• Tévy (9/5): Super - La piscine est un vrai plus ! La chambre est fonctionnelle, le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant. Il y a la possibilité d’avoir un service de laundry et de location de scooter + de réservation de tours (A/B/C/D). Le petit déjeuner est également proposé. Le jardin est sublime et l’emplacement est idéal si on souhaite ne pas être trop loin du centre tout en étant au calme. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour voir la mer. Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande ! Clim un peu bruyante Matelas pas très confortable

• Teresa (6/5): - El jardín, la piscina y la ubicación Por dentro las habitaciones eran muy muy básicas para el precio que tiene. El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido, el jabón de manos estaba metido en una botella de agua, había hormigas en la habitación, y en el pago del desayuno, si querías leche con el café tenías que pagar un suplemento… un poco cutre. Y el baño de la habitación tb bastante regular aún teniendo la habitación privada.

• JULIA (10/5): Séjour authentique - Un séjour parfait à Masayana ! Notre séjour à l’Hôtel Masayana a été une vraie parenthèse de bonheur. Les chambres, bien que petites, sont très confortables et bien aménagées. L’accueil chaleureux et le service attentionné du personnel ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec des produits frais et locaux. L’emplacement est idéal pour explorer El Nido et profiter des excursions en bateau. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour authentique et reposant ! 😊 Quelques arbres autour de la piscine. Quelques rangements dans la chambre.

• Jennifer (10/5): Tolle ruhige Unterkunft! - Die Unterkunft hat mich sehr positiv überrascht! Die Anlage war super schön, der Außenbereich war traumhaft mit Pool und Liegemöbeln ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem weit entfernt vom Trubel und damit sehr ruhig. Die anderen Gäste waren ca in den 30ern. Es gab eine Happy Hour, an der Rezeption konnten Ausflüge und Transport gebucht werden, auch Roller gab es zu mieten, es war nachts immer jemand für die Sicherheit da. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Ich habe mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Matratze im Etagenbett war sehr hart, hatte das Gefühl ich liege auf den Holzlatten darunter 😅 nachts und morgens "Lärm" durch Tiere in der Gegend (Hähne, Frösche)

• anne (10/5): - Topissime ! Chambres partagées en formule luxe, dans la nature, et calme (apres ca depend sàs doute sur qui vous tombez).Ca a rendu très agréable mon séjour à El Nido. Tout en étant pas loin du centre (15 min a pied, ou prendre un tricycle). Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Respect des horaires nickel (petit déjeuner par exemple). Et piscine très agréable. Rien. A part le prix un peu élevé ainsi que le prix des petit déjeuner (mais très bon). Et une suggestion : ça serait plus agréable d'avoir de l'ombre pour quelques chaises-longues au bord de la piscine, même si l'on ne vient pas là pour passer sa journée au bord de la piscine !

Room was a little dark but not a big problem at all. Not loads of choice for good coffee nearby but you can walk 10-15 mins away.

La salle de bain dans la chambre est très petite, ce qui peut vite devenir peu pratique. Enfin, l’hostel prend une commission d’environ 200 pesos sur chaque tuk-tuk réservé via eux, ce que je trouve excessif.

• Sonia (1/5): - El vigilante de seguridad nos sacó las babosas que vimos de la habitación La habitación es escasísima, casi no hay ni donde apoyar pertenencias. El baño es enano y lo peor de la estancia, en el desayuno sirven café con leche y ambos días lo pedí largo de leche… y pretendían cobrarnos un extra por unos ml de leche… En cuanto a alergias alimentaría si no tienen ni idea de nada y te la pueden liar con nada. Una toalla que nos dieron estaba rota y solo te ponen un rollo de papel al día.

Tuktuk var også alltid tilgjengelig rett i nærheten av hostellet. Var en vanndispenser i resepsjonen som man kunne hente vann fra. Var veldig dårlig trykk i dusjen og litt trangt på badet. Aircondition kunne ikke stå på mens vi var borte, så man kom alltid til et varmt rom. Det var heller ingen kjøleskap.

• Hélène (9/5): Très recommandé ! - Très bel hôtel à 10 minutes du centre animé de El Nido mais dans un quartier bien plus tranquille que nous avons beaucoup aimé. La piscine est super agréable, ouverte jusqu’à 10H le soir. Accueil chaleureux et serviable. L’hôtel reste accessible y compris à marée haute, en tricycle comme en scooter, aucun problème ! Notre chambre n’a été faite qu’une seule fois pendant notre séjour, pour le prix et pour ce type d’hôtel on pourrait s’attendre à ce qu’elle soit faite tous les jours. Pas grand chose d’autre à dire à part cela !

La prise et la tablette près du lit pour charger le portable. La qualité des draps. Le manque de confort des chaises de terrasse et des chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Le matelas trop fin ( on sent les lattes du sommier) l’isolation des murs. Les coqs du voisin 😉

I loved the turquoise colour of my bed curtains Burning smell in that area and more mosquitos, cos more green, over pushing with extra services. Like, 4 or 5 times, even I got it from booking sms, then I was explained every time I shown up near cooler, and suggested to take the photo of prices, when I was picturing wi fi password(OK, wi fi not working in the dorm) , it's a bit too much. Maybe it's such a policy, but looks a bit money hungry.

• yilei (2/5): - Avoid this hostel unless you enjoy being charged twice and dealing with unprofessional staff. I booked a shared van directly through the hostel. In the Booking chat, the front desk clearly told me that the van fee would be paid upon arrival. However, before the van even departed, I was suddenly asked to pay. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, I had to urgently look up the hostel’s contact details and message them immediately while on the road. Stressful and unnecessary. That issue was barely resolved when a second, more serious problem happened. I arrived late at night, exhausted after a long and crowded van ride. I paid for breakfast, and the night-shift staff registered me properly. My name was clearly written on the list. The next morning, my name was also on the breakfast list, I had breakfast normally, and then checked out. Later, a day-shift staff member chased me down and demanded that I pay for breakfast AGAIN, claiming: “Sir, I did not receive your breakfast payment. Please transfer the money now.” When I explained that I had already paid and was registered, instead of apologizing, they blamed the night staff and acted confused and defensive, as if this was somehow my problem. This is not a “small mistake.” This shows extremely poor internal communication, unprofessional management, and a complete lack of accountability. Guests should not be expected to resolve staff errors or pay twice for the same service. Based on this experience, I seriously question how this property’s rating was achieved. If you value transparency, basic professionalism, and peace of mind, stay elsewhere.

Die Unterkunft fällt etwas spärlich aus, was die Einrichtung angeht - Es gibt ein sauberes Bett und einen Tisch. Leider ist die Klimaanlage laut und man kann sie nicht vom Bett aus per Fernbedienung steuern. Man muss dafür aufstehen und am Gerät Einstellungen vornehmen.

• Jumana (5/5): Basic lodging near the sea - Friendly staff, beautiful garden compound. Everything was very clean, there’s a pool and a small bar which gave a nice ambiance in the evening. Good locker space and curtains on beds. It’s located a bit outside of the centre, reachable only on foot during high tide (Tuktuk has to drive along the beach to get here). But there area few shops and restaurants nearby and a beach in walking distance. Very(!) uncomfortable mattress, so thin I could feel the wooden bars underneath it. Bed moved with every movement of my bunk mate. Very small bathroom (in the room), you have to shower over the toilet. Bathroom is always wet, so toilet paper has to be stored outside of it. AC very loud and cold. All in all: Clean but very uncomfortable.

• LorenzaZa (10/5): A hostel with a beautiful vibe - What an amazing oasis of peace. The location is absolutely beautiful and far from the noise of the town (but not too far). We actually enjoyed the walk to the town. The pool is fantastic and there's a bar to grab a drink -they also do happy hour!-, the rooms are clean and the beds super comfy. Loved the restaurants and cafes nearby! FYI - tuctucs have to drive on the beach to reach the hostel. That means that if you want to go out in the evenings and you dont want to walk, youll still have to because they cant reach the town because of high tide!! (reception updates the times of the high tide daily)
• vincent (6/5): Avis mitigé - Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil et le cadre extérieur comme la piscine,superbe, le bar et le calme. L'emplacement est pas trop mal, on aurait dû louer des scooters plus tôt. La literie était vraiment mauvaise, matelas fins et on sentait les barreaux du sommier.La salle de bain petite et pas engageante, rien pour poser les affaires. La poubelle changée qu'un jour sur 2 alors qu'on doit jetter le papier toilette dedans. La douche avait un filet d'eau mais avec de l'eau chaude par contre.

• Melike (10/5): - I had a great stay during my two nights here. The room was clean, and the staff — especially the receptionists and the security guard — were extremely friendly and kind. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice. At first, I was a little worried about accessibility after reading comments saying the hotel was hard to reach due to muddy roads and steep hills. However, I honestly don’t understand those concerns. The hotel was very easy to reach from El Nido Town, both on foot and by tricycle.
• Anna (7/5): - Venkovní prostředí ubytování bylo příjemné, fajn snídaně a hezký bazén. Pokoje byly docela prostorné ale nebyl tam žádný úložný prostor kam si odložit věci, koupelna hodně malá. Návštěvnici mohli kouřit kolem bazénu a to se mi nelíbilo. Maji sice prostor na cvičení jógy, to je fajn, ale podložky se nedají použít. (Neudržovaný). Za tuto cenu jsme čekali více.

• Manon (10/5): L’hôtel est joli, calme, parfait pour voyageurs solo/petits groupes ou couple - J’étais dans une chambre partagée (4 lits) mais j’ai eu la chance d’être seule presque tout mon séjour. L’expérience aurait sûrement était différente si la chambre était complète mais du coup, j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon temps à l’hôtel. Tous les jours ou presque, le personnel nettoie la chambre, change le tapis de bain et refait le lit. C’est un service très agréable. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours également, elle est propre, suffisamment grande et très cool. L’hôtel est situé entre 10 à 20min à pieds du centre en fonction de la où on veut aller, c’est très confortable. Et si l’on ne veut pas marcher, on peut prendre un tricycle ou une moto. L’hôtel est joli, propre, charmant et le soir il y a la possibilité de se poser au bar, autour de la piscine ou jouer à la pétanque. C’était parfait pour moi
