Upon arrival, they refused to check us in despite the confirmation and wanted me to pay for an additional night. This ruined the whole day and caused extra expenses. We had to urgently look for another option. Luckily, we found a much better room in a nearby hotel. The property is located in a residential building with two massage parlors and is hard to find. Звонили по номеру, нам сказали идти в соседний отель и искать менеджера. Нашли с трудом. Нам сказали, что нет мест. Заселили нас в итоге в аппартаменты рядом, они были неплохие, но непонятно, почему такая ситуация вообще произошла.
