- Jeremy (10/5): Beautiful accommodation that really feels the spirit of Dartmouth and the sea - The first thing you noticed was the exceptional cleanliness everywhere. As you went from room to room you were struck by the attention to detail of the colour scheme, art work and furnishings I could wish for a closer parking spot, but as someone who has visited the place on numerous occasions, Dartmouth is special with the older properties and everywhere is on a steep hill!

- Juliet (10/5): - The house was well decorated and feels like it is used by the owners and not just filled with stuff for the guests. I cooked for one of the meals and everything I needed was found in the kitchen. The owner check everything was ok and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is in a wonderful location and having parking was a real bonus in Dartmouth. I can't think of anything.
- Vicki (1/5): AWFUL - Dartmouth is stunning The house is situated up a Very Long and steep hill!! The parking space is not near the property it is at least half a mile away!! There is no garden like the listing says its a tiny tiny very smelly.amd dirty little yard. There is NOWHERE safe to let your dog have a wee. You share an entrance path with VERY steep stairs with other neighbours and keep crossing in front of their door while they are smoking and moaning about holiday makers! This is not a property for even the slightest infirm!!! We asked why it wasn't mentioned anywhere and were just told it was because we didnt ask!! We left after an hour and offered few quid back!! There are so many more things I could say but I will leave it at that for now

Excellent communication from Nicola the host and very helpful notes and a book in the house, with suggestions of where to go and places to eat. Can't wait to come back. Nothing

Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses and mugs. Perfect location - easy walk into Dartmouth but away from all the evening noise, so quiet and peaceful. Excellent, helpful and friendly communication with host pre and post holiday. We loved everything about Midships.

Love it x Very clean and beautifully decorated property. all amenities available, even treats for the dog :) Beds are so comfortable and lovely bedrooms. Hosts friendly and contacted us to ensure we had arrived okay. Short walk from where the allotted car parking space is. Can walk into main Dartmouth, slight hill but nothing too demanding :)

Great communication from our Host Nicola, which enabled us to really relax and enjoy our stay 😊 Worth bearing in mind that the parking space is 5 minutes down the hill - and 5 minutes walk back up! No problem at all if you're mobile though. Personally, we needed that walk after all the cake we'd eaten in Dartmouth!

- Wassa (10/5): Exceptional - We could take our Dog and everywhere is dog friendly. Like the fact you can walk into Town within 10 minutes. Parking is provided which is very rare in Dartmouth so no issues there. Late check was accepted from owners which was great and had a nice lie in.
- Jayne (10/5): Will definitely be back - It’s really cosy with good facilities. The master bed is huge and the attached bathroom very luxurious. It’s just an easy walk into town with loads of restaurants and bars. A great place to visit and even better for a holiday in the summer
- Vincent (10/5): Home from home. - I like how homely and comfortable Midships is. If the weather isn't great, there are games to play and a fireplace in the lounge. If the weather is good, there is decking out front to sit and enjoy the sun. Dartmouth is beautiful whatever the weather and having somewhere lovely to stay for your duration tops it off. Thank you for letting us stay. I highly recommend for couples, families and groups of friends.
- Richard (8/5): Excellent - Had everything you needed for a comfortable and convenient stay . Close to town centre and has the bonus of a parking space a short walk away . Hosts responded immediately to any queries and gave clear instructions about arrival and departure ,even let us know we could have a later leave time . Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and surrounding areas . Being constructive in finding something criticise I thought the main light in the living room could have been brighter ,but that is really nit picking . I didn't notice the bathroom had a heater until after I used it , but you may have mentioned that in the info file.
- Jevan (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely 3 bedroom house just up the hill from Dartmouth centre, perfect for exploring the town or staying in and enjoying time with family & friends. Comfy beds, homely feel & ideal location. My only gripe was that the parking space is a short walk down the road (in a private car park). That said, from people we met at the pub, actually having a space in Dartmouth is very lucky, especially in the summer months.
- Stephanie (9/5): Great house - Very comfortable house, with a parking space, which is rare in Dartmouth although the parking space is not at the property but down the hill, we parked the car and didn't need to use it again so it was fine as the house is a short walk into Dartmouth. Very comfortable beds . The outside seating is nice although not private. Nikki the host was very good gave excellent instructions and at end of phone when needed. Path to front door would be a problem for elderly or disabled as very steep
