• David (7/5): Nice relaxing stay - Great location. Nice pub on site providing lovely food.Nice decor style Lodge a little tired . Would have been short of appropriate kitchen utensils if staying for longer and using self catering facilities. Provision of some cleaning utensils i.e mop and bucket would have been useful especially having brought a puppy with us.. luckily house trained.
• Anne-Marie (6/5): A bit disappointing. - It was a good location outside Oban. The equipment was not really enough to self cater, Mis matched cups and glasses, no oven trays, cooker hood was dirty and rusty. The Barn was advertised as a restaurant but not open at all during our stay. The staff were helpful on text with a parcel we had to collect but were not present at all whilst we were there. It’s a lot of money for what you get and seems very tired, beds are well slept in and sofas are very basic and uncomfortable. I get that it’s a difficult economic climate but price accordingly. We paid the same price for a super 4 star hotel with breakfast on another part of our trip and this just felt not good value for money.Im sorry, I don’t like criticising businesses and you seem like good people.
• Diane (9/5): Easy to find lovely location food in The Barn was amazing staff lovely. Plenty of places to visit near by lovely walks - Location very peaceful Not as clean as it could be needed a few things replacing

• Brian (10/5): Wonderful, quiet location that’s close to Oban central. Cozy, spacious cabins with immaculate design - Effective communication from the owners. Wonderful hospitality. Fantastic remote location. Less than 10-15 drive to centre of Oban. Nothing.
• Mary-anne (10/5): Exceptional - The cabin was warm and cosy and very clean . The views was amazing with streams and trees , which my dog loved. The barn is a place to visit it was on site and the food was amazing, the hosts are friendly and chatty. It was a perfect place to get away and relax .
