• alain (2/5): Logement n’est pas celui des photos et trop bruyant - 1) L’appartement n’est pas le même que les photos de l’annonce et nous n’étions pas prévenu !!!! 2)Un parking privé devait être compris avec le logement mais finalement le parking est dans la rue. Le propriétaire nous as dit qu’on aurait une place au sous-sol le troisième jour du séjour mais il ne nous as jamais contacté. 3)L’appartement est dans une résidence qui n’est pas terminée. Des travaux à partir de 7 h du matin et du bruit même la nuit. Le propriétaire s’est dépêché de louer suite à l’achat mais l’immeuble n’est pas achevé. 4) pas beaucoup de produits : manque papier toilette, savon, sac poubelle, torchon, couette, machine à café.

• Afaf (9/5): Great studio centrally placed in Tunis - What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get! The place is superclean and it's a perfect studio for 1-2 people. We passed a very comfortable 2 weeks in this place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and simple cafés, restaurants and stores are close and in walking distance. The best of all is the host,Nabel. The service was simply superb! He is very accommodating and anything we needed, he provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and the door to the building is very noisy when it closes. However, that is hardly the fault of the host. We learned to ignore it after the first night. There is nothing to dislike about the studio itself!
