• Bianca (5/5): The place is adorable!!! The area is absolutely sketchy!!! But had no issues with anyone. More cosmetically scary. The i - Poll was amazing and view from upper level was beautiful First night, we found a huge brown ugly spider, needless to say no one slept on that room.

• Elvin (4/5): We were very disappointed with the place as it needs lots of work done - To get to the house you have to drive thru a very dark, unsafe area. The house has serious leaking problems. Three days rain a lot and water came in and wet part of the floors and walls.

I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK BUT TO LATE

• Kiriam (10/5): Pool Palace - The pool is the main attraction 😍 … you can also use the domino table, lounge around and soak up the sun … Nicely nestled so it’s quiet … uber eats finds you easily and the owners are always responsive … love this place!

• Thailand (1/5): MY DAUGHTERS 18TH BIRTHDAY WAS ALMOST RUNIED WHEN SHE SAW THIS PROPERTY!!!! - 1/3/25-1/7/25 Absolutely NOT ONE THING DID WE LIKE.... , Neighbors very very close to the APARTMENT, NOT FIT TO BE RENTED!!! PLEASE BEWEAR. Not an entire house nor 4bedroom, as advertised it's a 3 BR and No living room at all. The HOT WATER was Turned OFF, Front Door not framed with holes all around and broken glass. Mattress on the floor no frame, wet bedspreads, no sheets on 2 beds, in the kitchen, dirty dishes ,dirty dish cloth on the sink, missing tiles hidden by rugs when lifted a FISHY SMELL, Trash all around the pool area, POOL WAS DIRTY, exposed wring throughout the apt. We contacted Antonio Diaz, asking for other accommodations he stated he was 5 star and we could stay or cancel. It was 5 females and this DUMP. SO UNSAFE we got a HOTEL the night we arrived. We did not cancel, we left for the night & left the keys in the lock box returned the next day ; the code had been changed, we got the new code, entered the apartment only to discover someone had been there while we were away, smoking and they used the restroom and kitchen. Mr. Diaz excuse: it was my housekeeper.. THAT WAS IT!!!!! WE DID NOT STAY. BOOKING TAKE THIS OFF YOUR SITE

It was very dirty, awful location, private pool was shared with neighbors (they were very loud in the evening)🥸 It was impossible to take a shower because the pressure of water was that bad. ,,fully equipped kitchen” couldn’t offer even a knife and pot to boil anything! The worst booking of our lives.

Some windows wouldn’t close and 2 of the 3 AC units had a broken display so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. No hot water other than the shower. Loud neighbors and roosters at night. Run down neighborhood.
• Perla (4/5): Disappointing - The view is just terrible; you look right into a backyard dumpster. The surroundings are filthy. There was no power. The rooms smelled like dirty feet. The kitchen rug is old and has an odor. The bed linen smells as well. The pool wasn't clean, and there was no generator. Since there was no power, we couldn't use the toilet or shower.
• Jenna (5/5): Just be very careful staying here - The apartment itself was clean for the most part I did not like that there was no hot water at all the entire stay. But worst of all the host kept asking us for more money and more money. He even asked us to pay the cleaning lady. He asked for a picture of my credit card because he apparently tried to run it over and over again after we already paid for the place that they told him they’d need a picture to verify. Verify what?? That is insane!!!! He just wanted more money! VERY SKETCHY! Neighborhood not so great difficult to park.

• Kenitza (3/5): All around a bad experience did not feel safe - The pool was nice and lots of bed for a confotable sleep The property was not fit to be rented the floor was tore up cracks and missing tittles threw out the kitchen the front door had holes in it that you can see threw the outside , it was a glass door and it was also broken . No shades in the kitchen window more the bathroom window everyone can see clearly threw our windows they was also roaches all around a bad experience they had TVs in each room but none of them had working controls so we couldn’t use the TVs

• Sarah (5/5): Passable - Not in a great area but very close to the airport for a quick stop. The accommodation didn't have many facilities but the owner went to the shop for us. He also picked us up from the airport.
• Valencia (8/5): Great for a small group of travelers traveling on a budget, as well as solo travelers that want to experience what life - I really liked the the pool and having a private entrance into the apartment. I also really liked the location of the property, nestled away on a street away from any noise of traffic. Close enough to the airport to watch the planes take off in the distance, it was very cool! When it rained there were some leaks throughout the apartment, but nowhere that it would get you wet, just something to be aware of if you’re going during the rainy season.

I had to cancel and book a new apartment air bnb and wasted an entire day doing this with children ect. Owner was rude and the ad wasn’t what you think. Extremely horrible experience.

• Chyna (8/5): Family vacation - The pool was the highlight, water was always warm. Very spacious inside, good air conditioning. The host was very responsive for anything we needed. He even called us when one of us forgot our phone in the house and he drove it to us. It was a little tricky to find but again the host calls you ahead of time to give you directions.

What I didn’t like was just where it was at. It’s on a dead end street and all the houses spins the property are all runned down. But his house is exceptional.

However, we were a little apprehensive to leave the rental as it looked a bit unnerving. The neighborhood did not look to be the safest.

• Onyinye (10/5): Better than I expected and very enjoyable! - It looks exactly like the pictures and even better! We got a lot more than what we expected. I loved the decor! The fact that we had a good view of the sea and then a private pool made it even better! My favorite part was the private pool. When I come back to Puerto Rico, I'll definitely be booking here again Nothing

• Rachel (2/5): Not quite what it appears - The view from the kitchen window was pretty. The pool was nice, though we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Wifi was available so we could make plans for the next day. There was a well working air conditioning unit in the bedroom. There were plenty of towels to use. There were gaping holes around the front door frame. There was NO hot water for a shower. No soap at the bathroom sink. The shower leaked through the door into the kitchen floor. There was not a flat sheet on the large bed. The smaller bedroom was not used because the smell was too bad and overpowering. The AC unit was plugged into an outlet that was barely hanging on to the wall and we worried about a fire. There were ants and a giant cockroach (probably from the holes in the front door frame).

• Ila (1/5): Bad - The private pool was nice but not private. I was woke up in the middle of the night by a bunch of partiers in my pool screaming and yelling and banging on my door. They were fighting or yelling in Spanish. The owner would not answer his phone. The next morning I informed him I was checking out early due to no sleep and I was not paying for my 2 nights stay. He got mad and called the police on me. Don't go! Not worth it! PS.. the toilet and shower are not connected to your room!
