- Eamonn (1/5): Please avoid this so called hotel at all costs - The directions on Google Maps (adreds listen on booking.com) are completely inaccurate. After eventually reaching someone by phone, I was told there was no reservation under my name. I then contacted Booking.com, who tried calling the property three times with no answer. Despite this, they emailed the property, who claimed a room was waiting for me via email 30 minutes later—yet they still refused to answer further calls. The lack of communication and conflicting information was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It led to me having to purchase alternative accommodation last minute as my 3 year old was asleep in the back of the car Review Title: Misleading Location – No Property Found I booked this property in good faith but was shocked to discover that the address listed led to a DPD/Speedy depot in an industrial estate—there was no hotel or accommodation to be found. Despite repeated attempts to contact the property, my calls went unanswered. My family and I, including my young son, were left without a place to stay and were forced to sleep in our car for several hours before sourcing alternative accommodation well beyond our budget. This experience was not only distressing but completely unacceptable. I have photographic evidence showing the incorrect location and feel deeply let down by both the property and Booking.com. This issue must be addressed urgently to prevent it happening to others. Would not recommend.
