• James (7/5): Great location and decent apartment. Perfect for a few days - Clean & modern finish. Ideal for a few days. Directly above a bar, should say low floor above bar.
• Heidi (7/5): We enjoyed it - Very much like the pictures clean very well equips didn’t need anything very easy contact with the key holder, the area is beautiful with lovely walks, hikes, climbs even! the beach is not over crowded and there is a very nice selection of restaurants, easy access into the busier parts like Los christianos adiji americas etc.…Netflix can be logged into on the smart tv and very comfy. It’s above a cafe and very strong fatty food smells all day, not the owners fault at all! also it’s on the first floor so eye level to the busy path down to the beach so no privacy if your curtains are open…also I’m a sun worshipper the week we stayed we had no sun on the balcony at all that takes the relaxing ease away , you have to go out down the bEach to get the sunshine, we just love the peace and quiet and sunbath together relax at times it was a pressure to get out and about more than we like too

• Gristsenko (9/5): Sunny modern flat - We spent a lovely week at DedaSun apartment. Palm-mar is located just 15 minutes drive (except rsuh hours when where is a lot of traffic) from the popular touristic areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, but it's a quiet area where you can relax. The flat is modern and well-equipped and the bed is super comfortable. There is free parking on the street. You can hear the neighbours and the customers of the bar downstairs when the bar is open. Fortunately, it closes after 11 pm. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not function properly during our stay, it didn't drain the clothes.

• Paulius (7/5): Not so quiet place - The apartment is quite new, has all needed appliances. There is kitchen with cutlery, own etc. So you can definitely prepare food inside. Also the town of Palm-mar is very small and cute, and the apartment is relatively in the center of it and also close to the ocean. As we searched for a place to relax and use balcony with peace, we were quite disappointed. So negatives: 1 The balcony - it is just above a restaurant. So no peace - the restaurant starts to open at app. 8-9 AM, and closes 10 PM. If you sit in the balcony - it is just as sitting in the restaurant, with all the noise, smells. 2 The view - the apartment is on the 2nd floor. So the view is...well into the street / garbage bins. And everybody that walks by the building - can see you:) 3 The bedroom is in separate room. Which would be a plus - but there's no fresh air. At all :( if you want at least some air - you have to sleep with a fan 4 Shower door does not fully close - so very easy to make a lot of mess.
• Atefeh (7/5): Smell of the fried food - The property was clean with all the facilities The smell of the restaurant below the apartment. The noise on the building. Mo window or natural light on the bedroom.

• Πουρνάρας (9/5): Superb - Brand new spotless apartment in a very old building! Everything was fine exept that you can hear everything from other apartments! Very good location! Very clean! And the host very helpfull because we arrived quite late but they charged us 20€ for late check in even though we knew about it!
