugs on the right side of the bed (just one for the lamp), no blanket on the sofa, no saop rack on the shower (shower gel on the floor??). A lot of mosquitoes.
• Octavian (10/5): Better than you would think ! - The apartment looks great. The photos on booking don’t do it justice. It’s far better. The host is fantastic, available if needed and very customer friendly. We had cafe and something to eat for breakfast for each morning. Water and coke were waiting for us in the fridge. Bus 23 will take you directly to the city center or the central train station in max 20 min for the city center -30min for the train station. The apartment has access to a private garden as it is situated at street level. I recommend with all my heart. Nothing to report as downside.
• Tobias (10/5): Excellent stay to recommend - Very welcoming and very clean. Great apartment to spend more than a few days if longer in Florence for other purpose. Nothing could have been better
• Liliya (10/5): Amazing hosts - The hosts and apartment were very lovely. We didn’t expect to be met with such hospitality. The apartment was very nice, clean, well organised. Everything was new and it was pleasant to come home after a long day of sightseeing. The hosts even left us some food for our breakfast, which we were really grateful for, as we had a long journey and were really hungry. The apartment even has a garden, and we wish we could spend more time in Florence to enjoy the apartment. Everything was more than perfect!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
