• Ilka (7/5): Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. - Wir hatten einen guten Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war relativ groß und das Bad war schön. Die Lage war sehr gut Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, die Küchenhocker waren teilweise kaputt. Die Knöpfe des Wasserkochers waren geschmolzen und auf der Couch wurde wohl eine Zigarette ausgedrückt. Ein paar Infos zum Check-out wären hilfreich gewesen.

• Soumaya (8/5): - Très beau séjour ! L’appartement est super bien situé : un IGA à 2 minutes à pied, et tout ce dont on avait besoin à proximité. Le logement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé (laveuse, sécheuse, couvertures, etc.), ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. Denis a été un hôte très réactif et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Petit point à améliorer : il manquait quelques plats pour la cuisson au four.

• Jodi (8/5): Lovely unit, but parking is an issue. - Lovely clean space. Well-stocked kitchen. All amenities provided.. The parking situation for our unit was not explained well, and as a result, it took 30 minutes to get out of the space (therefore missing a paid tour and losing $$), and the only way to get out was to create damage to our rental car. The host was not very sympathetic to the situation. Communication was a bit difficult.
• Armelle (8/5): Appartement idéal pour un court séjour touristique ! - Un appartement récent, propre, moderne et spacieux. Emplacement idéal à 8 mn en voiture du Vieux Québec et à 5 mn des chutes. Explications de Serge impeccables même si nous ne l’avons pas rencontré en vrai. Proposé pour 5 mais le 5eme couchage est un lit d’appoint peu confortable. Parfait pour 4. Prix un peu élevé.

• setareh (9/5): - The apartment had great amenities, and almost everything a traveler might need was thoughtfully provided. It was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The bed size was a bit small for a couple.

• Nicole (9/5): Bel endroit pour un séjour avec des amis. - Appartement très bien insonorisé. Appareils électroménagers de qualité. Lits très confortables. Transport en commun menant au cœur de Québec à proximité. Les photos de l'espace cuisine, salle à manger et salon ne correspondaient pas à l'appartement loué. Sur les photos, il y avait une table rectangulaire avec six chaises. En réalité, il y avait une table ronde avec seulement quatre chaises. Nous étions quatre à louer l'appartement mais nous voulions inviter un couple d'amis qui habitent à Beauport à venir souper avec nous, ce qui a été difficile. Ils ont dû apporter deux chaises pliantes et nous étions vraiment très serrés. Nous aurions apprécié avoir au moins six grandes assiettes et six tasses mais il n'y en avait que cinq. Il n'y avait pas de savon à main dans la cuisine et, dans la salle de bain, le distributeur était vide. Un ou deux linges à vaisselle de plus auraient été appréciées car il fallait laver la vaisselle après chaque repas si nous voulions en avoir pour le repas suivant. Nous aurions aimé avoir des instructions pour savoir quoi faire avant de quitter définitivement l'appartement (ex. Défaire les lits? Placer toutes les serviettes utilisées dans le bain? Laver et serrer toute la vaisselle?) Malgré toutes ces remarques, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

• Laura (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit guter Anbindung durch die Busse in die Innenstadt. Es war alles sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und sogar Duschgel und Shampoo standen parat. Auch für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine war alles vorbereitet. Fußläufig erreichbar sind Bank, Supermarkt und Apotheke und ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

• Dominique (9/5): UN appartement très agréable pour séjourner à Québec en touyte liberté. - Appartement très bien équipé et agréablement décoré, tout est prévu pour permettre de cuisiner sans soucis pour quatre personnes. L'une des deux chambres est un peu petite pour recevoir un grand lit, un peu de gymnastique pour accéder de l'un des côtés.

Also, the property location is ideal as major city attractions are 8-15km away One of the basement apartment rooms is close to the drain pipes for the apartment upstairs and you hear the water flowing loudly through the pipes

• Scott (5/5): Overall a good spot, just needs more attention from the host, or the required staff to maintain what is promised on the - Clean and well kept, they even had a Christmas tree set up which was nice. Quiet location. The promised parking was not applicable for the four foot hardened snow drift had not been removed, so at midnight the neighbour arrived home to inform me that I couldn’t park in their spot, and told me to park on the street where there is no parking signs all over. I ended up having to shovel the giant snow drift at midnight when I was tired and just wanted to rest from driving all day. as well the response time from the host was incredibly slow.
