Fiona (9/5): Fabulous property in an enviable location - Fantastic location and very comfortable accommodation. Fabulous view over Lynmouth and heating was dead easy to use, property warmed up very quickly. Hot water on demand so no issues with that. Everything that we needed was available in the property and we had no issues parking. Oven was a little temperamental but worked well enough for the one time we wanted it.
Deborah (5/5): Average apartment - The apartment is in a great location for exploring the area and for local restaurants. Beautiful views from the large window. Welcome scones/Jam/ Cream were a nice touch. It is a very spacious apartment and we had two visits from the helpful hosts. The apartment was very grubby. I had to clean the kitchen surfaces and handles before I could touch anything. There were crumbs in cupboards. Dirty plates in the drawers and the tea towels were old, dirty and smelly (suggest bringing your own). The towels were damp but can be dried off overnight in the airing cupboard. In my opinion the apartment needs a deep clean. We also had some issues finding the apartment as the instructions were not very clear in terms of road names.
