Francois (9/5): Good quality lodging with exceptional view of the bay. - Location was somptuous, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds. Good wifi. Driving in the driveway requires special skills, couch had a better life. BBQ was dirty and barely functional.
Robert (3/5): Husband had to park at bottom of hill because of drive issue ( see above) - The view of the ocean was spectacular and the visit from the birds was wonderful. 1. The total lack of warning re the treacherous nature of the drive on Booking.com was inexcusable. 2. The attempt by Great Ocean Road Holidays to cover themselves by describing the drive merely as "steep" and saying that the driveway, for the adventurous, would be " exhilirating" was, (and still is) in our view, criminally negligent. It is a potentially very dangerous driveway and a responsible, trustworthy commercial company would not take the safety of renters so blatantly off- hand with this ridiculous jargon. We rented via Booking.com which had no warning whatsoever of the drive issue ( and we have a dated video verifying this lack of warning) makes us now distrustful of using Booking.com.

Chris (7/5): Not posh but relaxed feel. The deck and the view are the highlight. - The deck and view. Well equipped kitchen. Relaxed feel. Driveway, TV area small and very close to TV, stairway behind the door was awkward at times. Wasn’t fully cleaned - mess in oven, upstairs toilet not clean. Some minor maintenance issues (light above range hood did not work)
