• Louis Avril (8/5): Pour le calme et le confort. - Le calme, le lit, la petite terrasse, le parking et le quartier. Rien. Pour info, belle balade dans Botanical Garden Désert même si ce n'"était pas la période de floraison. Pas très loin.

• Joseph (5/5): A very nice Unit,just all the RULES makes you feel not welcome. - The unit is very spacious but has so many RULES sticked all over the Unit that made you feel not wecome. Maybe the owner had a very bad experiencewith guests previously therefore all the Rules
• Andre (6/5): Was clean (just don't open the freezer!) - Received lock instructions way too late. We left Hermanus at 17:15 and still not received the stay information. I don't use my phone whilst driving, so did not see the message coming through. Person at the property where this room is was not friendly at all. Eventually got the key from the keybox. Room is an old garage converted into a room with a tiny bathroom. Is situated in the back of a house. Aircon was there - but you need to pay extra for that. Room was very hot and closed when we arrived around 18:30. No hot water as geyser was switched off. Two three legged chairs - the one is broken with the one tag already broken, the other is loose. To be honest - seems that if booking.com rating is not 9.7 or above, then don't expect anything. The house rules and what you will pay for when you break stuff (not sure what you can break as there is nothing to break) is all over and prominent! PS - please use a bit of Q20 on the gate. You will be surprised how easy it will open after just two squirts on the sliding wheels! Yah - not staying there again.

• Liz (6/5): - Peaceful and quiet. Electric blanket was useful. Some basic kitchen items were not in the cupboards/drawers - like a sharp knife, a chopping board and non-stick/silicon utensils for the non-stick pots/pans. TV remote was faulty.
