- Amma (1/5): Worst Nightmare in the worst area! - We left. We waited 1.5 hours in the hot sun to check-in with no response from them via messages or phone. When they responded, they left out important info such as checkout times, WiFi info, etc. They were still non-responsive when we asked for a clean apartment because we walked into an apartment that was dirty. Even the common areas pool was dirty. There was no security on the property and it is deep in the middle of nowhere. They offered us another listing in a different building and said it was a brand new apartment. It was not new and was very old with hazardous dirty spaces. Books were holding up the sofa seat, hair everywhere, etc. We left immediately and had to wait until 8:30pm for a cleaner to take clean Kanah. We were left without any support, apologies or responses on checkout day. I would not recommend.
- Angela (10/5): Amazing place, location still being developed - I loved the apartment and the building. I wanted to stay longer. Had my own private pool on the roof with jungle views. I loved it. Large and comfy bed Well designed and super functional has everything you could need. I would recommend this place highly. Not in the control of the owners: Lots of construction noise Roads are really bad - potholes, not really a road. Need a car/scooter to be at this property, far from main roads. Apartment was up 2 flights of stairs (OK given the private pool) No shops/restaurants nearby Could not work the electric stove
