• Beata (10/5): Pobyt w CasaLucina w Rzymie był wspaniały — piękne, klimatyczne miejsce i fantastyczni gospodarze! - Pobyt w CasaLucina w Rzymie był absolutnie wyjątkowy! To miejsce ma niesamowity klimat — pięknie urządzone i bardzo czyste. Od pierwszej chwili można poczuć się tam jak w domu. Gospodarze są przesympatyczni, pomocni i dbają o każdy detal, dzięki czemu cały pobyt przebiega bezproblemowo i w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Lokalizacja jest świetna — spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie, ze względu na bardzo blisko położoną stację metra, bardzo dobry dostęp do najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu. Po całym dniu zwiedzania powrót do CasaLucina był prawdziwą przyjemnością i momentem relaksu. To idealne miejsce zarówno na romantyczny wyjazd, jak i city break z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi. Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych noclegów, w jakich mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać. Z całego serca polecam CasaLucina każdemu, kto chce poczuć prawdziwy włoski klimat i spędzić niezapomniany czas w Rzymie! Wszystko było bardzo ok!!

Gospodarze Stefania i Gianfranco to absolutnie przemili i fantastyczni ludzie. Czuliśmy się jak w domu a nie jak w wynajmowanym apartamencie. Lokalizacja praktycznie przy metrze. Bez wątpliwości polecamy. 11/10.

İhtiyacınız olan ve hatta ihtiyacınızın olacağı aklınıza gelmeyen her şey mevcut. Ama en önemlisi, Pancucci ailesinin samimi güler yüzü idi. Roma’da bulabileceğiniz en muhteşem ev. Bu evde herhangi birşeyi beğenmemek için çok şımarık olmak gerekir.

• Anna (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest duże i czyste. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt w Rzymie. Dwie łazienki, dwa balkony, przestrzeń wspólna- mieszkanie bardzo wygodne nawet dla 4 osób. Bardzo uprzejmy gospodarz. Blisko sklepy spożywcze, restauracje a także stacja metra, z której można w kilka minut dojechać do scisłego centrum miasta oraz bezpośrednio nad morze. Polecam!

• Ugo (10/5): Bellissimo fine settimana lungo in doppia coppia di amici - La tranquillità la pulizia la cortesia del proprietario e la posizione In alcune stanze ed in soggiorno sono state montate delle luci a led bianco freddo ( cold) che sono poco ospitali. Consiglio di cambiarle con luce bianca calda (warm) che migliorano tutta l’accoglienza già molto buona. E solo un consiglio ma è andato tutto benissimo.
• Rita Mo (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto in un appartamento spazioso e accogliente - L’appartamento è davvero fantastico: spazioso con due camere da letto e due bagni, perfetto per chi cerca comfort e privacy. La cucina è ottima, ben attrezzata e funzionale, ideale per chi ama cucinare anche durante il viaggio. Il soggiorno è ampio e accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Roma. Un vero valore aggiunto è stato l’host, estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dall’accoglienza. La sua ironia e simpatia hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, e anche quando abbiamo lasciato la casa un po’ in disordine è stato comprensivo e divertente! • HurryScurry (10/5): Fabulous large apartment - Nice, new apartment, no mosquitoes, can open windows. This flat is huge! There were only two of us and at times we had to go search for another :-) Quiet neighbourhood with trees around. Plenty of free street parking around. Nice comfy beds, all equipment is working fine. Some free water in fridge upon check-in, and cooking oil! Nice hosts, speak English OK. Not expensive. There's a strong chemical smell in the bedroom (washing powder?), but it didn't stop me from sleeping, though I am sensitive to these things. No black out curtains.

• Ivanka (10/5): - Domaćini ugodni i uvijek dostupni u slučaju neke potrebe. Objekt je komodan i udoban, blizu metro stanice, a ima i drugih potrebnih sadržaja u blizini (supermarket, pizzeria i sl.). Mirno okruženje bez buke, iako je blizu prometnice.

Que acepten mascotas gratis es un must, y los dueños simpáticos y atentos a nuestras necesidades que realmente no fueron ninguna porque lo teníamos todo a mano, aparcamiento en la calle gratis justo en la puerta, metro San Paolo línea B a unos 10 minutos andando, el autobús 769 pasa por la puerta, así que poco más se puede pedir. Un 10 de los de verdad y no para quedar bien. Si vamos a Roma repetiremos seguro. Supermercado CONAD a 3 min. andando, pastelería cafetería a 5 min. y muy tranquilo y seguro el barrio a todas horas. Eche de menos un microondas aunque había hervidor.

• Wanyu (10/5): Love this place - We 3 friends came to Rome for vacation and spent three wonderful days here. The room is very neat and clean, with complete and lovely facilities. The house is surrounded by a large road, the streets are clean and tidy, and it is comfortable to live in. It is a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient for travel. The host couple is positive and friendly, and I highly recommend this place!

• Charles (10/5): The staff were most helpful taking care of our needs - The host recommended a taxi service large enough for all of our bags and the driver had the entrance keys for us to use. The a/c unit turns off by no detection in the room. Going out to see the sights and coming back to a hot room that takes hours to cool down could be improved. I understand saving energy but I think the temperature should remain constant during the stay so you don't have so much up and down temperature.

• Fiona (6/5): Important to have a car and know the physical address ( 3rd gate on the left would have been extremely helpful informati - The location was serene and relaxing lack of communication from the owner on arrival and departure. We spent 1 and a half hours looking for the farmhouse and got no help from the owner even though he was online. There was no kettle, no soap, no teabags, no cleaning products, little internet and no instructions on how to leave the apartment. We washed the dishes and bagged up all our rubbish upon leaving however the owner complained to booking.com that we left the place in an unacceptable condition. My partner had walked around the property looking for bins to dispose of our rubbish but there were none so unless we were supposed to take our rubbish in the car with us when we left we are at a loss. We did neglect to pay the tourist tax initially as he had not informed us about this at any time. We have since paid this online.

• Janet (8/5): Great stay- could have been better - Good location and not far from metro station or bus stop. Comfy beds and air conditioning worked great. Welcome was fabulous and hosts father helped get all luggage upstairs. Hostess was helpful with questions and booking taxi since we had a lot of luggage due to lots of shopping. Garbage cans were so small (in kitchen and bathroom) we had to use our shopping bags to throw things away which wasn’t a big deal but when full we didn’t know where to put them. Felt bad just leaving them. Floors were not too clean in king bedroom. Socks were dirty within 10 min of being there. Had to ask for remote for air which was hidden in drawer. That should have been offered up. 1 towel set per person to use for all 5 days and no laundry in apartment or close by. We were told downstairs but that one is out of business.

But luckily since we contacted the owner upon our arrival, he was there at the main entrance waiting for us. The owner is very nice, friendly and hospitable. Very nice place and very comfy to relax after a tiring day walking around in some beautiful places in Rome. It was indeed one of the best vacation we had. Keep it up!! Until next time. • Miguel_dowd (10/5): Beautiful Spacious & Clean Apartment Close to Train Station - Beautiful apartment that is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We found the location perfect (500m from train station) and there were many great restaurants nearby. Absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. Also, the owner is extremely kind and helpful - he went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember...thank you! A kettle would be a lovely addition :)

The apartment was very clean and newly renovated. It feels really homely and we enjoyed the apartment from Cooking to watching Television of our choice (You Tube). We kept the luggage with Owner and the owner dropped to nearest station in evening. He was very kind and helpful. Overall it was excellent stay and we are satisfied. The lift was very small and risky if we get stuck. as There was not many people who can help you when stuck. Though we didn't get stuck but I suggest the owner / Host should write a instruction in case someone stuck what to do.
